I am still without replacements for some doors and drawers. This has been since October 2015. DO NOT USE them. AVOID at all costs. I am filing a BBB report (where they currently have C rating) and will also be posting on Angies list.Still no relief from M & M. Terrible. Promises, promises. One year and they are still not finished . Do you want your house to look like a construction zone. FOR A YEAR!Dont use.

Horrible Communication!I reached out to MM Custom Cabinetry in October of 2016. Marcel answered my call and assured me he could fulfill my request. I had 1 door to a cabinet box and needed the other door duplicated for the other side of the cabinet box.After having my tenant drop the door to be duplicated off at the MM offices, I NEVER heard back from Marcel. I called, left voicemails and texted and called, left voice mails and texted- still no reply. He didnt even have the courtesy to just text me to say come pick up your door. My last text asked that he just respond to let me know when I could have a family member come get the door (since I live in another state) and still, no answer!The customer service here SUCKS! My mother-in-law finally went to pick up the door at MM since no replied for months. Thank God she went when someone was there. All I wanted was communication, even if they couldnt fulfill my request. A yes or a no is better than no response at all. Dont waste your time dealing with these people. Yeah, I know my job was small, compared to a full kitchen redo, but dont tell me yes in the beginning to then never answer your phone calls or texts afterwards.
