I have been using Walmart pharmacy since I moved here in 2004. It use to be friendly and the people were polite. Not the case now. I have heard about them discriminating against people without knowing their problem or history. I havent been there in quite awhile and my family has been picking my meds up for me due to my cancer. My daughter in law picked them up today and I noticed there was co pays. I hadnt been paying any. I called the pharmacy to see why I got charged, if it was because a new year started, or something else. The new lady there was so rude. I was asking her questions and she was so snotty. Even cut me off mid conversation and hung up the phone. If they are working in customer service of some choice they need to be polite or dont work there. Something needs to be done with the pharmacy department for sure. The store has gone downward year after year. Whoever is in charge of the pharmacy needs to get it taken care of. Be polite to your customers or go home. Without them coming in, you wouldnt have a job.

One out of every three times I go to fill my standing prescription they are out of the medicine even when I call to have it filled days in advance and most of the time they are rude. I have watched elderly people leave in tears for the way they were treated.

The older lady with like blondish hair is always rude to me when I need my kids medication. And they just are so poorly ran!!!

Very good pharmacists.

Never go here again.
