I just love how efficient and helpful WG was to my husband and I during out house build! The manufacturer I was working with suddenly dropped out of the project weeks before the granite was supposed to be installed, and I was referred to Wisconsin Granite. I was set on having the same pieces (which could have been ordered but would likely have caused more delays). Cue Sue! She helped me pick out all NEW pieces and it was ready for the build. Bless her heart for working with my indecisiveness. This is my forever home and the decisions were definitely hard to make. She was there every step of the way and even suggested a granite backsplash! An amazing idea and well thought out. The granite was installed yesterday at my site, and I almost cried in excitement. It looks so great.

I have used three different companies for countertops. Hands down this company is the best. From measuring to installation the job is done on time, with professional workers and quality materials. I highly recommend.

They were kind enough to replace the original counter top we picked because it had chips all over it. When installing they nicked our brand new cabinets, which she replaced, and hit our brand new refrigerator. The owner claimed that her team didnt do it even though I showed her before and after pics of the cabinets. She claimed they wouldnt lie to her. Now we have a new refrigerator with a dent but a nice looking counter. Make sure you take before and after pics of everything!

I have been remodeling different parts of my house for two years and this company has by far been the best one to work with. I was hesitant to go in because I assumed the costs would be higher then trying to buy and install countertops on my own but I was wrong. After comparing prices and stock with Menards, Home Depot, and calling other counter top stores in the area I was shocked that this places sticker prices included installation. Amanda was fantastic right when we walked in the door, there wasn’t any salesman trying to upsell or push anything on us that we didn’t want. I was very pleased to see they did laser measuring because old houses aren’t perfect but I wanted the stone to be cut to match some bows and bends in the wall and they did just that. The team that came to measure were very knowledgeable and the team that came to install were very fast and friendly. I’ve never been so pleased with a company in my home with the speed, professionalism, and end product. Thank you all!

Weve ordered granite counters from here 3 times, and have had a high quality experience every time. Sue W. was our sales rep each time. She is knowledgeable about reading cabinet measurements, and handled our order very efficiently. When I had questions, I emailed her and she responded very quickly each time. Amanda in scheduling also worked well with us. We were able to receive an acceptable measurement and delivery date each time, along with confirmations. The countertops look great - no problems! Well use them again next time.

My husband and I are very pleased with our new countertop. We worked with Sue to chose our quartz design. She also helped work through so many questions. The renovation of our 23 year old kitchen was a huge move for us. We understood it would be expensive and we didnt want to make a mistake. From concept to delivery, we were pleased with service. Most notable was the clear and open communications with multiple individuals from the store starting with the measuring appointment to delivery. We received emails, texts, and calls. This is a huge plus when working with a 3rd party contractor. Kudos especially go to the 3 wonderful professionals who worked very hard to install the final product. Our kitchen remodel is complete and we could not be any happier with how our granite countertops from Wisconsin Granite Design turned out! Their showroom has nearly every type of counter material (natural and man made) on full display in full slabs. You get to see the whole slab vs a tiny in store sample. The staff at Wisconsin Granite Design were both knowledgeable and helpful in selecting and choosing what counter material was best for us. Their staff comes out and professionally measures the space for an exact fit. This was followed by a computer mock up of how our selected granite would look before install. Had an excellent and fun experience selecting granite to purchase for a new kitchen. After 3 trips to the store, we went with the Astoria to go along with the dark brown kitchen cabinets. Very impressed with how it turned out. The whole process took about 2 weeks and the granite made the kitchen look truly amazing.

I had such a great experience when I went to Wisconsin Granite Design. Great Quality!Great service!

We selected WI Granite due to the abundance of positive reviews on Google. We replaced all our bathroom (3) countertops and (2) shelves with natural stone from WI Granite, total job was approx. $6k. Sale/selection process went well as they were trying to book the sale. The installation process was disappointing to say the least. They had 2 guys show up that forgot their hand tools to remove the existing counter tops. One of them asked me for a pry bar so I lent them what I had on hand at the time... a huge flat head screwdriver. Little did I know he was going to use that to remove. He ended up putting much more gashes into the wall than necessary and pointing to the terms on the install document indicating some minor damage may occur during the process. This really ticked me off as much of it could have been avoided. Further, the cut of the granite was not straight. One was re-done and the other left as-is (see photos attached). Also, tolerances on the edges between the backsplash piece and the counter being closely aligned was larger than expected. Ive tried contacting them recently to resolve bad cut in one of the shelves but have yet to receive any type of response. All in all, I would recommend looking into another vendor for your natural stone work.

We are very happy with our entire experience and the very reasonable pricing on our project. We visited several other locations looking to take on our granite project before going with WI Granite Design. We are very happy with the entire process. From initially speaking with Amanda, who was very knowledgeable in the showroom and hospitable. The team that measured and the team that installed were also very knowledgeable and friendly. From start to finish, everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to listen and explain what was next in the process.

We went to Wisconsin Granite today to look at quartz counter tops. The woman at the front desk was not wearing a mask which was fine at first because we were the only ones in the store. We asked her multiple questions and she told us to just walk around when we clearly needed help. She never got out of her chair to help us when we were clearly confused. I am sad to say we just left because the time that she got out of her chair 30 minutes had gone by and she still was not wearing a mask. Besides lacking a mask, her customer service was terrible. She acted as if she was too busy to help us and did not help educating us or understanding our project.

Wisconsin Granite Design guys installed our granite countertops around a month ago and my wife and I could not be more pleased. This people are hacks. I would not recommend them to anybody. I needed warranty repair as is promised. Owner lied to me and sold business????, even same people are still running this joke of business, Now I am on my own after spending 12,000$1/9/2021 Your police never came so I can show them invoice from your wonderful business.

This place easily could have gotten a much better review if they would have just acknowledged their mistakes and responded timely to us! We had our granite counters installed on March 29 and immediately after the installers left I called and spoke to Lena - I told her about a few issues we had 1-someone stepped on and broke a floor board, 2-a chair rail was torn off the wall and the wallpaper beneath it was ripped, 3-a gouge was taken out of the door frame when they came in and 4-a small ding by an outlet in the kitchen (the only oops I truly understand). She asked for pictures, which I sent at that time. 8 days later and she still did not reply, so I re-sent the pictures and asked if that was her policy. She did reply and apologize for the delay - but her only response was that she spoke to my wife last week. (I am that wife she was referring to) she just assumed the e-mail was from my husband! She told me that her crew had moved the chair rail out of the way and that is was broken already. That chair rail is mounted to a wall and has not been off since we put it on almost 20 years ago! She offered to send someone out to fix the little dings a week after the counters were installed. By that time, we were finishing our kitchen painting and cleaning so we had to delay that so we could fix their mistakes. No one would even tell us what they did, they just asked us to check the counters and see if they looked okay and check that they caulked. After they left, we noticed the other issues. People make mistakes - but it would be nice if this place would own it and at least apologize for what they did. It is frustrating to speak to someone who tells you this never happens - well it did this time and you chose to ignore us. On a positive note, my counters do look very nice. I would just advise future customers to watch the workers and check all around for damage.

Shes brought a lot of great ideas to the table and helped me navigate the large selection of Granite and Quartz counter tops. She has also been very helpful at expediting installation. This company did a kitchen for my parents. The craftsmanship and materials are low quality. The seams and joints are splitting at around the two-month mark. The corner radiuses for the counter do not match the sink. The company refused to resolve the sink issue. never ever recommended
