They use the highest quality products (confirmed by our own research too), the customer service is always top notch, they were always on time, absolutely no mess left behind after installation, no surprises, most importantly very honest and upfront about the entire process. They stand behind their work 1000%. Never thought new windows could beautifully transform a home so much. I’ve recommended several other friends and they’ve had the same wonderful experience. From start to finish, from bid to installation, Buckley helped us navigate the process during the Covid Pandemic. Buckley kept us informed with details about supply chain distribution delays (due to Covid), and carefully oversaw the timetable for delivery and installation.Installation was amazing. I had heard horror stories about the mess and destruction that could take place during installation! Not with Buckley. The installers built tents around the work site daily, and kept our condo impeccably clean and clutter free! At the end of every day materials would neatly tucked away. The installers were so considerate, friendly, quiet, and magnificent masters of detail. They met and exceeded my OCD standards!We would highly recommend Buckley Windows because they are simply the best!

Buyer Beware, Buckley s, not only dropped the ball but in their reply implies it is my fault for coming to them for parts for which they are distributors. They cant even keep track of their lies. To respond to their reply: I did have contact with Ryan, the owner, via email about 12 months into the ordeal, he pushed me off to one of the distributor reps. That rep never followed up. This was Buckleys responsibility, not the customer or the distributors rep. But way before that I had been to Buckleys, leaving the store three times (a 40 minute round trip each time) with the wrong parts, which they didnt bother to check. After 14 months of waiting, I requested a refund from Sherry by phone. After hearing nothing for two months, I went back to the store and requested it from her. (There were not several calls about the refund as she states) She said they could not f a record of my payment and that I should produce my receipt. ( So in two months she couldnt find the time or the professionalism to inform me by phone or email) I replied, so want me to believe you let me walk out of your store three times with special order parts (paid in advance) that were personally handed to me. Yet you never requested a receipt once before? But now without notice, you need the receipt? She replied, I wasnt here . Another lie because she was there two of the three times for pickup. At this point, it became principal. If they had told me they needed my receipt during the two months I waited for the refund I would have driven out to my storage unit and dug through my 2018 files for the receipt. (Yes that how long Ive been dealing with this rubbish, November 2018) However, the idea of going to my storage unit and returning to Buckleys would have been another hour and a half to recover $179. I thought before doing anything else Ill email Ryan the owner not once but twice and received no response. So apparently he had time to brush me off but not to deal with the order after two email requests. Which is the second lie, you heard from me many, many times after 11/18 April of 2020 I have a volume of emails to back that up. So unprofessional of you! Reader please read the other negative Buckleys reviews because you might become one of those customers like me.

Buckley was recommended by my PGT window installer for the replacement of doors and windows in our 4th floor Condo. My regular installer does not have the high-rise license needed for buildings over three stories and happily referred them. Robbie came out quickly and provided the most competitive estimate of the three bids I solicited. The other bids were from lesser known companies that use cheaper brands of impact windows. Having renovated many properties, PGT and CGI are the best products to use. The job was completed on budget and ahead of schedule. After sales follow up and support was superb. I dont understand the reviewers who speak of bad customer service. It was not my experience throughout the whole process with Buckley. I would highly recommend them above others!

I have dealt with many different vendors in south florida since i have been working in the area with various different companies and Buckley by far is the most professional, a lot of it has to do with their employees and responsiveness. From the loading dock to the office, Sherry is always so very accommodating and goes out of her way to provide the necessary information needed to make my job and life easier. Any time of dday if i have a question or need assistance she is always there to help. I have to say of all the assistance i receive from vendors up and down the coast Sherry and Buckley Window Corp by far surpass all expectations from a company of its kind. Highly recommend!

This company is a rare find in South Florida. The staff is knowledgeable, listens to customers needs and concerns, isnt pushy and does not over sell. The pricing is competitive and they carry a variety of quality products. A customer should expect a good quality window but a customer cannot foresee the superior quality of the installation. I understand and have construction experience and know that fast and good dont mix. Each and every window and sliding glass door was perfectly framed, set to the proper depth, square, double caulked and stucco repaired better than the original. The job site was always clean and neat. I saw the installation on my neighbors house. The crew was in and out in two days. My job took twelve days and it is perfect. You just cant rush quality. Do not hesitate to select Buckley Windows for your home or business. You can be assured of old world quality at a very competitive price.

