Ok, so PLEASE forgive me for not knowing Exactly WHAT to say at first, after all, it IS Walmart! Anyone with an opinion of Walmart either LOVES or HATES it! But as for THIS particular location, which is in Oak Ridge, TN (just in case youre not from around here), I can tell you a FEW things that may be helpful to you. #1: There are 5 different ways, or directions, to enter, and/or exist the Walmart parking lot. #2: There are various types of fast food restaurants as well as ACTUAL restaurants practically in the Walmart parking lot, which is Great if youre hungry after, or before, shopping! #3: And FINALLY, theres ample space for parking, if you dont mind a short or long distance to walk, depending on where youre able to find a parking spot! Never to crowded. Friendly faces as soon as you walk through the door. Staff is always working diligently to keep the store clean and well maintained. Items seem to never fall understocked and staff is always willing to offer a hand in finding things!

Uh. Same as it ever is. The kids need lunch meat. Okay, Dollar General is three mins away. Well lets go to Walmart.. Well thats 20 minutes away, but fine. Oh, just a couple more things while were here.. You dont say, now, huh!? Lets see how this goes over, mmkay? We didnt get lunch meat, but ... but ... Well, just here!!! But, I got beer, so call it even.

Got my girlfriend and necklace and the woman in jewelry help me pick one out and was very respectful customer service was great

Good walmart, just your average place. Staff was good, but not necessarily willing to go out of their way.The only true negative is the access. Its confusing to say the least. Access from the back parking area is possible, but difficult unless (of course) you use google satellite view.

Yesterday I purchased a new device and the employee who was there, Brad, was very helpful. He answered every question I had to the best of his knowledge and was very patient and polite.

Easy set up with aisles, easy clean walk thru. Signs are nice & the app that tells you what aisle number to go to for the item you are looking for is awesome! The Oak Ridge Walmart door greeter, Virgil, is always smiling and in a happy, respectfully friendly mood!

Theres only 1 register open on at sat nite at 655 pm, ya all need cashiers on duty at all times!!??!!Went again today and spent over a hundred but they didnt have the big cans of tomato juice, they didnt have any chicken fancy feast cat food cans at all, not many ocean ones but some,nor did they have any packages of mozzarella provolone shredded cheese, do now I must go to jacksboro or halls crossroads to get my items

We have been using Wal-Mart since 1974 in Lafayette La. We moved to Oak Ridge TN. In Nov. 1984 and have been using Wal- Mart ever since. I got a Military discount all so.Charlie B.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything seemed to be pretty well stocked. The only complaint I have is probably the thing thats most complained about at any Walmart they didnt have enough cashiers throughout their store especially and Lawn and Garden it was backed up all the way outside their department, but for the most part everything was great. I love that Walmart.

The manager not only cheated me out of $300.00, he also called the police on me because I threw flip flops on the counter. I came back the next day and he had me arrested for shoplifting. I have PTSD and I thought I was going to die. I was hospitalized for a week as a result of this traumatic incident.

Went to purchase a copier/scanner/printer that has Bluetooth capabilities. They had great deals at the time and I got what I wanted for $40 less than expected

Last time I went it was good. I prefer the self checkout for I feel I can get in and out quicker. There was a very friendly and helpful attendant there.

From the outside it looks really nice but on the inside it could use some sprucing up. I didnt think they would have what I was looking for but they did so I had to give them 4 stars. It was the first time I been to a Walmart in several months. To my surprise I did not wait in line to check out even though they were busy.

Its Walmart. Saw someone getting arrested out front! Spotted a few fupas and even a couple glennies. Overall I was satisfied with the fact I found the always elusive Chicky Bakey Ranch Hot Pockets!!!

I have had some excellent experiences with the staff at the pharmacy in WalMart Oak Ridge. The entire group knows who I am, are extremely kind, and seemingly truly concerned with my well-being.Today I had another wonderful encounter… this time with a CSM named Wendy. She went to great lengths to track something down that was critical to my daily routine but had somehow lost in the store. Without her efforts I don’t quite know what I would have done, and she should be commended for her efforts above and beyond expectations!

I was at the pick up section waiting on my order. I did wait an hour, but not their fault. This was on good Friday, in the morning. And there were several cars there. If anything, they need to have more hands around holidays and weekends. But the workers are nice, and they do their job the best they can. And all in all, the pick up is convenient during week days, and very useful if one cannot go inside due to health reasons/risks.

Walmart is a cesspool. I hate it. They never have something I need, usually my main reason for going in the store is the item they dont have. This time was no different. Understocked, understaffed, the staff they DO have hate their jobs.... You know, just Walmart things.

