Uhaul was great! Got a Ford pickupp to move a new piece of furniture to our new home from a local store. Michelle was a ROCK STAR! She was friendly, super fast with the paperwork & I especially enjoyed our lite conversation. Thanks for Everything Michelle! Would definitely use them again for any moving of new furniture that wont fit into our SUV. Hint: Do your check in on line it speeds up everything!

Poor customer service, bad policies. Made a reservation and they called the same day, while we were on the way to pick up the truck, to tell me that they did not have it there and we’d have to go to another location. So ridiculous.

Renting the truck and U-Box was incredibly easy and Michelle provided outstanding customer service! They will help you with whatever you need to move and/or store! Go!

We have used this U-Haul on more than one occasion. Each time the equipment is clean and in good order. Staff is courteous and helpful.

Good hours for pickup. Large selection of vehicles on hand. Also has storage units.

Take off your stickers, that say, Maximum speed 55 mph. If you dont trust your equiment more than that, I will NOT Either from now on. Speed limits vary to 75mph. Get with the times!

Both employees behind the counter were helpful and polite. Would rent storage units again from this location.Edit: Once renting the unit concluded they are impossible to contact via phone. Tried calling three times and was on hold with no answer. Tried contact Uhaul customer service via their live chat function is anything but live. It took 14 minutes for someone to respond.

Fast and easy service

Put stuff in storage. Bought a condo twice the size of our previous place, now still have it in storage. Twice the space,but no more room? What?

Reserved van and needed to change time from morningto early afternoon, sold rental of van out from under, no phone, email, text nothing! Fortunately, the only thing they did right was recommend CJs Auto who were 3.6 miles away they did a great job.

Good prices. Good service. Just dont like dropping off when no one is there.

U-Haul overall is fine but customer service they suck I was trying to find a car trailer they told me that they had it at this U-Haul I drove 20 miles to get there to find out they didnt have one customer service for U-Haul is BS

They did not remove the snow where my unit was located. I could not drive to it. I advised main office. They said they will email the store of my complaints. I go back and still did not take care. Will move my stuff as soon as possible. No offer of discount for my inconvenience just sorry. They charge fee for 24 hours access and gate always open. So I had them remove fee. I was advised they would give me one month free when I move in because I used there truck to move. And they said they didn’t want give me credit. I won’t use them in future.

I call on Monday to have a trailer reserved for me and they called me today saying it’s not available at that location anymore horrible horrible experience with U-Haul I would never recommend them.

Terrible customer service. Never answers the phone. Rude when i finally got a hold of them. Terrrance is a terrible manager. Hire more personnel.

After wasting over 1/2 hr they told me they dont have 1 way trailer.

We were looking for a trailer in 5 U-haul and the employees do not mind helping you find one, if you need it you have to find it yourself, such a large company and with such parasitic employees.Until we found it ourselves and the person here was very nice.
