Sketchy at first but ended fairly well.

I brought my old Metro phone in because I had a problem with a system failure that I believed could be fixed. Louis Orellana spent over an hour trying to figure out a solution even though he was the only one in the store. He would help others and then come back to the problematic phone. This gentleman went out of his way to help me. I chose a new phone when it was apparent that the old one was not repairable. The customer service that I received was above and beyond the norm these days. Mr. Orellana was kind, funny and the store had a family atmosphere because everyone that come in knew him and he knew them. I highly recommend visiting this location for all of your cell phone needs.

The store shows that it closes at 7pm, went there at 6:53 and the doors were locked. There were 3 associates standing around talking, when I tried to pull the door the girl walked towards it and stated that it is closed. I was very disappointed to the fact they were not even bothered to try and open the doors and assist. I ended up going to the one located on commercial and Powerline and they were so much more helpful. Thank you Baker for helping my daughter set up her new iPhone 11

Always fast and efficient. Employees are always nice and never forget to mention at deals or promotions that are going on. Cheap phones that are good quality. Cheap plans and family plans. Always a location nearby.

The Man Behind the Counter with glasses and the condescending attitude lost my business and I would never refer anyone to go there. He said he could not provide me an intelligent answer as to why my phone was slow to charge and once charged 100% was losing a charge very quickly. I was either going to have my battery replaced or buy a new phone and Newsflash: this guy is not getting my business.

I had an issue with my pin not working while trying to utilize a feature on my phone, it kept saying pin was wrong. Long story short I call customer service and a poorly trained tech/rep burnt through the chances you get to enter your pin (they are generous with the trys but this guy was just guessing) he locked my sim card. His supervisor said go to the nearest metro and so I didnt need to repeat myself inform them its all in the notes.This guy refused to read the notes, made me repeat everything then had the gaul to say well why were you trying to use that features, really? He was rude and arrogant and kept insisting that I locked the pin not metro. He then did something to my phone that totally disabled it, I could not even make an emergency phone call. He said I didnt do anything, what do you expect when you locked the sim card down, again! Mind you this guy knows me its the only metro I went to. Whatever he did totally disabled a phone that mostly worked when I walked in there. He finally said I had to go to a corporate store and thankfully I did. The store on North Federal Hwy in Ft. Lauderdale, those people are life savers. They knew what to do, how to save #s I accidentally stored on the sim and even comped the new sim cardI will never go to this store again and hopefully they will pull his franchise.

I have been going here for years. Love the customer service and there all awesome. I would never go to another metro PCS! Luis is always there and if I need to pay a bill or but buy a new phone and they always stalk on great cases.

I waited a cpl of weeks before writing this review. This was by far the best cell phone store experience ever. I was a frustrated T Mobil customer and the total failure after Irma did it. Switch happened. Never had better customer service. Luis listened to my needs and gave me a few options on phones. Instead of paying a fee for 24 month I got a new phone for $ 49 and love it !! Finally I know 4g lte can do. Texting, Internet you name it. It works perfect and for a few $ I downloaded an app for international calling ( T Mobil=$10 ). So far best service ever and again, Luis at the store made it all happen. I give this experience easy 5 stars !!

All Metro PCS Stores are with excellent service, questions, they can help you with the purchase going by your data needs, phones here are good but run out of stock quickly, but dont panic, they have an inventory monthly count on everything they sell.

I bought the LG Aristo 3, allegedly running Oreo from this place. Its a Chinese knockoff running lollipop and they told me I had to be in the $50 a month plan.I called corporate and my plan was changed back to my original plan.The phone is in the possession of Google, Apple, AT&T for inspection since their software was illegally installed by this vender.Buyers beware!!!!

The employee Alex crisp charged me $15.00 just to switch my phone service from my broken phone to a phone I brought in, its a free service and this store is a scam and rips people off.

Customer service is horrible. I came twenty minutes before closing time and had the door shut and locked literally right in front of my face as I was about to walk In. This wasnt done by a regular employee but by the manager.