As always, not enough checkout lines open. I do not like the self service lines, though they also had lines waiting for service. Appreciate that employees were wearing masks but I was one of the few customers wearing a mask.

Decent store as long as you dont need help finding something. Good luck finding a worker to point you in the right direction. Nobody seems to answer the phone either. Ive called 6 times in the past 2 days to ask about something I lost there and only once got through to someone and the call dropped within seconds of her answering!Pickup actually seems pretty decent here. Ive only had to wait longer than 5 minutes once and Im pretty sure that was the apps fault.

Best bargain we could have ever got.

Nobody at the electronics department yesterday afternoon. Nobody at the electronics department this morning. Called through before I came to check and see if a product was available and the phone rang for 10 minutes because nobody was in the electronics department to answer it. One employee says they come in at 7…Another says they come in at 8. Costumer service can’t check on the product for me. I’ve been trying to buy an iPad for 2 full days. Does this store want my business or not?

The more I go into a wal mart the more I despise it. You have employees now, its time to teach them to work instead of taking breaks every 45 minutes.

Did not have some items I was shopping for. And I absolutely refuse to use the self check out. Put some of the employees that are wandering around running registers. If I wanted to check myself out I would just shop online. Think its about time to take my business to a store that has cashiers !!!!

Very clean and easy to locate items we needed. Finally a store the had charged wheelchair shopping carts, uncle laughing as he drove it. 88 yr old Military Veteran Shopping trip was very enjoyable.

Cannot purchase item online. It says must purchase in-store. Site says in stock. We drive to Walmart and staff says they do not have this item. Called corporate and they say the site is wrong. Corporate says Lenoir City Walmart has the item. This is like the Amazing Race just get a dang weed eater!! I hate Oak Ridge Walmart. This happens all the time!

The shelves were bare, the usual staples I buy from there were not there. Im neutral on this shopping trip, because I know how retail and stocking is in this pandemic.

Could not pay with cash at either self checkout. Went to the first one and was sent to the other side of the store, where I could not pay with cash either. The 2 lanes that were open were backed up with people with full carts of food. I just abandoned my cart and left. I do not like the Oak Ridge store anyway and this was my last trip there.

First time using pickup. I pulled into a numbered space and checked in on my phone. Pickup was very busy and took quite a while to bring my order but was still faster than going in myself. Only one item was out of stock. Everything else was correct. The fellow who brought out my order was very friendly and was masked. He was quick and efficient, great service. It was impossible to see if cars were coming as I was backing out though and it was quite busy. Overall positive experience. Will use pickup again.

Had trouble finding what I needed. I asked Randy and he answered my question and I was able to come back get what I needed the next day because it was on order.

We love Red Lobster. Always delicious and friendly.

Quickly in and out. Had no problem finding what I needed. Courteous. Plus great prices. I bought hair color. They have excellent selection. Wide variety of colors. I was born and raised in Arkansas and always loved Wal-Mart..but they the way it is run..no cashier..wait in line forever if u have cash...bye Wal-Mart I have had enough

A good store. The reason it does not have five stars is the produce is not always fresh and undamaged, and occasionally there are problems caused by customers. Occasionally there are law enforcement or emergency vehicles have to be called in. Generally speaking a low-cost store with broad selection and quality choices.

Right now as of 1st 2wks of July 2021, self checkout is card only but with only 2 cashiers open. Now those 2 cashiers have long lines. This means the clean well stocked store just lost something, multimillion dollar company cant get change? 2 wks now, this is ALL of the stores in my area.

Its a good place for MOST of your shopping needs. I said MOST because theres a lot of things they are out of lately and when there truck runs for delivery they still dont get the things in.. I think its something to do with there ordering but myself I dont really know for sure what the problem is it just needs working on.. I dont know if the person doing the ordering dont know how to order correctly or what but it does take a while on some of the things before they finally got it in. Thats about the only thing I can think of at the moment they have a problem with but it is a pretty big problem that does need some working on.. Everything else is good at least it is with me. If they could get the ordering problem fixed i thunk its a fine family place to shop..

This is a great store to shop at for anything you need great roll back prices and very friendly employees.

Plan to spend some time in this store. It is as big as a small city!

No cashier, no cash in self-service. Only go when I have to, but even then I am disappointed.

The check out lines are horrible you cant use self check out if needing to type in card number or using cash and the check out lines are long. There is no such thing as a quick trip in an out at this store.

