The selection of glasses here is neverending! So many glasses to choose from. Not sure why this place has a 3-star rating but definitely a 5 star location. Theres ample parking, restaurants in walking distance, and a friendly, courteous, highly skilled staff. The entire process is a really great experience and is superior to any other chain. With so much to choose from and great music to listen to its no wonder that well be back again and again.

Been here twice and both experiances were top notch. Such a pleasent experience. Everyone from the front desk to the doctors and staff that helps with payments are so nice. Ive been to many various doctors offices and this is by far the friendliest, fastest, and most knowledgeable office Ive been to. Would recommend to anyone! 5 stars

The doctor is friendly and the staff is wonderful and knowledgeable! I have type 1 diabetes, they knew exactly what to test for along with the standard eye test, and walked me through the results. Very nice experience.

They have terrible customer service. I called to reorder my contacts. I told them I had some insurance money left to use towards the price. I told them they had to call my insurance to get an authorization code. She told me repeatedly I couldn’t use my insurance more than once a year. As someone who has been with this insurance and done this for 6 years I knew that was not true. She refused to call my insurance company. I called my insurance they assured me that I had money left and could use it.I called back got a different employee. I explained the situation she did call the insurance. I told her I didn’t appreciate being called a liar. I didn’t appreciate the refusal to use my insurance money. I said I wanted my prescription because I would go elsewhere. Not once was I offered and apology for how poorly I was treated. She did not care at all. Horrible service do not recommend.

Ive been coming here for a long time and am always happy. The previous doctor is just such a nice man, and the newer one is too, very pleasant and professional. Great Covid protocols, always nice people, good selection of glasses, Geron is such a nice guy, I am glad hes always here and has been for so many years. He has excellent taste in glasses, finds the right ones every time, and helps me make the most of my vision benefits and any available deals. Thanks!

My family and I have been going here for more than 20 years and this place has no regard for its loyal customers. I was there last week for an eye exam which I paid $115 out of pocket after insurance. I was going to purchase glasses, but the frames they were selling here for $350 were originally $250 anywhere else.. that is if they were even in season. They were an older frame that I was finding at other places for $122 on sale. Such a rip off! Maybe they would sell through their inventory if they weren’t $100 over the suggested retail price. Also, I called them Saturday to discuss my discontent for what I paid for my exam, and the woman said that a manager would call me. No phone call. I also mentioned to her the bad reviews on google and she laughed and claimed they check the reviews daily, and there were no bad reviews for the business. Mind boggling since there are several.I called yesterday to request my contact prescription that the woman would not give me when I was there during my exam. I will say that the woman, Lisa, that answered the phone was polite and professional... completely opposite from the woman that answered Saturday.

Front desk should pay more attention to patients checking in. I had an 11:20 appointment for myself and 11:40 for my son, The receptionist was too busy with picking out her free treats that a rep had bought in that she only checked me in and forgot about checking my son in. It wasn’t until about half hour in the appointment they realize that my son had appointment as well, needless to say he got called in at 12:45 and was told by the doctor sorry we take our appointments first, little did doc know that I had reserved his and my appointment 3 week in advance and his front desk screwed up. Other then that Doctors was very nice.

My experience has always been a good one. The staff are always friendly, professional and busy bees. Chris who I have know for years has picked my frames. She has an eye for what compliments my face rather than the price tag of the frame.Brenda was on point from the moment we meet.Required a weekend appointment due to my work schedule. I needed to reschedule my appointment and the doctor she connected me with was the best. When I arrived for my appointment Brenda was there with a smile, and she remembered me from the last appointment.The staff takes there time and patience is needed.

Would give this 0 stars.After waiting weeks for an appointment, I sat and waited for 50 minutes before walking out. Dr took several walk in people in front of me. When I asked why I was waiting so long they blamed it on having to clean the machines after each patient. Waiting 50 minutes for an eye exam that literally takes 5 minutes to conduct is ridiculous.

The Doctors and staff are nice and professional. Went to get my eyes examed and was out the door with a new pair of contacts in 30 mins. The guy even tightened my glasses for free. I wasn’t even buying glasses but he went out of his way to be cool.

This was my second time visiting MyeyeDr, and let me tell you ALL staff members have been very polite and extremely helpful! Dr. Jawdi was very attentive and wonderful to work with! Lastly, this place has a variety of frames to choose from! So if your looking for great service, competent care, and a reliable optometrist, definitely come and check this place out! Will continue to come here!

No re guard for long term customers. The glasses for my two kids came back with the goofy looking blue transitions lenses. We where told they would order the correct ones and call us and when the correct ones came in we could return them or keep them for 50 percent off. We got a call a few days later blaming the lab for the mistake. They wanted us to either come back in and send the glasses back for the correct lenses and wait a couple weeks or to come back in and have the frames traced so they can make new lenses, and wait again. When I told them I dont want traced lenses and will return them and get a full refund and they will loose a long term customer Courtney the manager just didnt care. To put customers out or make them return and wait weeks because of their mistake is unacceptable.

The cost for an eye exam is ridiculously expensive. I would highly recommend anyone to shop around. i would only go to them if they ever have a special deal. We were blindsided! Total ripoff!

Customer care and service is good but prices are horrible. I had a contact lense exam and they tried charging me $235. Then I started complaining about the price and they randomly took out a $40 fee. Absolutely absurd. At other places you can get this exam for $110.

My son broke his eye glass frames and needed to find a replacement frame before going back to college in a week. He didn’t have time for a new exam or to order new glasses and frames so we were hoping that they could just replace these frames. Bre was our Eyewear Consultant and said it would be a challenge to find the exact frames to fit his current lenses but after trying to match up his lenses with a correct frame she was successful in doing so. We are so grateful to her for being able to do this in such short notice! Kudos for her efforts and helping us. Thank you Bre!!!

I am a customer, that waited about 4 weeks for my prescription glasses that I spent a lot of money on to be ready. Well I was waiting on a phone call, and took the initiative to call and well sure enough my glasses have been in and this just shows you the customer service here is terrible. This will now be my final visit here. I have even referred family members to this Doctor’s Office and we will all be taking our business elsewhere. I HIGHLY do not recommend this doctors office.

Don’t really care for this location, eye doctor was very unpleasant, the person trying to sell me glasses seemed like a used car salesmen, they would have put me in ladies glasses just to make a sale. Prices are definitely not the best either, always make sure to shop around!

2 pairs of broken glasses..each lasted less than 2 days..also not very helpful with fitament issues
