Brian is the tech who came out and he was awesome! Glass doctor had him out to give us a quote within 48 hrs of calling. Once he placed the order, our glass came in and was installed in less then 2 weeks!! He was super professional, but also very personable and down to earth. He was extremely careful with the broken glass, which I appreciated because I have two small kiddos running around. He had a son the same age as my oldest, so he was very mindful of that. He was always on time, and double checked his work AND cleaned up behind himself. I didnt have to do anything when he left. What an awesome technician, right?! I was given 3 quotes and glass doctor beat them all by at least $175 dollars. I would HIGHLY recommend them! Thanks Glass Doctor, and Brian!

Glass Doctor of Ocala did a wonderful job of repairing a broken, double paned window in our home. They were prompt and honest. The blinds within the window were having issues and they informed me that if they did not correct themselves, they would complete the process again at no additional cost. Thankfully, it fixed itself. Overall, an excellent business!!

Ive been going with glass doctor since 2018 with 3 Mi Vehicles they boys installed my glass with no problems no defects great customer service took him about 30 minutes to an hour to do my services the vehicle I have now has full coverage that came out and installed it twice they gave me no issues I will go back to them anytime for any of my vehicles and other cheapest around and theyll go out of their way to come and help you dont matter what county you were in Florida

Needed to replace a dark, smoky colored glass decorator door on a T.V console unit. They found a supplier for a perfect match. Service was great but took a bit too long to completion. Services and installer were great, but not an inexpensive source.

I called the main phone number on this web site gave them my location and that was all well and until I drove all the way from Williston Florida to the Ocala Florida office only to find out this shop has been closed for a very long time . It’s time for your website personnel to keep the site updated . I just wasted over 1 1/2 hours of my time . I’m sure they do a great job but you keep your professional hours and locations up to date . Just because of this I am having to take my business somewhere else .

I had to replace the window for my 2017 Ford F-150. I was incredibly worried about where I was going to get such a new window from. All I had to do was call glass doctor and they sent someone out two days later and installed in 30 minutes! Aaron was so amazing and fast! I had a large crack in the windshield on my 2014 BMW from rock damage on the highway - Sarah called me immediately after my request, for an initial consultation over the phone. She took care of everything I needed, including contacting and dealing with my insurance, finding a dealership with an original replacement windshield, setting my appointment, and giving me prompt updates. She was cheery and courteous, and made the process very simple. She was also very diligent with following up with my insurance company to expedite the request. Great job Sarah!Aaron was my tech, he contacted me the morning of my appointment, advised me on the best place to park my car during installation, was flexible with my time, and resourceful when the weather presented a challenge. It took him about 1.5 hours, he explained the process, told me exactly what he was going to do and finished quickly. He took great precaution not to scratch or damage my car, cleaned all the areas around my car when he was done, and advised me what to look for before driving (small glass particles should be rinsed off not wiped off so not to scratch the paint). A-A-Ron was cool, informative, knowledgeable, and very well skilled. I learned quite a bit about car windshield design vs function, installation, and different materials used to make them (which is surprisingly interesting). I was also a little apprehensive about the sensors attached to the windshield, but he knew exactly how to reattach and test for functionality.I love a company that is responsive, communicates well, sets my expectations appropriately and delivers on their promise. Having a great, polite, accessible staff is a bonus. Overwhelmingly 5 stars. This is how consumer service commerce should be conducted. Way to set the standard Ocala team! Keep up the good work :)

I called Glass Doctor to get a quote on a replacement windshield for a newer model suv and Chris answered the phone. In about 10 minutes he had made my day! He took care of everything for me all I had to do was be in one place long enough for them to do the install. Don’t call your insurance company first call Glass Doctor.

My experience with this company surpassed my highest expectations. Adrianne explained the procedure from start to finish. All was done exactly as described. When Aaron arrived he informed me that he would complete the installation in about 45 minutes. All was done and not a fingerprint was left. I HIGHLY recommend the Glass Doctor! Very friendly and professional staff. My husbands windshield was damaged from a rock on the highway and needed a completely new windshield. When we made the claim with the insurance company they originally referred us to another company. That company cancelled/rescheduled us 4 times due to weather and other reasons. I asked my insurance company to refer us to someone else to get the job done. They called the glass doctor and we were put on the schedule for the very next day. My husband is a police officer and works nights and they were very accommodating with the scheduling. I will definatley be referring this company in the future!
