Absolutely perfect. From the customer service to the design of the building. Everything was clean and easy to access. Would definitely recommend it to other customers
Rented a truck 9/17/21 all was going well until I went to leave my place and the linkage for the shifter was nonexistent. Called and called no answer. Called roadside, no answer. Finally had a buddy drive me to the shop, they said oh yeah that truck has had that issue 3 times. So they said use the website, I did but still waiting on the tow truck driver to call. Needless to say they knowingly put me in a truck that has had severe mechanical issues knowing that they had not had it repaired. Then this morning 9/18 they call me seeing if I still need the truck, cmon now. This is how they had the linkage rigged…
Great service...they are very helpful. The van I rented was in excellent condition. Absolutely zero complaints 👌.
Would not go here again. Made sure to make it back before they closed at 7:00. Got there at 5:30 and no one was there. They want to charge you $20 to have someone check in your truck after hours. I had to do do it myself because no one was there. They want to charge you but dont credit you for havtto go through the trouble of doing it yourself even though you are there during business hrs
Nick was extremely nice and very helpful throughout my entire process and The owner Tamika (sorry if I spelled that wrong) was really nice too. Everything was ready for us when we got there to pickup the truck. The only downside was our truck was falling apart but we only needed the truck because we were picking up donations for a family who lost everything in a fire. Honestly Nick was extremely knowledgeable and professional and I highly recommend giving them a try.
Montel provided me with the most positive experience at this Uhaul location. It wasnt that long ago I swore I would never use Uhaul again (bad experience at a different location from this one) but I needed a car after I had to have my regular car serviced. All the rental agencies were out of cars so I decided to rent a pickup truck from Uhaul. Montel made sure I had the best service this time around, he is informative, personable and made sure to explain their process well. I get the impression this location is managed well! You guys made me a customer again, not an easy task.
Rented the 20 truck and was very affordable. Staff was great, hardly any paperwork.

Horrible service from beginning to end. Wasted 30 minutes of my moving time while dealing with their inefficient systems.
I rent trucks from this location and for the most part they are good . The problem that I have is that every time I try to call this location at 8900 S Cicero Oak Lawn, IL. no one ever picks up the phone and it goes to answer service that takes my name and most of the time I do not get a return phone call and when I do it is hours later. When I call the location directly it is because I have to talk to some one about rental and truck and trailers that are ready for rent now not hours after I call them. I dont know why they have a phone because they never answer it. I give them 0 stars for this review, it shows 1 star from me that is because it will not let me post this review with out clicking on a star.
I’m giving it one star but I wish I could give it negative 5 stars. The customer service was horrible the guy at the desk was very unpleasant with me when I first arrived because I didn’t have a reservation, but then when I returned with a reservation he refused to honor it and refused to give me a good explanation of why he wouldn’t honor my reservation and he was outright difficult and extremely unhelpful. This experience was embarrassing, degrading, and sickening. It has for ever turned me away from U-Haul as a whole it was absolutely the WORST interaction I have ever had with another human being in my life period.
Mark is the worst representative there very rude and unprofessional!!! I see other people said the same and had similar experiences as I did. He needs a mental evaluation.... Sooner or later this place needs replace him. As long as hes there and his wacky deadbeat staff, stay clearly away!!!!! You been warned, just look at the other reviews...
Fast service. Had truck reserve day before.. was in and out with keys.. decent prices
I was moving from 20miles away and rented my truck here, I let the guy know what I needed and gave him the two addresses. He estimated 20miles, so gave me 30. I ended up going OVER my mileage, then I told him I needed it for as late as possible. He said no worries as long as it’s here by the morning and bring it back as soon as I’m finished with it. When I replaced the gas it was not even one notch under of what I had been given. They charged my card and decided that I would not only pay EXTRA mileage(which I could understand and didn’t dispute), but they charged my card and extra 15.00$ charge for just PUMPING gas, plus deciding to fill up their tank, another 30.00$ charge for the actual gas, not including giving me more fees for it being back late. So I call customer service who says “well you signed the paperwork.” I ended up just dropping it and reported them to the BBB and gave them a horrible rating, where they contacted Uhaul directly, then they decided to knock most of my fees down and gave me back MOST of my money. Don’t waste your time at this location.
STAY AWAY! this place has VERY BAD customer service especially the manager MARK I went to buy moving supplies and noticed that mark was being rude to A customer about his rental and then was rude to his employees wow! how does this guy still have A job??? im never coming back to this place and instead going to a competitor for my moving truck

Jan 2, 2017.I have rented from this location a few times but this time (Mark) made me to never come back. I was looking for a trailer to rent and was quoted a price for $194.00. His employee went to check out my wiring on the hitch (great service by the way) walked in about 10 min. later. Mark then started to continue and tell me my rental jumped up to $223.00. I asked how could the price jump $30 in 10 min. He said not his problem that is the price and if i didnt like it thier are other competitors. Well i walked out and was able to get it for $151. Thru Uhaul at a different location. I will never go to this location again. I will take my business to a different location or competitor from here on. Horacio

My church has been using this facility for years they used to be on 94th but they moved to 89th and Cicero. I would go there again
Their propane tank has a bell to ring for service. Apparently they don’t care about propane customers. After a five minute wait, where at least one employee saw and ignored me, I took my business to Saunoris on 111th Street. Unlike MacArthur, I shall not return.
I rent from uhaul atleast once a month for my business, this location charged me $1.49 per mile, That the last dollar they will get from me...
