I was able to get an appt.quickly and they were so nice. Car now runs great and the price was good.

Got a flat tire on my way home from work. Pulled in, as it was the first available service place that I knew of, at 4:58. 2 minutes before closing. Not only did they check to see if they could plug my tire (they couldnt) they ended up using their jacks and air wrench to help remove and install my spare. I didnt have any money on me and they told me to just stop in the morning and drop it off. They really saved my butt and were so nice and kind about it. I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone. Glad that this type of place and these type of people are in my area.

After dealing with overpriced con artist mechanics all over the oakland park area, I found Alpha. Runned by owner Bill and his right hand man Joe. All I can say is that these guys are not only extremely competant and highly experienced but the most honest and trustworthy around.One local mechanic wanted $3000 worth of work out of me when the problem was simply a $300 part. Another wanted $100 per hour with 4 hours anticipated for what ultimately was a $85 job. Too many crooks fixing wallets instead of cars!If you want a service shop thats owner operated and in business for like 40+ years then I highly recommend you give these guys a try. They treat me like family and I am sure they will do the same for you!

I brought my truck here three days ago and dropped it off with Bill the owner of the truck was starting just fine after three days I called back to find out how my truck was and he says he gives up he can’t deal with that anymore and he says my truck won’t start anymore do not waste your time or money here go somewhere else to someone who can actually fix your car
