They not only know how to guide in the proper direction but they attempt to always find you the best answer. They deal with many walks of life and Many contractors. Their location is always clean and maintenance.

We go there to get these HDX Heavy duty single use gloves for work. A worker suggested them and they are AMAZING!! We work in the public so we need gloves to clean buildings with, and these are perfect for our every day needs. I HIGHLY recommend these gloves. Plus, The Home Depot staff is always nice and so friendly. Will continue to go there for these gloves.

We had to buy a new washer due to a lightening storm surge through our house. The first place we went was home Depot . Any stars given were solely for the associate that helped us he was wonderful. The rest of the experience was terrible as they offered free delivery and ended up refusing to deliver due to the drivers stating they were afraid to take the truck down our driveway. They brought a very tall truck and was afraid of damaging it on our trees. They ask if we could bring a truck to the start of the driveway so they could get it to the house . Anyway, it didnt get delivered. We ask for our money back and they said we had to wait . So we waited 3 days for that. Just an overall bad experience. They blamed the drivers for the inconveniences but home Depot hired them. To me it makes home Depot look bad to hire inexperienced help. The drivers were very nice and apologetic for the inconveniences it caused. We have had many large deliveries to our home with no problem. Sorry wont be doing that again....

I remember the days you couldnt walk 2 feet without being asked if you needed help. Not the case now. Been waiting 20 min at least for assistance. They paged someone 2x. 5 employees walked within 5 feet of me and quickly turned down another isle. No eye contact. Nothing. Guess I will be spending my money at Lowes. They have a better selection anyways.

Ordered kitchen appliances, refrigerator, stove and microwave. The employee ( I think her name was Abigail but not certain) She was very helpful. She searched online for exactly what I wanted when they didnt have it on the floor. She suggested better made and more affordable options for comparison. She was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. She told us what to expect at delivery, how to prepare and what to watch for. She made this visit the best!

Atomic Car Audio did my window tint (10%) on my 2013 Kia Optima Sx. They are one of the few dealers I could find that used the 3M window film. I went with the 3M Obsidian Series with the tint percentage they suggested, and it looks great! My car has black leather, and this window tint greatly reduced the heat in my vehicle. Was worried I wouldnt be able to see at night... I can just fine at night.Atomic Car Audio has great customer service and know what they are doing. Very professional!

I’m sure enough people Dont check their receipt as they pile items into their cart! ridiculous business practice of bait and switch! but don’t worry, with a PHYSICAL copy of a competitors ad, they will honor that pricing just not their own.

I will never order online ever again. I received an email telling my that my order was ready for pickup, I get there and they only have part of it. So they tell me the only way to fix it is to return the part of the order that didnt show up, and re-order it, so I not only have to wait on the refund, I have to wait another week to get my order. Then they call me an hour later to tell me that they found it magically, but would not do anything to help me with my refund, the store associate said that I would have to call online services that it wasnt their fault on the process of the refund, even though they are the ones that lost it, had me re-order, then drive back. Its just the point that the store made it out like it was my fault that the order was messed up when I called back the next day because I had nothing showing that there was a refund. The only positive point was the lady on the initial day that I dealt with, Carrie, she was the only one that even apologized for all of the trouble that I have had to deal with on this.

I purchased a $3800 lawn mower (Toro zero turn) there and my experience with Eric was wonderful. Let me just add he didn’t do anything wrong. He did everything he was supposed to do. I purchased this lawn mower before Home Depot closed. Got home and to my surprise the battery was dead. I called Home Depot at your oak ridge store before closing and the customer service rep said to bring in the battery the next day and that you would exchange it. So I thought perfect. Friday (4/16/2021) I got there at 8:30 am let’s just say my experience with Misty (customer service) and manger Kimberly was horrible! I went in there to exchange the battery out and these two had the audacity to accuse me of trying to return an old battery until Miss Kimberly here decided to do her job and decided to check the other Toro’s sitting outside and compared the batteries and to her surprise they all look the same! She finally swap my battery out. I did not spend $3800 to be a called a liar! I shopped there frequently and let me just add Home Depot left a bad taste in my mouth. I will never shop any of your locations again. I don’t care what kind of day your employees has had but you do not treat your customers that way. Especially when I had the receipt that clearly had a date and time on it and was bought the night before. I just wanted a working lawn mower. I am shocked still to how disappointed I was with your employees. You need to teach these ladies about some customer service best practice. I also contacted corporate. I still have yet to hear back from the district manager. That is all.

Customer service was absolutely terrible. Nobody would help us get the boards down that we needed and just stood there watching us. Also, if the store closes at 9 stop rushing people at the door at 8oclock. Will not be going back here they were extremely rude. This Home Depot needs some improvement.

He asked me if I found what I was looking for. I said yes. He asked me where I found it. Not sure its my responsibility as a customer to help the employees locate merchandise.

