JoeI am attaching photos of the heat exchanger on my IS 3501 for you to review. I have decided to purchase a new Generator and and you indicated the Mase 4.04 is the same size as I currently have or just slightly smaller and should fit in my Bertram 31.I really appreciate the help you and Sergio have given me in the past. The personal attention and assistance is the reason I am purchasing another generator from Mase and would not consider any other brand. This shows real customer support. I have not received this kind of help from any other marine industry companies. You guys have been phenomenal to work with.

Just got back from picking up some parts. Everyone was extremely helpful and took the time to make sure I knew what was doing. Sergio even took me in the back to one of the generators like the one I have and explained each step.They definitely gave me the confidence to tackle what I needed to tackle and I know theyre there if I have any questions. Very thankful for their help!...and they are STILL great! Just got back from my second visit to Mase for a simple air filter and a tiny little clip that I misplaced while doing some service work. Josephine and the rest of the staff are always on top of everything and are super nice. Really an A+ operation! :) Thanks folks! :)An update in 2020! Had an issue with my old 4.0 -- sent over an email after-hours. The idea was Id call when they opened, and theyd have all the info they needed to help me. Well... they open at 8:30AM. And at 8:36AM they called me to tell me the item was all packed up and ready to ship out!... before I could even call them! The price was fair, and it arrived on Monday - just like they said it would. I wish all businesses ran like they do! THANK YOU!!!
