There was initially confusion as to the fact that the office for the Cudahy facility, was in Oak Creek. Then we decided to use the Oak Creek storage place. Shannon was very business like and personable. Found unit easily. Very pleased.

We have been notified that our rental is increasing to $163 a month from $130 a month just 4 months ago! They are new owners and wasted no time in increasing their rates! I suggest you look somewhere else!

Very large storage areas and small if people were very very nice

All of my grandmas stored items are ruined. Mice took over the storage unit. Feces and urine everywhere. Dresser drawer became nest for mice. Also mud wasps, tons of cobwebs and dust. Spent a fortune to secure our items. Very disappointing. Need to toss it all