Drove over 30 minutes to make a purchase based on the fact that the website claimed there were PLENTY of this item in stock, as in 20+ of them. After 10 minutes of a goosechase of people calling around to different people in the store, it is decided there there are NONE of this item available at all. What is the point of having a website for shopping if you cannot pick up what you want to order or go buy because the inventory us completely wrong? The website said Pick Up Today and yet time and few has been wasted with nothing to show for it.

The only thing I would like to see improved may very well be an impossibility: a personal touch during each customers visit is prominently non-existent due to both the massive size of the building and immense variety& possibilities of building materials in stock and the limitless nature of their uses that is only bound by your creativity. Its hard to create a personable, interactive, and an individually relevant, customer-specific experience.

Curbside pickup took 30 minutes. Also no mask enforce even though they have a big sign out front saying mask are required. Just take the sign down and put up one saying mask are suggested. Then people won’t be upset when they walk in your store and half your customers and some of your employees aren’t wearing facial coverings.

I have given this Home Depot two chances now, and have been disappointed both times in regards to their home services. Late last year after purchasing my home, I setup an in home appointment to discuss replacement windows. It was so unprofessional and sketchy. The window rep seemed very lazy, measured only one window (I have 9 that need replaced, different sizing) did not show me a single sample - he finally did offer, however he presented the suggestion as if he were guiding me to say no. Then after he finally left, a vehicle pulled up in front of my house but the person didn’t get out. I immediately got a phone call from someone saying he was the reps supervisor and started asking me a bunch of questions about the visit. His responses were as if he were looking (and expecting) negative feedback. The vehicle drove off. Phone rings again, it’s the rep asking if he left his clipboard here and wanting to come back and check (which I absolutely did not allow).Fast forward to last week - the glass fell out of my backdoor. I knew I needed new doors when I purchased the house, so I figured it was time to act. I picked out two doors (big door and storm door). Called Home Depot to setup an in home visit to have it measured. The manager I spoke to tried to talk me out of it, stating they were 2 weeks behind on measuring appointments and 3-4 weeks behind on installation. She said I would be better off finding an independent contractor to do the work. I told her that I have been trying to find a handyman for seven months and have had no luck getting anyone to show up. I told her that I had secured the broken glass and I was okay waiting. I got a call very quickly and had an in home appointment for measuring setup very quickly - the next day. The guy arrived a few hours early, and did a great job of measuring my door. He was very professional and told me they were caught up on door installations and would probably be able to do mine the next week. Great! I asked him what I do next - he told me I wait for the home services person to call me back. He said she should be calling probably in the next day or two and to tell her which door I wanted. No callback a week later. I did get the email that the guy had submitted my measurements, and I would receive a call in 48 hours. Still nothing. I thought that going through a reputable business for this type of service would be more reliable than trying to find an independent handyman. I guess that’s just not the case. How in the world do people find someone to do work on their homes? I will never use this Home Depot again, which is very on convenient as it is so near my home. Also, I should be refunded the $30 I paid to have someone come measure the door.

Went to local HD today (3/20/20). Management could do more to encourage and staff and employees to keep 6 feet apart. Our community need is not being addressed. Bought a washer/dryer set in mid November. Was “supposed” to be in stock and the earliest they could get it to us was more than two weeks. Two weeks went by and delivery was rescheduled 4 days later. 4 days later delivery was rescheduled to mid December and now to December 26th. We start getting text messages at this point saying we have been missing delivery when at least one of us is home at all times. I research the delivery company, and lo and behold, it’s RAS Logistics, a company I’ve dealt with before through another retailer we bought a couch from, whose M.O. is to pull into the bottom of your driveway (ours is 50 yds with a bend that obscures the highway by sight), wait a few minutes without calling to notify you, then leave and notify you via text that you missed them. When we DID finally get our couch they were unfriendly and standoff-ish, and we found they had dumped all the shipping and packing material for the couch at our mailbox.Upon realizing I was dealing with these same people through Home Depot I immediately call them to cancel my order and was shown zero empathy for my plight and given some nonsense about how they can’t because it’s already on the truck for delivery and that the reason it keeps getting rescheduled was it’s back-order status...despite us being told it was immediately available at the time of purchase and despite him literally just having said it was on the truck, which is what our order status had been every time we checked it beginning on December 2nd, the original shipping date.I hope someone from this Home Depot store reads this. More than a month after I give you $1400 I still haven’t received my appliance and I have a mountain of laundry backing up in our new home and I promise you...if I waste my day-after-Christmas staring out my window all day, again...I’m coming for you. Not Samsung, not RAS Logistics...you...to whom I gave a lot of my money to, and I won’t leave without it. Merry Christmas!

They have a clear signage stating masks are required, yet many people ignore the sign. No one confronts them. Im disappointed with that but thats clearly the customer whos at fault. What bothers me are the employees who are not wearing the masks properly.When it comes to finding an item, it amazes me how the employees know where things are. The app is also helpful.
