Im on the fence Ive been bringing my car to them lately almost religiously but I feel duped and Im on the fence, They received my vehicle for a singular repair charged me for diagnostic and convinced me I needed additional repairs I authorized those repairs and now suddenly my car has a check engine light and is suddenly leaking but Ive been driving the car since FEBRUARY without a single issue no check engine lights at all car drove like new. if I had a leak since February wouldnt I have ran into at least a check engine light but no only AFTER I brought my car I begun to get warning lights.I paid the diagnostic twice and they neglected to tell me before hand initially what was wrong with my car additionally on top of the main problem first time I paid the diagnostic fee. Id assume a diagnostic would cover a total diagnosis of the engine and electrical issues of the vehicle but it seems theyre just charging that fee to make money πŸ’°.After all the repairs I was convinced to do totaling over about $3000 in repairs I now have a check engine light, 3 different codes, the car is shaking when its IDLE and when I cold start it the car makes a clunk sound and I have part failures that before I brought the car in worked PERFECTLY FINE. Im starting to seriously regret bringing It to the shop. I dont like at all how my car drives anymore.

Gave them a van to inspect before purchasing. They said it was in good condition. 6 months latter and thousands in repair bills, it turns out that their statement was a lie.Everything that could have broken on the van broke and they have been patching the same things over and over again. Oh and even though they supposedly warranty their work, they will still charge you the diagnostic fee for making sure it was the same part that they replaced.Incompetent. Dishonest. On this street there are many other shops. Just go to any other.

Brought my 2011 volkswagen here a few weeks ago with 55k miles to be diagnosed for a shaking steering wheel at highway speeds as well as muted or terrible steering control and what seemed liked busted suspension components. Doing my research, I figured probably tires, and likely ball joints. I even jumped under the car before going to the shop to inspect the ball joints which looked worn and had play in them. Telltale sign theyve failed or are failing. Decided to test the shops accuracy anyway. Called up and spoke with a pleasant person named Ryan, and brought them the car after we discussed diagnostic fees etc. Once there, I was greeted (hah) by a heavy latin gentleman, name not disclosed, and I told him why I was there. I mentioned to him that my ball joints may or may not be going. He said NO!, NOT BALLJOINTS. Not on new car. Problem with tires, not balanced Ok... I said, but can you inspect the suspension components anywa.... NO! DONT ARGUE WITH ME. TIRES THE PROBLEMAlright, fine. Take the car, inspect and diagnose the issue, and tell me Im right after the fact, right? Nope! I get a call later saying my tires are worn and not balanced and need two new tires to swap with the bad ones. I asked about anything else regarding suspension? Nothing. Just tires. So I was surprised by that, needless to say. So with two new tires, balancing, new brake pads, plus a solenoid sensor I asked them to replace on the A/C compressor that I provided, that they claimed needed to have the front bumper and radiator come off, I was looking at north of $1100. I declined all services, since thats a bit outrageous, but not unexpected from a specialty autoshop, and paid their $130 diagnostic fee. Ended up having the car transported to my cousin in Orlando who is a VW ASE master tech. Took 30 mins to inspect it, and said he could replace the solenoid on the compressor with an empty freon can, and 15 mins since it was easily accessible from the bottom of the car. Second... the tires? They werent worn or balanced improperly, they were shot. The metal belts inside all 4 tires were separating from defect and easily seen from the exterior of the wheels with the car in the air. He also told me that my lower suspension components, namely the ball joints I tried to have EAP inspect before being rudely cut off, were shot and needed to go too. So all in all, I paid $130+ for them to incorrectly diagnose the issue and provide me with very little to go on for my problem. Had I paid their absurd prices, Id still being having issues with the car after the fact. I suggest avoiding this place unless you prefer to throw money away.FWIW, Ryan is a nice enough guy, but I cant speak for the rest of them there. My grandpa used to take his mercedes benz here regularly before he passed and spent probably $10-15k over the years. Its scary to think how much of that was based on loose diagnosis from amateurs.

Very transparent, and take the time to explain whats going on with your car. Dont just throw repair numbers at you.Our 2015 VW Jettas dashboard icons were lighting up. I walked in with a printout of the codes, and the tech informs me it may just be an ABS sensor and that it can falsely trigger all the codes. Based on my concerns, they could have taken advantage of me but were straight, fair, and reassuring.Great bunch of guys.

Euro Auto Performance is a top notch auto service & repair shop! Very happy I found these guys. They came highly recommended by a few friends and fellow automotive enthusiasts. Euro Auto performed a brake job on my VW - upgraded brake pads, stainless steel lines, and a brake flush with high performance brake fluid. The car runs great, the brakes feel great and I couldnt be happier with their quality of service, friendliness, and price. Euro Auto Performance has been around for many years and it is a testament to the quality of service they provide. I will definitely be using them again for future automotive repairs and service. Shoutout to Peter who was awesome throughout the whole experience and very communicative. A true professional!

Had several issues with my car, needed to get my motor mounts and water pump/thermostat replaced on my 2007 e92 Bmw XDrive ended up having a bad passenger cv axle. everything was repaired, a bit pricey on labor but 100% worth it. Wouldnt trust my car with anyone else. very experienced mechanics did a profesional and clean job. Its a relief to finally find a reputable European car mechanic in south Florida after dealing with some crappy mechanics down here.great independent shop way better then getting slammed at your local Dealership with half the quality. Will continue bringing my car here for service and repairs. Thank you to you all euro auto on Oakland park, FL Happy holidays!

DO NOT use this shop.. They do not stand by their work.I used them to replace my valve cover gasket, less than 9,000 miles and a year later I noticed it was leaking oil again.. finally made it back to the shop to have them inspect what the problem was and they said it was the valve cover gasket leaking again. Obviously they screwed up on the original replacement and since I made it back into the shop twelve and a half months after the original replacement they wouldnt correct their faulty work. DO NOT TRUST a car shop that doesnt stand behind their work. Will never go back.

I was lucky to find them, They fixed my car that day, and worked around my schedule. Before I took my car to Euro Auto I got two other quotes that were triple the cost and misdiagnoseI will tell everyone that they are efficient and affordable. And I say that from now on when it comes to my car im not worried anymore.

This place is awesome, my Mazda 3s AC was damaged and I live in south Florida so everyone knows us floridians need that AC! Everyone around was charging me an arm and leg for the repairs. A friend of mine suggested I visit euro auto performance and it was the best shop ever charged me half of what all the other shops charged me and on top of that the staff was extremely nice!

Services industry in S. FL is pretty horrible. But,... Euro Auto Performance is a shop Ill gladly recommend to anyone looking for a good mechanic for their european cars. When my AC gave out (@174k miles), I took the car to Euro Auto Perf for an estimate. The estimate came back very fair and reasonable, and I did not hesitate in giving them the go-ahead to do the work. I got the car back later in the day with ice-cold AC!Ive worked on my car many times (including: replace suspension and timing belt) as a shade tree mechanic. And if a pro shop tells me itll take them just as long as me working on it under the proverbial tree... then something doesnt add-up. Certainly thats not the case at Euro Auto Performance. Again.. highly recommended!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at any mechanic . Was quoted $1360 to change 2 ball joints . When I denied it, the slapped me with $120 diagnostic fee and they didn’t even look at my car . Had to call the sheriff . Dishonest and sneaky they will get money from you any chance they can . Found another Indy to do it for $430 . Horrible service . Go elsewhere .
