Honestly, handsome down best service Ive received in a while. Mary H. helped me in so many ways. I came in to get a battery changed because I thought it wasnt working properly, but turns out the dealership didnt even install it right! She showed me how it was supposed to be in and was polite the entire time.

Excellent service from store: 1264. Mary help me find the tool I needed specifically for my car. All advanced Auto Parts stores that I originally tried could not or didnt even try. Robot Ron fed me alot of good advice on future work needed on my car. I definitely will lock this store in my contact list.

I visited this store about a week ago and a beautiful and polite lady named Mary went above and beyond to assist me finding the proper brake pads for my SUV . I didn’t want to spend much because I have an older car and she was friendly enough to let me know which ones were the best quality for the lowest price! I wish all the Auto Zones had more reps like her!

Went there today to get a new battery. They took forever to help and then said he wasn’t sure which battery my car should get. He went out and looked at the battery and said he couldn’t tell for sure. He went back inside and we waited a while and he never returned. When we went back inside to see what was taking so long, he was helping someone with an air filter. Horrible customer service. We left and never going back!

We were lucky to make it to this store just thirty minutes before closing yesterday. We needed our car battery tested ASAP after needing to be jumped twice. Thankfully we didnt need a new battery and Andrew did show us how corroded our battery terminal was. He was so helpful and went above and beyond for us and cleaned out the corrosion and showed us a product that would keep it clean. He is so knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. This was my first time going to this Autozone and the employees were nothing short of attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. There was a Brazilian lady by the name of Paola who was so personable and helped me through every step of the process.My car (2012 Chevy Malibu) wasn’t starting and I thought it was the alternator or the starter and she was so helpful in guiding me to fix the issue. She offered to charge the battery and after one hour we found out that my battery was dead!Paola was working in the back and stopped what she was doing to assist me and garnered the help of her coworker Salvador to help me install a new battery. Salvador and Paola were the best in this stressful time for me. I would recommend this store for anyone who is looking for great service! 5 stars!

I came in with a work truck with a dead battery late on Friday. The manager was great and quickly changed my battery. The terminal was corroded and broke as he removed it. He quickly changed the terminal as well and got my employee back on the road to finish his route. Great service with a great attitude.

We had a mechanic just fix an issue with our 02 Honda Accord costing us $600!! We knew what was initially wrong with the car by taking it to AutoZone and having done the diagnostic test..Not 2 weeks later, the check engine light comes back on and we take it back to AutoZone and the same exact issue shows up. So I went Inside and asked a gentleman named Jonathan at store 1264 to explain exactly what that part does. Well not only did Jonathan explain in full detail but he came outside and showed my partner and I how easy it was to fix ourselves and if we needed help he would help us. So thanks to Johnathan we know more now than we did before. That man is (to me..) employee of the year! Best customer service ever from AUTOZONE.
