It is family owned, and more importantly, the owners give 110 percent in everything they do! From excellent customer service, to the state of the art high quality paint services they offer, the extremely affordable prices hardly make sense! Everywhere else I went I had to wait weeks, some even months to get my car, and still pay a ton. But Smart Way has been my choice every time since the first time and they have even gotten my car done within 24 hours for me multiple times just because I was in a few jams (Dont take your friends cars under the influence 😂)! I dont think Ive ever seen service as pleasant and as official and caring about ones personal request as this place! Thank you so much Smart Way! The employee here by the name of Chris is really disrespectful. First he overpriced the job for a damage I did to his customers car and when I tried to pay at the front desk Chris told the receptionist that Im going to call the bank and dispute the charges. I asked how he knew that since he never met me before and he said he knew because hes psychic. Very discriminating and disrespectful.
