I cracked my iPad screen and had it repaired here back it May. At first, I was satisfied; however, there were dust particles visible behind the glass of the screen. I just dealt with it, but now in September the top edge of the screen has stopped responding to touch. I contacted them and was advised that the warranty period is 90 days, which is fair enough, but I expected them to use parts that would not inexplicably stop working after 4 months. Not pleased with the outcome and considering just buying a new iPad instead of sinking more money into this one.

** Read this if you have a laptop that needs repair and call ahead to confirm that they can help you! **Asurion recently acquired uBreakiFix, and based on my last two experiences with this location, they are still in the process of rebranding this location into Asurion.Certain services, specifically laptop repair, is unavailable. I was told by one team member that I would be able to use their services at this location the following week then was told the following week it would be another two weeks for them to accept laptops for repairs and to order parts.I am a fan of uBreakiFix and I am a fan of Asurion. I am hopeful to use their services in the future when they get themselves situated. Having team members on the same page on when thats happening would be appreciated. Gas is spency these days. =P

I recommend visit uBreakiFix commercial location. That is where I had to go to get my phone screen fix. I drop at 1pm and pick it up at 6pm. My phone working very well so far and even get a 10% disc.I promised you all this is the location 979 E Commercial Blvd, Oakland Park, FL 33334.Thank you guys.I promise I will not be going to the North Federal Highway location.

This is the third time coming to this store. The first time it was a superficial issue that they fixed without a charge. That experience spoke to integrity of the store. This time I was able to get assistance that was above and beyond with the assistance of Josh. They are realistic and upfront.I remember going to other places to fix my phone and it was not quality work. I trust coming to ubreakifix. Less headache and I am rest assured they will stand by their repairs. It might cost a little extra but you are not getting duped or haggled.

This place is a rip off I went there to fix my phone with insurance and they told me my phone is unfixable because it’s a software issue but the screen was the only thing that it was broken I went to another place and they fix my phone for $60 there was nothing wrong with the software and they were charging me 259 for a brand new screen and they said it still wouldn’t work I would never go there ever againAnd what the insurance it was only $29 they said they did not wanna go through insurance to fix my screen pay the 259

Are a RIP off, asurion sent my phone to them for a repair, my phone came back with the same cracked screen, in the notes she said they could not repair because the device was locked! When I had factory reset the phone. Then in the notes she stated that they could not repair because the find my iphone app was on, I clearly have a SAMSUNG s21 ultra, when did they put find my iphone on a Samsung????? Clearly are not qualified phone technicians! Would not recommend.....

Maybe these guys were having a bad day. I brought in two ipads to get the screens replaced. We start with communication issues where it was supposed to be done (and confirmed when I called) by 2 pm, they told me when I showed up at 3 pm they had an issue that they just discovered that would cause another 2 hour wait. I call 2 hours later, guy tells me to come get the tablets. First one the home button was recessed significantly, as I was looking at it I noticed the screen wasnt attached on half the iPad! Guys response, guy the heat pad didnt do its job. So he takes that one in the back. I try out the other tablet, same issue with the home button.To there credit, guy tries to fix it immediately. Issue is 10 minutes later he brings one back out with a home button that is just completely lose behind the screen asking if thats acceptable. No. No, its not.From the sounds of it they kept adding super glue and hoping the old? home button bracket will stick. Quality stuff here.So, after three more failed attempts in an hour, I leave with the promise they will be done by 11:30am the next day.I call at 11:30. Not done.I call at 2:30. Not done. Told it would be another 30 minutes.I come by at 3:30, still not done.If you keeping track, they gone back on their word at least half a dozen times.In the end, I paid full price for the one they did a decent job re-re-reworking, and half for the one they actually made worse (the home button has to be pressed multiple times to work.)For $240 I would recommend just buying a new tablet before coming to this place. Huge waste of time and what I fully expect to be a waste of my time and money.

I called to see if they had the part to fix my device, and they didnt. Whats worse, I wanted something else done, and I was given information that I knew was incorrect, so I contacted another location, and now they will get all of my business.

My mobile ended up with a cracked screen and the insurance on the phone directed me to repair here. The reps were professional, gave details on the timing and answered any questions re the process. Three hours later, my mobile was ready and so far working great.

Went in there to repair my expensive samsung n20 ultra and was kinda skeptical because i know when you repair a device its not the same but i was informed with profession by Jonathan that my device is actually repaired with Original parts from the company! I came to get an ipad fixed im from out of state my ipad was brand new, a month old and the screen cracked so I decided to get It fixed. Came here at first they said $100 over the phone so I was like perfect they had to order a part and all this for the screen so I was told to put a deposit I had already paid and then they tell me what the price is $235?! if I would’ve known from the beginning I wouldn’t have fixed It. Finally get my ipad fixed go back home and the home button and touch id don’t work they proceed to give me a bs story and tell me to go to apple TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THEY BROKE. Actually unbelievable do not spend your money here

I will give these people three stars because they are nice and pretty good service but unfortunately theyre not fully experienced at repairing my laptop. I brought my laptop in and it was working fine except it had a broken screen which they said they would replace it. They were charging me just under $300 to do it but the laptop is a good one so I gave them the laptop in 3 weeks later which is a long time they said the laptop was ready. I got the laptop and they put in a non manufacturer screen but the screen worked so I didnt complain. The issue is the keyboard didnt work anymore. So I called them and they said bring the laptop back. They kept the laptop for approximately two more weeks then called me told me that they would give me half my money back because they cant fix it even though they broke it. They gave me dell support number. I called dell and they charged me $150 plus shipping. Within 3 weeks they replaced the new screen, motherboard, keyboard, casing, and charger so basically i have a whole new laptop. They even relaoded brand new windows and kept my programs. So this place may have good customer service but beware of laptop repairs. I wish i went dell straight and really feel i should have all my money back from them.

And Dalton J. was awesome also. The sweetest guy him & Franco. We had a conversation about transitioning from small towns to big cities & just life in general. So professional, polite, & so kind. New management! Honest crew. Got me in and out fast! I thought I needed an $80 repair as quoted online to replace my charging port assembly. They cleaned out my port first waaaaay better than I could at home and it was good to go. Couldve charged for the whole replacement but didnt. Ill be back if I have another issue.

I came to replace a cracked iphone 8 screen. When I got the repaired phone back I noticed later in the day that my audio wasnt working on calls. I brought it back in the next day. They did an adjustment and within 20 minutes they fixed it. Thank you Andrea and team.

Brand spanking new

Battery on my iPhone was 3 years old and depleting quicker than I would like, but still 87% health. Had it replaced by these guys. New battery worked fine for a few days but then weird things happened—it wouldnt always charge to 100% when plugged in, it would go from 50% to 0% in minutes and then crash—and now the battery health is at 42%. I went in for a warranty replacement and they REFUSED, saying my device is to blame or my third-party charger is to blame. Neither was as problem before they fixed it. Now Im out $50 and still have a battery problem.
