I got ripped off by o’rileys, when they tested my battery. Went to autozone and was helped right away. Had a great talk with one of the employees about atvs etc. great service!!

Gloves priced on the shelf for 19.99 and rung up for 21.49. Asked the cashier and he just said it must have been priced wrong. I asked him about price matching because at the other place in town they were 19.99 but I wanted to use my $20 credit and he said that I would have to buy them there and bring the receipt and that it would take a long time. I don’t understand why you guys have all the ads about your great service but when it comes to getting it, it doesn’t exist.

Some prices are ridiculous.. Usually they have youre basic maintenance supplies... Customer service Id say 78% of the employees go above and beyond, the other 22% dont know the difference between a disc brake and drum bake...

We all have preferences on where we go to get our car parts, but this place stands out with how awesome there staff is. I can go in and tell them my project and they just have answers. Awesome place.

Pretty good service. The person that helped me was able to find the parts without using the computer which is rare to find anymore. A lot of parts they had in stock when another one of the local stores didnt have it. Will definitely try auto zone first.
