Had a phone call interview with HR we talked about vacation time that I had at my present job she said she would match 2 weeks had interview with one of the management week later got a job offer letter from warehouse manager no vacation at all I had to earn it.Then called back a few days later and they resended the job offer even though I said it was not a deal breaker for me to take the job. Glad I didnt put in my two weeks notice at my present job. Was also told lifting was about 50 lb Max their job offer says 75 lb

Arrived for 0800 appointment, 1h 40m in they had only unloaded one layer out of the trailer and told me they were short handed while guys were standing around not working.At 3h in I was told everyone was on lunch— we’re now 4 hours in and I’ve missed my delivery for tomorrow because I can’t get less than a mile down the road to re-load in a timely manner.I’m only giving them two stars since no one swore at me when I complained lol

Very slow checkout and way way to expensive for standard parts. Even home depot is better...

Receiving hrs 7-3 posted on the fence, go inside and they tell you receiving doesnt start till 8, place is a joke

After calling Koehler for the part# of a toilet gasket, they directed me to First Supply in Oak Creek. First Supply claimed they had four in stock. When I got there, they couldn’t find one. They promised one will be there the next day. Called and not in and had no clue what I ordered. Suggested that the next day it would be in. Called again, placed on hold for 5 mins. After finding it, I went to pick up . No apologizing for the delay and confusion. Terrible service. Then found out could have had it faster through Amazon.I would like to say that after my poor rating, the manager quickly contacted us and sincerely apologized. They also sent us a gift card which was very thoughtful and appreciated after my experience. I would try them again, since very close to us.

Good counter service

Very disappointed with first supply service. I called my local store to check availability of 3 schedule 80 pipe and fittings. My store had no pipe in Stock. Fyi the call was at 330 pm. He said he would check other stores in the area for me as I explained to him the nature of there emergency I was facing. Other than not stocking schedule 80 plpe, so far so good. He calls me back in about 5 minutes and has located what I needed at the Oak Creek store. He told me he would fill out the ticket and they would have it ready for me when I arrived. So I got the address, Google Drive it and proceeded to drive there. I arrived at 415 pm only to find the store closed. I called and explained the situation and got the reply were closed. I told him I understand that but if anyone was still there could I please pick up my order. Then he said you can try knocking on the door otherwise I dont know what to tell you. Well no one answered the door so I wasted 1 1/2 hours of driving time and more important I wasnt able to fix my Industrial powder coated customers problem after I told him I had located the pipe needed and I would have it fixed by the time first shift started in the morning. I had to call him back with the bad news and he dropped me and said he would find someone with the ability to get the job done!Thanks for nothing First Supply!I lost my best account
