Enjoyed Granite Expo visit. Wish Id gone there earlier in my project. Im renovating a rental apartment. I was able to browse unassisted. I received helpful assistance when needed. Store had very few customers. This store sells many items other than granite countertops.

None existent customer support. They dont stand behind their own installation either. If it fails in a couple of months you are out of luck. My sink detached from the counter due to the failed epoxy.. They wouldnt fix it. I told them I would pay for the repair- still no. Good luck!!

We bought a toilet & a vanity marble countertop sink at the Granitw Expo Emeryville showroom, several years ago when we we rehabbing our home! The contractor I stalled it & a toliet no problem...however the bowl stsrted to come unglued and you could see the glue coming out if the sides it stated to separate from the countertop, on one sde....eveventully it just dropped down completely!I was completly stunned! I have never seen anything like this before Iin all my days!!!Who do we contact about this this is.unreal, and shold never have happened to any customer, ever!!!

Best prices in town for sure. limited selection. mixed service but generally pretty bad. no credit toward purchase even if you buy the tile samples to try them out. warning: they rarely update their displays. dont plan your whole kitchen around a tile they have on display, assuming its in stock, confirm they have plenty on hand and wasnt discontinued moths ago. :(

The materials are great but the contractors they use are not that great. had bad luck with the contractors no work ever got done despite paying. They did refund me my money and the materials are fairly good wuality and moderately priced.

Found what I was looking for at the showroom and got great service picking up the tile at the Warehouse. Price was very reasonable.

I have to agree to other reviews about their bad service, I dealt with Meow at first, poor customer service with a poor attitude. She is probably one of the people at Granite Expo bringing the ratings down. I told her that she is too arrogant for me to deal with. I can never get hold of the manager to complaint about her, so I am posting review here.

This place is not consumer friendly, maybe good for contractors. The layout of the store is poor. You may find it difficult to communicate with one of their sales.

Countertop warranty is a scam. Expect low quality products and horrendous customer service.