What customer who has had bad service and then posts a review about their experience is going to reach back out after being called a liar.Did you ever stop to think the invoice is in a different name.

Buckley Window and their team did a fantastic job for us over a four day time-frame. The two gentlemen assisting us remained professional, courteous, respectful of our home, cleaned up after themselves and in general went above and beyond to provide information on the job and set proper expectations. I went to several locations getting quotes on a CGI Estate Series hurricane code glass front door with white interlayer. The door I picked out in the brochure was the same door quoted at every store, except the prices widely varied. Buckley has the best prices, Ryan was great to talk to, and the installers came quick, were neat, professional, and didnt leave till it was done. Go there first. I know multiple people who have bought windows there and the prices are the best!

Couldn’t be any happier with the experience from start to finish. At this time we only did the upper floor windows. Next will be doing the lower floor. BUYER BEWAREThis review is solely my opinion based on my experience with this Buckley Window Corp.I needed new sliding glass door handles for my doors. The window/door manufacturer requires you buy through their local distributors (in this case Buckley Window Corp) and my misfortune. It was a special order, and Buckleys required full payment in advance.This purchase spanned over a 14-month period that required countless emails and follow-phone calls asking for progress. Over this lengthy wait, they managed to provide the wrong parts three times. Not once did they ever open the boxes to confirm the correct parts. I finally asked for a refund two months ago and heard nothing. I called again about the refund two weeks ago and was told they could not locate my payment. Further that I should provide proof of payment. This after going in three times and being handed wrong parts and walking out of the business with those parts.I have written the owner twice, and he has ignored my emails. So my logical response is to warn others of my experience. Shop at your own risk at Buckley Window Corp.

Buckley Windows did my installation of my impacted windows and doors. They were very precessional, neat, did an excellent installation. When the inspector came to inspect the job he told me that they did an excellent job, did not skimp on anything, everything was done correctly and he said he doesnt get many jobs that do it correctly the first time. Would highly recommend them.

My experience with Buckley from start to finish was well deserving of a 5 star rating. From the estimate with Robbie (significantly lower then the other estimate I was given!), getting my final measurements done by THE Mr. Buckley, to the contractors lead by Anderson I am satisfied with the way my entire order from Buckley was handled. My only issue is I’m still waiting for one screen for my window haha but that is minor compared to the customer service I received.Thanks to the whole team!!~K

Ive personally used Buckley Windows on two homes. My father used them on at least 3-4 occasions. Ive also referred them to another 4-5 client. All jobs went smooth. There prices are very competitive. And most importantly the installations were great. They know how to navigate the permit process and work with the City of Fort Lauderdale extremely well. I should add they also do well in large high rise buildings. I would use them again without hesitation.

I used Buckley for my new home construction. We had some real challenges because the shell contractor screwed up a couple of the openings. Ryan Buckley was incredibly helpful and they did a beautiful job and inspections passed with zero problems. Buckley windows did a fantastic job on our windows. We are in a corner unit on the 19th floor on the beach and very pleased with their recommendation of Windoor. We also had the frames that were 2 colors. Dark brown on the outside to comply with the association requirements and white on the inside. We made it through hurricane irma without a drop entering our unit. I have recommended Buckley Windows to several owners in our complex.His installation team was very neat and cleaned up after themselves.

Thank you Buckley Windows! I had new windows installed on 20th floor condo in east Ft Lauderdale to replace old windows and to not have to put up hurricane shutters. Not only did they look great and added so much more light they made the Irma experience so much less stressful.

They installed the window (Hurricane Impact, 7 years ago) in an apartment I recently sold. Simply put, they fell apart, rusted and the bars were broken and rusted. They did the seller a favor and fixed Them. Hardly, they still did not work. It cost the seller $1000 thanks to Buckley. They have now been taken off the vendor list at this building and have been barred from my Condo.
