Publix in general has higher prices on just about everything in the Store. However Publix always has what youre looking for. Large verity of ethnic food.Parking lots are well lit, safe and maintained. Ive get my annual flu shot in the Publix Pharmacy.Five stars for the cashiers. their friendly, helpful, quick and patient 👍

I love the publix @northridge plaza..the employees are almost always very friendly and helpful..there are several cashiers that are super nice and always a pleasure to chat with while checking out. i chose my check out lane based the cashier.

This store has great prices & Is well stocked. The restrooms are nice & very clean. The parking lot use to be a nightmare but if you come at the right times it has gotten much better. Marilyn has the shopping carts nice & clean & ready for the customers. The bakery & deli departments are two of the best Ive seen at any Publix.

Publix is a place you can trust. Consistently clean consistently well stocked with consistently great service. It was a little bit confusing driving there since there is one right across the street?

Publix sets the standard with fine quality foods. The stores are consistently offering a very positive shopping experience because of bakery, produce, deli, meats & .seafood. Great staff

Fresh clean store fully stocked prices are standard. Usually go straight to take out section order up freshly made deli foods. They do have a fried or rotisserie chicken made throughout the day or dinner plates with sides. Prices are good for take out items. Deli also makes sandwiches to go. Theres a huge selection of grocery frozen foods meats dairy fish bakery and limited produce. I find produce on the expensive side. This Publix is right next to Five Below store. Theres another Publix across the large road.

I have been coming to this Publix for 20 years and the deli service is absolutely terrible. How many times I’ve ordered an online sub, expecting it to be ready in the 30-40 minute time frame they give me… only to come an hour later and the subs not even being made yet… and they were NOT busy. Publix subs used to be a treat and now, I’m just taken back by how slow and Unpersonable the deli group is. A girl had her sub made and done while im still waiting here for the subs I ordered over an hour ago. If I could give a 0 star I would. I’ve worked in customer service my whole life and this is not the way to do your job efficiently.very dissapointed.

You can find everyday heroes at Publix as well....I came into Publix to get some fresh fruits and vegetables. While getting those little plastic bags, I misplaced my phone on the side of it. When I got into my 1.5 year old car...it wouldnt start, it was just clicking! Here I am in flip-flops, no phone or car. Jeezzzz, life can really turn into rotten eggs in a jiffy. I went back to search for my phone inside the Publix store, no luck. Found an employee at Publix and asked him (Manny)…some honest soul had turned my phone in. After trying to get someone to jump-start my car, I see my buddy Manny collecting buggies that people left unsafe. Without hesitation, he goes to his car, and give me a jumpstart. Than you Manny at Publix for helping out of the ordinary. Selfless/ kind acts like this is what makes America the best country in the world (Im a legal resident from Sweden of 15 lucky years in the US). Go Publix! Where you can go from rotten to fresh in flash. Lol

Very good place but today Saturday 10/16 /21 we enter to the store with a dog I’m a rude men like an employee or manager he take a action and Kik us from the store with very bad actitud I’m understand the rules but this guy is very gross

I found everything that I needed. This Publix is always clean and customer services but over there near Deli something needs to do something about the chicken. First of all the fried chicken is too salty second of all the baked chicken need to be clean or rinse off before they put it in the oven rotisserie. So it wouldnt taste slimy. Other than that the store is well clean and organized. ❤ ❤

There is another Publix directly across Commercial from this one. Make sure you have the right one before online ordering - I have stood in this one and the other one still comes up as the closest. They really need to fix this.

Everyone is caring and loving there I really love the place and they have everything I always need and want and if I need to ask somebody for something they tell me right where it is and its always I love shopping there and I will always go there

This is a nice big store. It has more of a variety than the Publix I usually go to. It is a little out of my way but I will stop in again when in that part of town.

I wait 30 mins after the online orders are supposed to be ready. Sucks when you are on the beach and you place the order for lunch, arrive on time and still have to wait 30-45 mins for your food while your wet sandy family waits in the car for you.

Went for my hearing. Publix was next to it. Did light shopping. Everything was nice. The associate were great !!!!

They have the best butcher! Reed was so helpful and knowledgeable. He has great ideas to take dinners up a notch. Ask him about chicken skins, who know you can fry chicken skins (definitely NOT for ever day). Ask him about grilling, smoking or roasting. He knows it all. My new place to shop!

Its the holidays, so of course it would be busy. They had plenty of registers open, they worked hard on stocking the shelves. The employees had good attitudes. I came in and got exactly what I wanted, and was out of there so I could go home and cook all my food for my Christmas Eve party. Thank you Publix, Merry Christmas!

I absolutely love the pharmacy staff just the most pleasant people to be around and the lady that was there today Wednesday April 14th 2021 in front of the pharmacy signing people in for their vaccines such a delight.

My experience was awesome at the seafood counter and at the register very nice people that work there very helpful they always want to go above and beyond and that is really nice in this day and age!

I got my second vaccination today at Publix Pharmacy Northridge Plaza, then did my shopping, always a pleasure at Publix.

They messed up my daughters birthday cake big time. Looked nothing like the photo they advertised, 70$ for a cake that’s falling over and looks like it came from Nailed It.Overpaid for false advertising, I was so embarrassed.

Seemingly, relatively recent outlet of a large grocery store chain. Wide selection of packaged and prepared goods and good quality, albeit small selection, of produce. Baked goods and meats are also good quality and good value. Staff were friendly and helpful but large store format can make a quick visit daunting.

Been shopping here for years. Always clean and organized. However, the few cashier lanes that are open makes it too time consuming, especially if you are in a rush.

I love shopping at that Publix the people are always so friendly. The one thing I always get annoyed with going to that particular Publix is that the wait time at the deli counter. They need more help at that Deli counter especially at lunch time they have maybe one Clerk slicing me and three people making subs. The deli meats is big business for Publix you would think they would be more accommodating to their customers sometimes I bypass it all together because of the wait. And Im just a single household and I usually spend $15 at the deli. I wonder how many families bypass that.

Great peopleEdit: Love the cashiers there but the Deli department can suck an egg! Ive placed 3 orders in the past month for easy subs like just ham Swiss and mayo for an example and its not ready when I get there. They say oh bare with us were busy mean while when I walked up there they were not busy and goofing around.

I love Publix, my family loves Publix and as a Florida native it’s where we’ve always shopped. However, I have to say this location has the worst customer service ever. The store manager should really screen the employees, especially the young ones that don’t seem to be able to say hello or thank you and are plain out right rude & I’ll add stupid- since they can’t seem to scan properly or be able to do any mental math...I spoke to a manager, not sure if he was THE store manager but he was just as useless. Taking my money elsewhere; shame too because location is ideal.