Always live Walmart. They always have so much to offer that I can take hours looking around. The floor associates are usually very helpful and its rare that I cant find what I am looking for. The CHICKEN CAESAR WRAPS in the deli are great for taking to work for lunch.

I hate that they never have more than 1 or 2 check outs open... I dont work here!

Went to two Walmarts didnt have a item I needed went to Lenoir city WalMart and bought a Minn kite edge trolling motor it was broken took it back didnt have another one had to go all. The way to oak ridge to find another one you all dont keep enough stock or employees plus wont answer the phone to see if you have a item I hope your corporate office reads these

Two registers open, every selfcheck out card only, long lines, CSMs walking by and not bothering to hop on and help. Its damn near laughable how this company has gone downhill.

My biggest problem with Walmart is that I end up spending a lot more time and money than I meant to EVERY TIME I GO IN THERE!! 😜 (So thats actually a personal problem, not their fault at all!)

Never enough registers open. 1 regular register and 4 U-Scan. I saw 6 employees in the whole store. Saw 2 cops outside talking to a shoplifter. If you had more employees, there would be less theft.

The donuts and variety of thh0ede are really great! Ive eaten Master Donuts many times in the last 5 or so years. In my opinion there is only one other brand better. But their creativity and variety doesnt match Master Donuts.

Usually nice staff, good prices, adequately clean restrooms and interiors, organized sections for food, clothing, meats, games, etc. Has about everything you need for meals, clothing, entertainment, etc. Even though there is a wide variety of items, some staff can be a little rude at times, and the temperatures can sometimes be a little too hot. Other than that, good store.

Was supposed to pick up my groceries at 7 got a text at 7 saying it had been delayed. We had already made the 30 minute trip to pick them up at 7 and they couldnt give us a time that they would have it ready. So we have to make another 30 minute trip tomorrow to get them.

This Walmart regularly overwaters their plants in their garden center! I’ve even seen someone hosing down plants that were outside after we had a night of heavy rain (the parking lot wasn’t even fully dry!). If you don’t catch plants near delivery, they end up looking so terrible they regularly have a clearance rack. At least 50% of the employees do not mask, mask properly, or only wear face shields (which are a joke). I have gotten friendly cashiers plenty of times, but forget about it if you need any kind of help in a specialty department (it took us almost 30 minutes to find someone to ask about a bike once). Anytime I’ve picked up an online order, I’ve stood and waited at least 15 minutes in the pick up area waiting on my item to be brought up. I wish to everything we would get a similar store out here so I could stop shopping here or have to drive out of town for things we need.

Had grocery pickup and everything went smoothly! Only one substitution and it was perfectly acceptable. I had a minimal wait time after arriving and some of the prices were insanely low.

The store could of been stocked a little better but this is the Wal-Mart that I normally do most of my shopping

I have never left a review in my life until now. There is only one thing to say. This place never, and i repeat NEVER answers the phone. it doesn’t matter if you’re needing assistance, trying to get a job, or needing to know the hours they are open. you can guarantee that no matter what department you select from the menu, you will hear nothing but the dial tone for up to five minutes and then the menu again. I personally have tried to call over the past 3 months over ten times and have never been answered. the employees are nice and i have nothing bad to say about the store itself, but not answering the phone ever is simply ridiculous.

Staff will run you over if you dont get out of their way, and forget about asking the location of a particular item. No body knows where anything is and never tries to find out.

My milk was busted and leaked all over my car. Took 3 days to get my pick up order and all we got was a sorry because they were short staffed. Everyone is right now so I get that but double bagging a leaking milk was too much for me. I am still dealing with it and its been a few weeks

My last visit started bad but due to the sweetest associate named Arizona who treated me with empathy,kindness and respect which changed my day to awesome.I wish her a great day she is a great example of what customer service should be

I drive 45 minutes to get fabrics for a project. I picked out my fabric walked back to the electronics to ask for help in fabrics noone was around. I finally found a guy that worked there and asked him if he could page someone and he did. I went back to the fabric dept. Waited a over 5 minutes noone came. I went up to the service desk and told the lady I had been waiting and someone had already been called to help she said she would tell her manager. I heard her call for assistance over the speaker again noone called. I asked 2 more employees as they were walking by if they could assist me and they said they would call someone. Still noone came. I called the store hoping to get ahold of the manager while still waiting and noone answered the phone. I ended up leaving without fabric and noone at that store cared. It was actually pretty sad!

Good shopping but when you have a full buggy of groceries, they have one checkout open, because they want you to go thru self checkout ! Everyone is at self checkout standing around. I have hone there & asked if someone could go to the regular register ! I shop at Wallmart every week & this is very irritating.
