Very helpful in finding me proper rebuild carburetor kit & float for my big block, early 70s Ford. Id come back again, especially since theyre in my neighborhood. And they do seem to know what theyre doing. Some other auto parts stores in town (which shall remain nameless) just dont always seem to know what theyre doing. Napa has their collective heads screwed on straight.

Napa is great if you are looking for a parts that you cant just look up in 10 seconds on a computer. They take the time to open books and find parts that arent as common.

Snobby, rude and arrogant staff in a poorly lit dusty store that is usually locked up with a chain around the door handles. Unreliable service, you are better off going to OReillys.

I am a manager at a repair shop in riverbank. I called to see availability on a part for my customer and they had me on hold for 20 mintues. Very unprofessional, you cant run a business that way.
