The online rental process was smooth. The next morning I was called to confirm by a very kind associate. The lift was delivered and ready to use on time. The driver was kind and helpful. When I called to extend my contract the associate, again, was very kind and helpful. Literally the entire process was SO EASY and stress free. THANKS EVERYONE

Reasonably priced, accommodated my need for a drop off last minute when my ability to transport scissor lift went out the window. Friendly dropoff with good communication. Scissor lift got the job done.

United Rental is a RIP off. We were told by Carolyn that if we picked up the trailer at 2 that as long as we returned it before 4 PM the next day it would only a 1 ( one ) day rental. We were charged for 2 days Their guy who attached the trailer to my truck lost the handle to the trailer. United charged my card for it. I will be reporting them to the consumer financial department for the government.

Ive rented from this store multiple times. The employees are efficient and helpful, seems like people enjoy working at this location (not always the case). The machines are well maintained and always charged (also not always the case). Greg went out of his way to help me out, Kelly got me processed quickly. One of the best UR locations Ive done business with, thank you.
