I enjoy going into this store. Always clean, friendly staff, exciting displays. You are always greeted when you go into the store. If you need help, the person you ask, will do their best to get you an answer. I have ordered things from this store,and merchandise always arrives in their time frame given. Iris a pleasure to shop in this store.

Hobby Lobby is pure awesomeness!!! Whether youre there to buy, window shop or gather inspiration. Even though they dont have their coupon anymore, they still have a 2 wk cycle on their sales. One more thing is the store always smells amazing AND they are always clean with excellent customer service.

The islands were arranged very nicely in the store. We found exactly what were looking for and were very amazed by how many different creative items were located in one place.The workers were very knowledgeable and kind. This is a great store!!

Great store! Home decor heaven with unique and interesting accent art and furniture pieces. Good prices, runs great sales. Something for everyone, crafts people, material for those who sew - country western to nautical, farmer to fisherman and mermaid to ballerina and everything in between. Plan on being there awhile! Lots to see but not so crowded together that you cant easily look

The only craft store game in Oak Ridge, so, a captive audience if you get my drift. I will complement the employees on their friendliness and helpfulness. They are to be commended on their consistency.

I cant even imagine having had been struck by this creative streak Im on without being provided the knowledge and incite these folks are happy to convey. I wholeheartedly reccomend their Oak Ridge location without hesitation, they will not lead you astray. Thank you yous a bunch!

They didnt have what I was looking for, but the associates were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Store was very clean. All associates and most customers were wearing masks and observing COVID protocols.

Got a good deal. They had price stickers on two of the same items and one was a lower price. I figured Id get the lower priced of the two. Saved me $2. I guess management cant be too bothered, you know, with all the illegal artifact smuggling out of the middle east. Overall, pretty good experience.

It is a wonder place to go. Always clean. Knowledgeable &experience in every area.

Parking was close to the store, with available handicap parking. They had the inside pretty clean and organized. They always have super good stuff and you can always get a 40% discount, or certain items will be 40% discounted. Always super friendly and happy to help. Checking out of there was super quick as well. I will be returning soon!!!

This store was so much fun to sainter through with my husband. On a quiet Tuesday the store was not very busy but the staff was just super! I had several questions about different things and every one of the team members were either able to point us in the right direction or walked us over to find something. They were obviously moving product around but they still were willing to help. The store was a little confused but with a little more questions I walked out there with several treats. Love the variety of things you can find.

After watch Hobby Lobby they put sail signs up that doesnt autoapply to the items that are on the display like they did did me today has candy dispensers Christmas everything is supposed to be 40% off except for the fine print and then when I asked a manager to take the sign down he threatened me a woman and call the sheriff if you take my signs down Well they definitely lost me as a customer because Ill never shop at the store again

Love this place but not enough military ornaments and things. Pricing is way too high for average people like me and 50%sometimes doesnt help but makes it a little more attainable if you have a good job. Love your Christian beliefs and back u 100%.

Lots of varied merchandise, helpful staff, and Im glad this place is somewhat close to where I live. Its certainly closer than Knoxville. The furniture they have seems pretty cute. I havent been able to try out the drawers I bought in the picture, but I just love the charming look to it.

Interesting items in this store. The staff is always helpful and really nice. Store is clean. They are just a little too expensive for a lot of items you can find elsewhere cheaper. But they do also have many great items that you can not find in any other stores. Overall good experience

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I needed party stuff otherwise I wouldve walked out sooner. I went to the only register open. Stood behind a return for over 10 minutes while my daughter is melting down. Instead of asking for the NEXT PERSON IN LINE, while Im dealing with a crying child in a mask!!!!, they open TWO other registers and other customers are flying out the door - WHILE I AM STILL STANDING WAITING. I guess I wont be a hobby lobby customer. This was ridiculous.
