While I am happy with everything I purchase here. I have zero complaints with customer service or products. They are great as far as that goes. I think it needs to be noted somewhere the website is misleading. It comes up as an option online for Propane tank refills and filled tanks when you do a Google search. I just came here to purchase a new filled tank They only have the empty canisters. A website update is needed. This review is trying to save someone else a wasted trip. Like I just had.

Had the products that we needed. Store was clean and well stocked. The staff was helpful and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

TSC does not stand by their products. I bought a hickory-handled 8lb maul about a year and a half ago, and just this past weekend the handle developed a long split while I was splitting some logs. The maul has seen occasional homeowner use and has been stored indoors. I would completely agree with them if they rejected replacement because the tool was abused, but that is not the case here. I spoke to the manager who told me there is no warranty at all, only the 30-day return policy. Steer clear of hand tools from Tractor Supply! When it breaks early youll be on your own.

Our old lawnmower croaked unexpectedly on a Saturday afternoon. We purchased a new one from TSC around 6pm and it was delivered just after 10am Sunday morning. The whole process from ordering to delivery was easy and stress free. Thanks, you did an amazing job!

Store was clean and employees were helpful. But what I’m assuming was the general manager? Came up to my fiancé and I and asked how we were doing and if we needed any help. I replied “no thank you we are just browsing we’ve never been here before” then he proceeds to ask what we have in our basket and my fiancé said he could tell he was keeping a close eye on us. Made us really uncomfortable, it was like he was trying to catch us stealing/assumed we were trying to or something. We ended up buying the items we needed that we came there for but most likely won’t be returning.

Well maintained, especially for being a tractor supply (most arent as well kept, tools in right places, isles marked, sales correctly marked, etc..). Pretty impressed with the prices on boots, I was in a pinch and out of town. These Justins were a little over $100 and comfortable as a cloud! Also found an awesome sale on Stanley tape measures up to 25 for all the construction workers that can always us a replacement tape for under $15 and we all know Staley is where its at. All in all, great selection and well organized. I was in and out with a couple bonus buys!

Theyre selling baby chicks for just a couple of dollars some of them even $0.50 theyre also selling baby ducks for just a couple of dollars its a great deal

A scouting Purple Martin flew into our porch we were so excited We bought the purple martin barn, put it together and before we even got the pole set in the hole, the martins started circling. 1 week later they have moved in and are a joy to behold swooping gliding and chattering. So happy to have them at last. This barn is easy to assemble and mount. We highly recommend you try it.

We ordered through curbside pick up, called when we got there and waited over 30 minutes. Had to go in and get our order ourselves and load it. Was told they were busy and forgot. Whats the point of having curbside if you have to go in anyway?

Went today and got our ducks and chickens. We were in and out and got everything we needed in one place. Staff were friendly and helpful+

Nice people for the most part, curbside pickup is more like come in & pick it up but still a nice feature. Enjoyed shopping online even tho the store is very clean too. I would recommend this location & store in general.

Good animal foods

Nice and clean Tractor Supply. I was able to find the items that I needed along with a few other items that caught my eye. They were having a sale on rain boots so I was able to pick out a new pair for myself.The beef jerky is really good and it may be one of the many reasons that I stop by this store again.

I get things like glyphosate and other odds and ends here. For certain items the prices are great and when the time is right you can see baby chicks. Always pleasant shopping and easy parking. Even though its a drive from west Knox, it is still worth it and you can hit up Willow Ridge too.

You can get more than just tractor supplies here! I get my dog food here (American made), bought decorations for my home and clothes for my son. There is something for everyone here!

A great store for stuff, but not a welding supply store because customer service only accepts blue tanks. Okay, a bit crazy for working people.

Really really extremely helping staff they spend the time thats needed to make sure youre purchasing what you really need, but after leaving there I actually stopped at The Home Depot. & I found the same deal like $30 less from when I just purchased it at Tractor Supply. I couldve saved $30 at The Home Depot, other than that everything is all good.

Well stocked store with helpful employees. Ill be back. Person inline before me has an electric fence to exchange without a receipt and I had one item; she called a manager to help the customer before me and took care of my purchase immediately. I wouldnt have mined a wait. Great service!

Excellent value, good selection of products from tools to feed. The only drawback is the clothing sizes. Im a small guy. It seems all the men who buy clothes here are Large, Enormous, and Oh-my-God-its-coming-towards-us. Good news if your 4XL, bad for me.

This places rocks!! Great employees and they open their doors to the local animal rescues and have clinic times for folks to be able to bring their animals to get shots. I got to experience my 1st adoption event since Ive become a foster parent to the diggidies and my baby girl got adopted and it was a great experience. I highly recommend this place and I was actually surprised at the great prices they have here and the amount of products, they have it all. Thanks you guys for being such a wonderful part of our community!!

Love this place, great prices on cat n dog food that have high protein n less garbage for a healthier pet. Have been going to this store for 10 years now and store is always clean, staff is always nice and friendly, very knowledgeable about products. Great all around store. Cant wait till they build another one closer to my sons and uncles house off of I-75 in Andersonville so they can quit using Wal- Mart and get better food for their fur babies.

Tractor Supply has a large variety of pet food reasonably priced. Has a variety of different farm items to choose from, love it!

Educate your employees on livestock vaccines and staff enough (knowledgeable) people. We have always been disappointed with the Oak Ridge location. Today was no different. We will continue to stick with the Halls location. Everyone locally is out of stock on what we needed.

Many of the items we were interested in had no pricing listed. Makes it difficult to comparison shop. Will try the co-op to see if they are more customer focused.

Okay so I stepped on a staple and the employee acted like it was my fault. He was just very dull about the while thing. Didnt even ask me if I wanted a discount or anything. He blew me off. Just wont go back there again.

This store is small enough that everything is quick and easy to get to, like my dog food thats only sold here or at bigger, fancier pet stores. As far as the dog food is concerned, pricing is competitive with co-op or PetSmart. The cashiers are always friendly. Ive never had an issue with the employees, but I have been in line behind customers that made the experience less than satisfactory.

What amazing customer service! Brent went out of his way to confirm the 2 items I called about were physically present in the store, and then took the time to explain to me how recent legislation affected the items their store could carry. This was the 3rd TSC I called looking for my items, so his explanation saved me a lot of time continuing looking for it in the wrong place. This just became my go-to store!

I wish they had more horse supplies and what little they do have is geared toward Western riders and men. Its a good store for animal feed and bird seed.

Its tractor supply... if you need farm type stuff, welding supplies, things of that nature, its better than rummaging through home depot only to be disappointed and them not have what you need... friendly people, usually willing to help however they can.

Well the male cashier acted as if he didnt want to ring our stuff up and then after he did he wanted to leave us standing thwre to go load something for the customer before us. I said no heres my money then me and my wife had to bag our own stuff as he was trying to run out the door. He should have either dealt with her first or after us but we should have got good customer service

I normally visit TSC in Rockwood. They were just as friendly & helpful here. I had questions about a specific item & two employees helped me. I definitely recommend TSC, for animal needs, home decor (if rustic/country), and clothes (they carry Bit & Bridle, Wrangler, Carhartt & more.)

You can find a very wide variety of hardware, industrial, mechanical, farm, apparel, feed and seed, tools, and even some baby chicks from time to time.

Always friendly workers wanting to help you, just not there, like I had to come to work, prices are always great, I purchase 2.5 gallons farmworks 41 glyphosate every year at least 3 times a year, and love the Tractor Supply hats, always purchase one or two a visit.
