We came to Poinciana Car Wash because our car was full of mold and it was very dirty. The manager named David was so special and kind, he left the car as good as new; no sign of mold and absolutely clean, to make sure it was safe for us to use. It was a great experience, with the relatively short time we gave him because we arrived quite late in the afternoon, he did everything he was going to do, and he was very helpful and kind with us. Amazing atmosphere. We will definitely come back for future services.

I came to this place for a oil change they offer me a free car wash with the oil change. Worse decision I ever make. While doing the car wash They broke a piece in the back of my car. When I request to speak with the manager name Felipo he professional explanation was he is not going to do anything about it to fix it, for me to go home buy a glue put it together because my car was old. SO Unprofessional. One of his employees came and put a tape a least.THE WORST SERVICE

These guys did okay... they took almost 2 hours and when I got home I realized they hit my Sideview mirror and scratched it without telling me.my license plate was bent and I had to re detail most of the exterior as well as the interior myself....definitely a 35$ wash.. but 2 hours???.. come on!and this was all after they locked my keys inside of the vehicle ☹

Be VERY Clear at the front of what you want!I explained to the first cashier I want a detail with my seats done. He charged me for the full works 45$ or something. When I pulled up for the guys to do my car, the seat attendant/ manger said it is actually 110$I said fine he went found the owner I toldThe owner I want my seats done. He charged me another time. I thought the issues was done. The manager comes back tells me it’s not correct again, at this point I’m getting frustrated and was about to leave but simply told him.I will pay whatever the payment is I just need it done or need to go somewhere else. The manager tells me he can get it done.Took a long wait, charged my card several times with a lot of miscommunication on the front but saving grace is the job was a done well.

Experts in car wash. Also its aesthetically pleasing to go thru the car wash. Would recommend any fool who need their war wagon baptized. This place uses techniques so strategically it left my car from antique to bumblebee from transformers. I can finally call my car the panty dropper

Not bad, could use a few improvements though.The wash was great, however in the interior the cup holders were not cleaned out (bummer). The gentlemen that wipes down the interior with armor-all used too much and didnt wipe off the excess so there were small globs on the center console and my steering wheel was super saturated (had to keep wiping my hands with papertowels due to it being so greasy).Will return for car wash.In response to owners comment: I will get in contact with Don about oil tomorrow. I showed up at this place on a Wednesday at 8:30….. looking to get a Full Detail on my truck. I drove up and not a soul in sight. I even ran over the bell 4 times. Still nobody. I turned around and went to Sparkling Image.Pathetic.

Had no problems with their car wash until this last time. Waited in line 20 -25 min not sure why but it looked like unoccupied vehicles were being sent through. My wash was uneventful until my car came out without its hood ornament. It was a big deal to have them stop the line to get the ornament and I could leave . No apologies and I know antennas and add on parts arent covered at all but this is a factory part .

They offer a service that they dont. oague 16 dollars and the washing was exacyo like the one that y have of 5 dollars. just a glint on the rubbers was the difference. terrible service, bad treatment of the angry people, the worst car wash Ive ever been

I just spent $ 32.00 on a wash and wheels. I noticed a couple of areas that were missed. No big deal. I simply asked too run it thru again. He said i had too pay again. Then the so called decision maker said No as well. I was shocked but I turned around & Left they just lost $ 60.00 too $ 90.00 a month from me Bad decision on there Part . Just F.Y.I

I own a ram 1500 limited that i love. Unfortunately the only place i have to park it on my property is under a tree. Recently circumstances caused me to leave it under said tree for half a year, and also a cat appeared to have dedicated quite frequently on my truck to the point I could not easily remove it.I brought in my truck and was helped by David. I was assured that they would be able to get my truck in good shape. We worked out a price I was happy with for the service and I dropped it off.When i got back to pick up my truck i couldnt believe it. It looked like showroom quality. Better than it looked when I left the dealer. The chrome was shining, the wax was perfect, all the tree sediment and cat droppings were were completely removed. Then I checked the inside. The detailing was spot on, and the leather and dashboard care didnt miss a spot.I will absolutely be back with my truck, and Ill be back with my fiances car even sooner.

