I give a 2 rather than a 1 (or zero) only because the district manager gave us a month rent free to make up for what happened.To make a long story short we arrived at 2:10 in the afternoon to do business and the office was locked tight. No note was left on the door to explain the absence. Since we had a 3:00 appointment we waited...and waited...and waited. The business we needed to do had to be done that day. So we waited longer - 3 1/2 hours later still no office person. No note left on the door cost us our entire afternoon. FRUSTRATING!!

Came here to check out a couple of storages for my daughter Mya was so helpful she explain everything about e rental and the storages she was so professional. And very polite Thank you Mya for your great customer service skills highly recommend My daughter will definitely be here next week

So I went with my sister to store some of her things from college, and the manager there Victoria “Padilla” was such a love and so helpful explaining the storage grounds and process. Definitely a recomendable location

I can’t say enough good things about Melissa. She really is a gem. She stays on top of all maintenance in the storage unit. I accidentally left my storage unit unsecured. I had no idea & thought I secured the lock - she caught it right away & watched my unit to make sure it wasn’t tampered with until I came in to secure it. It was something so unnoticeable & she definitely pays attention to details. There were times she stayed after her shift & she was happy to do so. She’s always so nice & always greats you with sincerity. I definitely appreciate her going above & beyond for me.Suzy

I met a young lady named Sara who walked me through the process of obtaining “a unit.” Not only was the place clean but she went above and beyond to help me and it was greatly appreciated. If I could give negative stars I would... front entrance door was broken for over a month... no one said anything. I feel really bad for the workers in the office because it’s not there fault their District Manger doesn’t return any calls. Then they ONLY have one CART!!! Really.... I get your money in on time but you can’t provide us with more carts.. horrible... horrible.. horrible service. The only thing this place has to offer is the workers are trying their best to please us as much as they are ALLOWED to

Kinda predatory on incremental price changes that arent made transparent upon opening an account. Buyer beware if its your first time renting a unit it will change it wont be the final change there will be several. I dont know what it wouldve stopped at but I went from 50 ish to around 95 after 6 months.

Came in just to get a better idea of sizing and how location works because I will need a storage spot end of March. And the customer service was great. She kept asking me if I had any questions and explained I can pay anywhere because I will be moving to North Carolina. Everything is month to month because job is temp move and I will be back in 6 month. Great customer service and location is ALL INSIDE.

I went into the Public Storage store to ask about their rates. The older lady, Sara, was very nice and gave me alot of information regarding renting a unit, paying my bill, entering my unit and buying boxes and locks. She told me the process to open a unit was fast and easy. She was a very funny older lady who kept me laughing although she was sick and should not have been working. She could barely speak (although she did a lot of talking) she sounded like a young Madea. I told her I would set up an appointment when I got paid.

I was recently at public storage at southwest highway in Oak Lawn. I was just going in with my mother to figure out pricing for units, I was helped by Paul or Pawel. He made the stressful situation of our move very simple and pleasant. He made it easy and explained everything thoroughly. Didn’t leave anything hidden.He did an OUTSTANDING job. I recommend that place over all the others. I went to about 4 other locations before coming here, and if I’m honest, not even comparable. Trust me- this place is THE BEST!

Dominique provided above and beyond service during our move. Our plans changed on short notice and she improvised and accommodated us accordingly. Weve used this facility a few times now as we appreciate the climate controlled spaces and the overall experience has been good.
