Eddie at four wheels has given me top shelf customer service. I came in with a van rig in and he brought so much new information and knowledge to the project that I am extremely grateful. I will definitely be working with Eddie in the future.

Ed was knowledgeable and practical, he was patience with me and help me to get the car faster so I do not have to get an extra uber from my house to his shop, I was able to go after work directly to him. Also the prices are the best.

WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THERE AT 11:00 AM SATURDAY, CALLED THEN EDDIE SAID HE WOULD CALL WHEN HE IS DONE, CALLED HIM AROUND 2 HE SAID HE WOULD CALL ME, CALLED AT 4 HE WAS GONE, SPENT MY WHOLE DAY WAITING AROUND FOR HIM, I THOUGHT HE WAS RESPONSIBLE AND CARED ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS, I SPENT OVER 2,000 .00 WITH HIM, THOUGHT HE WAS RELIABLE, I WORK ALOT WAITING THE WHOLE DAY FOR HIM I ENDED UP WORKING ALL DAY SUNDAY, WHEN I COULD HAVE WORKED SATURDAY!! NOT RELIABLE AT ALL.

Needed a new stereo put into my 2018 Honda Civic. Sit in their lobby for 15 20 minutes. Mind you I was the only customer there at the time. Eddie comes in with a bit of a rude attitude, that’s fine everyone has their days. 2 hours I wait without anyone telling me how long it’s gonna be or anything. Customer service ZERO. The work was good though.

The worst place!! Rude customer service, had to wait 1.5 month for a piece that never arrived. An absolute trash!

Being in the music business, it was challenging to find an auto sound shop that was discerning enough to install a high quality system. Eddie the owner, is a true professional and craftsman at what he does. He took my Maserati and made it truly roar with sound. He took careful and delicate time not to damage the vehicle, and even though there were some electrical challenges due to the vehicles inherit draw on power, Eddie carefully addressed it and solved the issue. I love my stereo and 4 wheels stands behind their work. I would continue to recommend them and use their services on my next vehicle.

I do not recommend this place at all. There is no customer service and also very poor communication when letting you know what is wrong with the vechile. Had to take my vechile literally down to street and they fixed my vechile in one day, instead I had to leave my vechile overnight for nothing..

THE place for alarm and sound needs. I felt very comfortable having alarm system installed. One day I see a banging sound system. Thanks guys.

This place did a terrible job on my 2019 Toyota RAV4 hybrid. Stuffed the kicker power amp next to two very expensive computer modules.The amp gets very hot.The right rear door panel was reinstalled incorrectly. When you turn the balance control to the right the music play out of the left in the front. The gain on the subwoofer power amp. The gain control is supposed be matching to the head unit. They was supposed used a LOC to increase input voltage. Etc.

Terrible customer service

I was trying to install a second subwoofer in my truck before leaving for a road trip to Ft. Lauderdale for vacation a two weeks ago. I couldn’t figure out where I went wrong and decided tog well I’ll just look for a shop once I arrive and saw good reviews about 4 Wheels. I gave a call and the shop was open but busy. When I arrived I met Eddie and he was easily able to pin point where I went wrong with the installation, recommend the right components, allowed me to make the repairs myself on the lot while at the store and made sure everything worked before I left.Eddie is super super knowledge on all things audio, including marine audio for those looking for that.Call the shop and ask for Eddie.I highly recommend them for all audio needs of you’re in south Florida or if you happen to do a road trip from Baltimore to Ft. Lauderdale like I did and need help.

Four wheels audio located on Oakland Park Boulevard off of Northeast 6th Street in Fort Lauderdale is the best place to go for a myriad of different things. Ed who is the proprietor is very well-versed in electronics does a fabulous job and expeditiously at solving troubleshooting audio and other different car needs. Ive been going there for 7 years and Im very happy with the service he keeps his appointment and is always there to listen to your issues and resolve the problem with a very fair price. If you need audio for boats cars or airplanes this is the best place to go its a family on the Run business which is the best its not one of those conglomerates franchises. Car radio wasnt working and I came in to see if they could fix it. I didnt catch the workers name but he came out and did a few steps and fixed it at no charge. Very nice and helpful.

DO NOT LET THEM Deal with your car ALARM they still CANT seem to fix the issue and paid over 200$ to troubleshoot malfunctioning alarm not happy theyve broken several things on my car while still not resolving primary issue. I DO NOT RECCOMEND this place at all. Original date supposedly fixed problem Oct 15 & I am still waiting

I needed to get a new radio on my car and I decided to go to 4wheels since its less than a mile away from where I work.Eddie is one of those guys who REALLY care about customers. I work until 5:30 and he closes the store at 6, but after talking to him over the phone, he told me that he could work that extra time to help me since I was running literally with no radio on my car.He didnt try to charge me for extra components and he was fair with me stickin to what I needed on my car.Im gonna be honest, prices may not be the lowest at this store, but the quality of his work is well worth it.Thank you Eddie!

Great place, Eddie is amazing. Purchased stereo from Bestbuy, too booked up to install. Gabriel recommended 4 wheels to get the dashkit for my 2015 Honda CRZ. Eddie was able to get it for me when no one could so I gave him the business to do the installation. He did an amazing job. Drove from Boynton Beach! Well worth it.

Scam they try charge me 280 just to install dash cam and a cb radio .they came both jobs would take 3 hrs. I went to another shop and was out in a hour and fithteen minutes and it only cost me 80 . this place is a complete scam

I had a good experience here, I needed a new car alarm and they ordered what I needed and replaced it in about a week, it only took about 15 minutes for them to actually replace it. And the price was fair, I recommend them.
