As always the associates at this Jewels are professional and friendly. Well stocked with on sale items. Kudos to customer service associate. I thought I needed a rain check but she went and found item needed!!

So far, this grocery store has been the best for me. You can get anything you require here for a very low price. The service staff is courteous, and even the security guards are pleasant and courteous. This is not a busy area, but it does offer a range of options. They have a good range of pieces, both domestic and imported. This grocery store comes highly recommended from me.

A smaller jewel but it seemed to have everything. I had a good experience, no long lines at rush hour time. The employees are quite rude, but are ready to assist, you will see. Over all good jewel betta than most (in my Gunslinger voice).

Store was wiped cleaned! Came in for a quick bite to eat. Was expecting to grab a deli sandwich and fruit bowl. First time, I ever seen all the fruit gone. But managed to find alternatives.

Its one of the remodel Jewel so it looks really nice inside. They haveave all of the same products so I was able to get all I needed. There were alot of people and only two cashier. But they were really quick on checking people out. And the bathrooms were really clean

I have terrible experiences at jewel on Roosevelt! I am so sorry it was posted here. I called here today to see if a product advertised was available at your jewel as it was not available at the jewel on Roosevelt and it was. I should shop here but if is further away and I do not drive.

Pretty impressive. Very clean and has a wide variety of items. As an outsider, visiting from out-of-State, I was happy to see that I could shop for food and spirits.🤗

The workers are okay but I wonder why stocking is frequently a problem.

The bathroom was disgusting!!! A worker stayed in the bathroom over 10 mins and came out and the bathroom had blood and urine on the seat. I was too disgusted and hot to make a complaint then.

Nice store... small though. Visited the customer service desk where it seems like the clerk was new or in training.

Covid-19 space was offered, service was fairly decent, some of the prices were steep. Id recommend you trying your own personal shop.

I located all the food I was looking for with a bittof search. Store had small section of certain food and some items size wasnt available. Overall I will shop there again.

Theres not much here in the way of actual criticism; the sorrow truly dwells upon the fact and meditation that Oak Park has no Marianos. As residents, I feel we can and should be demanding more. Otherwise, its a proper Oak Park Jewel-Osco...the slightly smaller and more low-key kin of most locations in Chicago Proper.

This location is small but probably has the things you are looking for. Unfortunately it does not have grocery pick up available at this location. Its pretty close to where I live so I use it mainly for small quick trips because I dont have a car and can easily to walk this location.

This jewel is well stocked, clean. Cashiers are well trained, but if the self checkout is available, thats where I prefer to go. Good produce.

Look, its a no frills city footprint jewel, but it has a representation of anything you might need. They have done some updates that dont go unnoticed. The produce is fine and seems to be getting better. More to the point, Ive never waited 30 minutes to check out...River Forrest...

A fine example of American grocery storishness. You got your groceries, your checkout lanes, parking lot, heating and air conditioning, the frozen foods section. Oh and dont forget the carts! What else where you expecting? I liked it, as I like many grocery stores from sea to shining sea. Plus, they have some organics! And the tracked on Osco pharmacy is a nice touch. One stop shopping.

Newly remodeled and reorganized for a better flow and shopping experience. deli counter items and signature cafe chicken is one of the best deals around. Organic produce is hit or miss, but they make up for it in well stocked fruits and berries.

The prices were more then worth the trip.. The choices were well worthy.. The fresh meat and variety of meat was good and saving money was the best..Two --for the price of one.. Yea me and my shopping list...

Its kind of small inside. One door entrance in and out. So its easy to get caught in a jam going in or coming out of the door. They had everything I needed. The prices are a tad bit more then Id pay usually but that was ok. Overall, it wasnt a bad experience.

The store is always clean, well stocked and customer service is lovely. I love the variety of organic, non-GMO and other options for health conscious people like myself. The location is very convenient for me. You get what you pay for so the price matches the quality in my opinion. I love shopping here.

This is a smaller version compared to most other Jewel stores. It packs almost anything youll need and service is reasonably quick and attentive.It seems that business is still booming as there were some empty shelves.

Customer service is always mediocre, no one speaks or asks if you need help often, lots of talking to one another not the customers

Jewel has updated the whole store, very nice! I really like the new look. Only thing is that the wine and liquor is at the end of the store, but the update gives the store a great new look.

Ive worked in multiple places, multiple industries. Ive never worked in an industry as poorly run by management as the one the works alongside jewel. The lack of communication, the lack of professionalism, the lack of respect for the employees is beyond me. I gave this company 1 star but honestly they deserve worst.

The threshold at the entrance has a huge dip in it and it shakes up your groceries

Not a good store and the employees are always upset and they are watching you like you are a thief and then they never give you the weekly discount on things that are marked for a discount plus they dont rotate their food so dont be surprised if you buy something and 3 days later its bad

This place is horrible. The lady at the kitchen refused to serve me the grilled chicken I requested. I do not recommend visiting this store!!

This Jewel location is little more than a glorified convenience store. If you need very basic staples its fine. There are never more than 2 registers open and their self-checkout system is poorly set up. Do yourself a favor and go to the Petes a quarter mile north or the Jewel on Roosevelt Road. The extra distance will be worth it.

I like shopping there

The store on Madison has been totally renovated, this redo took it from the 60s to the 21st century. I love it. But one concern, the iles are too narrow for 2 shopping car to pass. This is a great issue especially with the existing COVID-19 problems we are facing.
