Our experience with this company was above and beyond professional from the first telephone encounter with Stacy, while scheduling the appointment. I had another phone encounter with office staff the morning of my scheduled appointment, that was a pleasant experience also. The reason for my call that morning was to indicated a range of times I would not be available that I had forgot to mention during the initial scheduling of appointment. The lady I was speaking with was so professional and kind, and put me in contact with the technician. The technician Mark, called me to discuss a time. I explained to him my situation, he gave me a time, and was actually able to show up earlier then time we discussed, and this worked out even better. He also was a pleasure to work with on the phone and in person. This was an exceptional experience, and we will definitely be using this company for any of our future glass needs. We highly suggest using them for your glass needs too!!

Rey came out to replace my windshield. I couldnt ask for a more professional technician to install my new windshield.Rey was quick and efficient with a keen eye for detail. He had the whole job complete in 40 minutes or less. The installation was clean and seamless!!!I highly recommend this company and I definitely recommend Rey as he is a true asset to K and K Glass!!!

Don Johnson came out to fix my front windshield today with a smile on his face. He needed nothing - he installed a new window in no time flat. I initially called K&K to install a new door window. When the tech arrived he told me I would need a new regulator and motor and that he would return again after the weekend (this was on Friday). They never charged me for the initial visit, nor did they charge too much to add in the extra labor. All in all, great service, great price, quick and easy.