The value on their car wash packages is awesome. $5 for the barebones, though I selected the $12 wheel package (self vacuum) since I havent washed my 2017 SUV since Nov 2019. Car came out great with the hand drying and wheel spray. Real nice; will go back there again

I found this location online through a search. It is around the corner from my house and had great reviews. Its so awesome to know the reviews were absolutely true! I just bought a new car and needed the car buffed and waxed. I spoke to David and he told me hed take good car of me and the car. He was right! The job he did was awesome and completely worth the price. He got the job done in one day, and they were even willing to work with my work schedule on the pick up time.Super grateful to David and his team. Took alot longer than I had anticipated. 1 hour for very minimal service.. Usually you get a clean scent after a car wash and vaccum, didnt get that here. May go back to old place

Great service! I accidentally left my windows down in the rain. My car received a good amount of water damage and smelled awful. I did a quick Google search and called up this place. The owner picked up right away and answered all my questions about the Shampoo service. He was helpful by telling me the full price ($95), amount of time (3 hours) and follow up (dry fan for mold prevention). I arrived and everything was actually what I expected 🙂 After grabbing a quick bite at Tatts and Tacos 🌮 I came back 3 hours later to my car spotless and smelling amazing! (Even left a tip)

My 2018 Rx350 was so dirty after a fishing trip, took my SUV to this car wash to get detailed and they did an amazing job cleaning my baby inside and out! I was so happy when I saw my baby looking brand new. I would definitely recommend this car wash because they definitely put love into the full service I received!!! The worker were awesome too. Cheap on the go car wash the wash was decent for what was paid

Ive owned my car for 5 years and the times I took it to other car washes it was for a regular interior and exterior cleaning, nothing major. A friend recommended Poinciana Car Wash to do a real thorough cleaning and shampooing of the seats, so I decided to pay the $80 for the heavy duty cleaning/detailing and shampooing of all the seats and when I picked up my car I was really surprised, they left it looking like new. All the stains on the seats were practically completely gone and it was SO clean inside and out. I will start using them more often, theyre a bit more expensive than other places Ive gone to but its worth every cent.

My car came out of wash covered in soap and wet. I asked if someone is going to wipe it dry, and they answered that have to pay extra. Ridiculous... this is first time I’m asked to pay extra for such thing. It’s like: “we will cover your car with soap and you have to pay us extra to wipe it”

Bought 2 groupons for oil change and car wash since Im new to Florida and was looking for a good bargain. I was very impressed. Oil change was quick and thorough, fluid top up and tire pressure check included. They did a really good job on the was my car interior is still shiny and smelly good after 3 days. No complaints see you next wash.

Always a great wash even for the cheapest and since my last visit they added some k oh d if really great dryer brush type machine that drys the car better than the people do.Also its always great to get unlimited vacuum time. Take an hour if you want there is. No charge unless you dont get a car wash. $8.00 is a very fair price for what I got.Thank you for being such a fair business to come to. I am.only sorry I am moving back to Pennsylvania in Sept. and will loose this really nice place to do business with.Gwen Willis

David Brown is all I can say. Go there and ask for David Brown if you need anything done for your car. plus they have a sit in waiting area with a massage chair. sometimes i just go there and sit in the massage chair for hours. Beautiful atmosphere. Nothing but Professionalism.

Been getting my car cleaned here for 2 months but today was amazing. David did an awesome job giving my Mercedes a deep clean. Travel dust built up over 2 weeks of driving over 2,000 miles was erased in less than an hour.The service was amazing and he even suggested things I could do to get the inside back to that new car look. I love it and Im so thankful.

Always my go-to car wash. Never experience long lines and they have deep cleaning service for a decent price (includes a trip through the car wash). It’s conveniently located on okland park blvd. The employees are very friendly and do a great job so leave a nice tip.

Best place to go for all your mechanic needs!Don is the man with the plan. For as long as I’ve know him he’s always able to solve any problem. He works quickly but he does always pay attention to the details. Don is always trying to help customers out whenever or however he can! To top it off after almost any service they provide a wash or wash with an interior clean that gives your car a shine. Poinciana is the place you go to get the done right the first time!

Just was going by to get the boss vehicle washed did good the boss was pleased.

Paid $22.00 for a Iight duty and waited 29 min and ended up doing my ownVacuum, after I was done I proceeded to the drive in, and waited another 10 min. Had 1guy doing vacuum. After 15 mins of him being alone they finally sent 1 more guy to help. Service is poor and needs improvements.
