I blew a front tire on 595 N and ended up on a Sunday - with an emergency situation at Tire Choice. My 1st time at this company. Well …. I have to tell everyone this place is GREAT!! Went there today to buy a new tire. I went at 5 pm on a Saturday night and assumed I would have to either leave the car or come back the next day. They completed the work and had me on my way within 1/2 hour. They had a tire to match the others on my car and the price was very reasonable-I had shopped around. The staff was courteous and did everything they promised without reminders. Five stars!!!

My first time at Tire Choice will not be my last time! I was able to walk in and book an appointment right away with the manager Steve and he fit me in next day (which I thought was pretty fast seeing as I walked in).Brought my car in the next day and I was greeted with a smile right away by Joe who told me it wouldn’t be a long wait, so if I wanted to I could have a seat and they’d take a look at my car right away. Joe was right, it didn’t take them long at all and thankfully my vehicle was in good condition and it didn’t need any attention. I came here to replace my tires and it was a great experience from the moment I was greeted. Joe was very helpful and made choosing the right tires for my car easy. I came back six months later to get an oil change and had another wonderful experience, I won’t go anywhere else.

Brought my car in for oil change and check air in tires. They told me my brakes were no good, needed rotors as well on all 4 wheels. It was raining and told me it was unsafe to drive my car out. They wanted $880 plus tax. For the brakes and rotors. I left. Now at Maris tire. Rotors are fine. All 4 breaks 200.

So my run flat lost its tread, on a Sunday, and this was the closest shop open. Joe was so helpful! I thought they would have my tire, its speciality tire, so it had to be ordered. So, to get on the road TODAY they called 4 other tire shops and found my tire! This is such good service, whos sends business to other tire shops? 🙄 I would have ordered but I have to get back on the road to get back to my family and work tomorrow.These guys are honest, went above and beyond finding me a tire, and got me back on the road to Orlando. Thankful and grateful! Us women need places we can trust!!!

I had an appointment to drop my car for an alignment at 9:15. I get there at 9 a.m., when they are supposed tonioen. There are four other customers in the parking lot. We all wait until 9:30, and no one was there to open up the store. It was the only day I had a ride to drop me off and take me back to get my car. At about 9:45, I get a phone call asking if Im still bringing the car in, and I explained to them I would not. I will not be going back

This auto repair shop is completely overpriced and does not take women seriously. They genuinely scan women SPECIFICALLY out of their money. Please do yourself a favor and if they charge you for anything out of the blue, drive your car to another auto repair shop OR ask them to service your car and price match it once you go to another shop and get it checked out. Also I absolutely recommend anyone who does visit this shop asks to see what they’re servicing and why.

I had an emergency with my car rims this past Sunday. I was going through the Hollywood area to go back to my home in Jacksonville. After trying to get the rim in some nearby businesses and no one had inventory contact this place. When I arrived I received Joe Álvarez and his deal, knowledge in what I was doing was excellent. And the working time was extremely right, I felt like a family. Joe gave me a family service. We need more business like this and workers like Joe across Florida.

I was visiting from Miami when the tire light came on. I took it to Tire Choice Oakland, on a Sunday, thinking I had a nail in one of my tires. Joe was very professional, honest and friendly. Turns out I didn’t have a nail in any of my tires. All I needed was air, which was quickly taken care of. While there I also got an oil change. Very satisfied with the great service!

Came in for a screw in my tire and the team took care of me right away! Was greeted by the charismatic Joe and the maintenance team put both a patch and a plug in the tire in under 20min! They made themselves another loyal customer today!

Went here on Monday the 5th of july to get the brakes fixed now 2 days later the brakes are scraping worse than before. They didnt adjust the brakes or put them in wrong. Remember you need brakes on your car to stop obviously no one checked the brakes before releasing to the customer.

Joe and the Tire Choice team are awesome! I completely trust them with servicing my car. I know that they will never take advantage of me. I’ve been coming to this location for four years and have always been treated very well.

Let me start off by saying, the staff in this location are absolutely amazing. I came into tire choice after my car stopped working on my way to work ( freaking out by the way) the gentleman at the desk was kind and reassuring. He said he would keep me updated on what the issue could possibly be. After a few hrs I get a phone call stating all of the testing they ran and parts that needed to be ordered. It was not good news. However, the gentleman at the desk ( again amzing) informed me that my vehicle was still under warranty and I should have the dealership handle this situation and thats just what I did. He did not charge me a dime even though time and labor was spent on my car.. I was really impressed with how efficient, courteous and honest he was. I definitely would recommend this location of tire choice for your vehicle needs. Thanks again.

Good service that I have had for oil change

On Sunday, April 18th, I found myself with a nail in my tire and I was getting ready to travel the next morning...I couldnt leave the car like that. I was very lucky to have found this shop, open and not busy at all. I went in and immediately without hesitation, I was taken care of. I have to give praise to the technician that took care of me, James T., for his professionalism, willingness to help and for not only taking care of that nail, but also for throughly inspecting my other tires to make sure they were all ok. Thank you! I even tipped him and well deserved.

Called at 8:58 AM.. Spoke to Luis on the phone and told him I had really limited time and needed to get my rear brakes done.. He told to bring it in asap.. Got there in 10 mns.. They finished a few other cars and inspected mine.. Gave a me a great quote and started working on my car.. While there, serviceman Berto was also very helpful in letting me know what tools were needed for the job because I told him I tried myself first and failed.. Called in, got a great quote on a brand new set of quality, highly-rated, brand name tires. I came in, no wait and I was out within a half an hour.Mr. Orlando certainly under promised and over delivered! I asked if alignment was included in the price, he told me they would check to see if I needed it. He easily couldve thrown that in but the fact that he didnt take advantage speaks volumes. And to top it all off, my car was brought out to me and my tires were dressed!Definitely wont hesitate to go back when the need arises.
