I took my daughters Rogue in 4A window problem. While I was there they asked if I wanted it serviced also. I didnt realize it was overdue so we did that too. The service desk was very helpful, they were very nice, and knew what they were talking about. 5 Stars +!

Service done in the time they said it would take. People who checked us in were fast and friendly. It was a little crowded and busy, though. Went on a Monday at 10:00. I suggest that you make appointment online from their website. We did not wait in customer lounge area, so cant comment about it. There is a nice Dunkin nearby to hang out while you wait.

Very awesome group of people. Always friendly and helpful and recommend cheaper solutions when possible. I recently had a problem with the brake relay switch sticking which made the push start unable to start the car and ended up stranded and dealing with that a few times. I took it in and explained the details, of course it didnt stick on them ( but it has stuck several times on me which is very frustrating since it is only a year old) and I was told they didnt find any problems. I feel they should have just replaced it so there wouldnt be any more issues. I realize the problem wasnt present for them but after sitting in high heat and dealing with it not starting several times on several different days, I didnt want to go through that again. Id still recommend them because previous services,but wish they had just replaced the part needed this time so I wouldnt have to be concerned about ending up stranded again because of it.

Great and Fast and Friendly Service! Have a nice pretty spacious waiting room with comfy seats and plenty of drinks and snacks to enjoy while you wait for your vehicle service to be completed.

Just purchased a brand new 2020 Nissan Rogue Sport. The color is perfect and Doug Philpot was absolutely amazing. He described everything to me in a way I understood. He walked me around the vehicle and actually took the time to get to know me as a person. A much better experience this go around for sure
