It was a real pleasure to visit this particular location, simply satisfying to see the near picture perfect facing of the products.Not that many customers inside at the time that I visit, it was almost closing time so maybe that was why.Still the supermarket was very clean and although I didnt find what I was looking for I for sure will keep it in mind next time I go out shopping.

Seriously the nicest staff and group of people. I’m forever grateful for the manager in particular he goes above and beyond, not only for his staff but for the customers as well. Incredible service and kindness. Thank you for helping me out with my order today. You’re truly not only an awesome manager but a very kind hearted person. I left embarrassed at his kindness but truly want him to know how appreciative I am for paying it forward.

This Publix had a lot of variety and had products I couldnt find elsewhere. I will keep this Publix in mind. One employee was helpful.

This is the best Publix that I have ever been to. I went midday and the level of service was top-notch. Even the floor manager was out with a keen eye making sure everyone was on point. The employees were also very courteous and friendly. A world of a difference versus the other Publix down south.

I always love shopping at Publix. Easy to find things and if you dont know where to look ask any employee and they will guide you right to it. Very nice people. Thats my experience at every Publix I have been to. 😊

Was great. Found everything I was looking for. Easy parking and checkout. Wondering why the one across the street on the north side was so busy???? Also my groceries were taken to my car for me. Thats been a while since that happened.

Definitely the worst Publix in the State of Florid. This is based on many experiences, not just one. They are very slow, they often do not acknowledge guests. The fruits and veggies are usually on their way to expiring. The only reason I go here is for location, otherwise I would go elsewhere. Never thought I would miss Safeway which was a much better store.I’ll keep updating the post. So here’s an example of two different tomato bins full of obviously rotten tomatoes.

Smaller older building in a good location. Staff are always great. The bakery folks are truly top notch.

I dont shop at Publix. I dont share their anti-Women, anti-Medical Marijuana policies. I especially dont embrace a company that financially supported #DomesticTerrorists and the #Insurrection AGAINST the United States. I was getting Chinese food in the Plaza. Not in the Publix store. In a 10 minute radius, I will have a Target, Trader Joes, 2 Whole Foods, 2 Winn Dixies, 3 Aldi and a Sprouts. I have had no reason to step foot into a Publix and will continue to avoid the 8 around me.

Gigantic store. Great sales throughout. Produce area always looks good. Conscientious staff (except for deli).Produce tends to spoil quickly.

Its not my favorite by far, but I go there anyway since its close to home. However, for a slightly better shopping experience, I would recommend that you go to the Publix that is located directly across the street (Commercial Blvd.).

Harmony in the Deli is great! She is very professional and courteous and is an asset to your company. William and the rest to the crew in the Liquor store are great as well. They truly make shopping a pleasure.

I normally find Public overpriced, we tend to shop the smaller markets near us. Today we stopped at Public for something quick for lunch and we were impressed with how good it was. Good job on the prepared foods!

Great experience..my favorite time to shop however Is early to mid Sunday morning..low low traffic in the store..it is well organized and very friendly and clean..although the store seems smaller than the normal publix. The fruit selection a little smaller..I was able to purchase everything on my list and then some..I will be going back here even though its a bit out of my way

The deli is understaffed that makes it extremely slow and feel annoyed about people waiting.In other news the manager is not friendly at all and gets upset if you go to the Publix across the road. Not a good model when you go shopping with your kids and trying to show him how to respect people.

As always, every time I go to Publix it is a fantastic experience. I love going there I will always go there as long as theyre open. Every store has the happiest employees oh, because I know Publix treats them like family.

I had a terrible experience at this location. I went at 8:30pm. The sub station food wasn’t fresh (lettuce was brown and cheese was sitting out on the cut table). There was a white crust on my maple turkey meat and the rep tried hide it instead of my getting me fresh meat as if I didn’t see it already. My sub was disgusting.

We have two Publix in front each other, if you go west or east, you will find one on your way !!!Customer service, products, clean store, all fresh. I understand now why they said, b.. its a pleasure....to buy with them !! Sure it is..

You would think that two Publix stores exactly opposite each other on East Commercial would sell exactly the same stuff, but you would be mistaken. The South side Publix sells stuff you cannot find on the shelves of the North side. Example: my wife fell for Jammie Dodgers (a Brit cookie) that can only be found in South Publix. Another: Its Your Birthday Cake ice cream (a Publix flavor). Only in South Publix. Sometimes the price deals are better in the South, too. Check the two out and comparison shop. UPDATE: North Publix must have read this review - they have Birthday Cake ice cream too, now :)

This is my go-to Publix, especially since there is a Starbucks located inside. The staff is polite and always willing to help.

This place is so big. It has a great selection of both fresh and groceries. The staff is very friendly.

Great store with amazing employees. From the parking lot on, an employee is always close ready to assist. This store has become my favorite one.The energy is different. Everyone always appears happy. No one ever frowns if I ask a.question or need help. The managers are always working on the floor. If there is a line, a manager opens a register. If there is a mess, Ive seen managers go grab a broom and mop. One time I lost a twenty dollar bill and I was six dollars short. If was upset about losing the money and not paying attention to register. I was thinking about what to take for bag to void out. As I began to pull out some items out, the cashier advised me it wasnt necessary. While I wasnt paying attention she had pulled out her own debit card and balanced off the transaction. She told me I could go home with everything and have a nice night and not to be upset.

It is one of the smaller Publix locations, so it doesnt always have all of the items that Publix carries. However the staff are always very friendly and accommodating.

Way quicker then across the street

DONT ORDER ONLINE FOR SUBSI have a busy work schedule and I order ahead for lunch. However, they ALWAYS get my sub wrong. Either my order is not ready or made wrong. They move extremely slow so there’s always a line if you decide to have it made there I complained 5 times to the general manger.My advice would be to go to the Publix across the street.

Not sure why theres two publixs across from one another. But of the two I prefer this one! Friendly staff Wider variety surprisingly and bigger deli and vegetable section. Also the parking is a breeze to get in and out of compared to the one across the street.

I come to this store when I need to pickup goods at the liquor store but otherwise my main store is Publix across the street❗

This is nice new Publix and the employees/managers are very nice. The reason I’m giving it one star because everytime I came to this Publix, they always had this little girl cleaning the bathroom when I asked her what’s her position and she said baggin so I’m confused why she cleaning the bathroom everyday. She was very kind to me and she helped me find what exactly I wanted but the custodian work doesn’t fit her.

This Publix is set up a bit differently than most other Publix that I have been to so it is a bit hard to say if I like it better as it is a bit disorienting. You know how you get used to where things are in your home supermarket. Well, everything is someone different in this one! At any rate, this Publix is large, very clean and seemed to be very well stocked. The staff were very friendly and gladly custom cut some bread for me. Other than everything being in a different place than I am used to, it was a very nice Publix and I would shop here again. It was large enough that it had everything that I was looking for, the parking was convenient and everyone was friendly.

I normally dont get to go with the pandemic being what it is now, but I generally call often to the pharmacy and speak to Crystal. SHES THE BEST. ... ALWAYS PLEASANT and PROFESSIONAL with me and when I have MIGRAINE and Dont feel good THAT Is a MAJOR PLUS. SHES A KEEPER 😉.The store has a wide array of food choices and thats great. Sometimes my husband and I are not sure what we want and usually the fresh chicken baked or fried gets us every time.

Nice to have such a huge store and many more choices in area.
