My husband and I selected Badger Granite to install granite countertops in our kitchen and bathroom because they had positive reviews, were able to install quickly, and they had great customer service in the showroom. There were really no initial signs that our experience would be less than positive but things went downhill quickly. There were a lot of missteps in this business relationship but the main being -1. They overcharged us by $300+ and when my husband confronted them the manager argued. We later received a call back from Lani letting us know that Badger had made a mistake. If you work with this company, triple check your charges and think about what was installed. It then took 2+ weeks to get a refund check.2. I had to wait 4 weeks to get someone out to repair mistakes and they no called, no showed for the initial appointment. When the fabricator finally showed up the second time he yelled at me and told me that my expectations were too high. He finally made the repairs after I listened to him rant for 15 minutes.3. Overall the install job was fine. Not the best I’ve ever seen.Luckily we love the colors of our counters but this company was not one I would recommend nor are they a business I would choose to work with again.

We needed a small piece of granite for a coffee station I built for our kitchen and we wanted it to match the existing granite countertops. The place who installed our granite previously wanted a ridiculous amount of money for such a small piece (minimum setup charge was their way of putting it), so we called around and ended up finding Badger Granite. Not only did they have a remnant piece of the right granite, they charged a very reasonable price both for the piece itself and for rounding the edges. Their total price was about half of the minimum setup charge from the other place. They also had the piece ready well before the promised date, which was a pleasant surprise. The guys were really nice and easy to work with, and I would definitely use them again if I had a whole kitchen to do.

Large warehouse to browse available slabs of granite, fair pricing, and professional measurement process. I purchased pieces for in my kitchen and in my dining room in March, and they look great!

Buyer Beware! If you purchase countertops that will be fabricated by Badger Granite you will be expected to know the standards of the stone cutting industry. I purchased a quartz counter top in May 2021 for one of my bathrooms and the technician who measured my vanity did not tell me what the industry standards were. I expected the sink to be centered in the counter similar to all of my other (3) bathroom sinks. When installed the double sinks were almost touching the backsplash with a large space between the sink & front of the counter. I told the technician that is not what I wanted and that I was never asked about sink placement. His response was “That has been the industry standard for 20 years.” This may be true but that fact was never communicated to me. He did not check to be sure that the sink placement was acceptable to me before the quartz was cut. When paying well over $1,000. for a product, I expect the company to do everything they can to ensure that the result is what the customer wants. This was not the case for me. I was told that if I wanted something different I would have to pay for it. 0% Satisfaction. Other communication & appointment issues not worth mentioning. Buyer Beware!

I called for a service call. We made arrangements for a scheduled service call time and day. Nobody showed up or called. I called back and was told whops we forgot. We made another time and day. And again no call or show up. I called 15 times to see whats going on. The mailbox is full cant leave message. I had to stop in at show room to talk to someone. They had 2 guys show up half hour later to look at counter top. Just as I expected. This is normal stone cracks. Cant do anything. Plus underside of 3 edge edges feel very rough. Yep. cant polish that. thats normal. HMMMM. other 5 edges are smooth.

I love my new countertops!!😍The workers came in and got right down to business. They were organized and got the job done quickly. I’ll definitely choose them again when I upgrade my bathroom. Prices were good too.

I work for a large contractor and I chose to use Badger Granite in my own home due to the folks in the office and the excellent selection they had. I just about doubled my square footage at the scheduled measurement day and they were able to accommodate without issue. The two gentlemen that installed were extremely friendly, they cleaned up well and I couldn’t have asked for a better all around experience. I will be recommending them to friends, family and my colleagues who work with vendors everyday. From my original visit to their shop in Oak Creek- to install, it spanned about 3 weeks! Pretty impressive.

The service but great but I have had my blanco sink that they recommended for only 3 months and it is already chipping. The promised it to be very durable and I am disappointed in this product. I called and I have not heard from them yet and I called 10 days ago.

Ive recently had Badger granted come out and do some work for me After the job was done I found a couple thingsLike there was a chip on the counter top by the sync they didnt use under mount brackets they used pieces of plywood you could see when you open up the sync doors Silicone was all over the place I called the office to schedule somebody to come out and fix it they said they couldnt get nobody out there before 4:00 p.m. So I called Victor and told him how unhappy that I was about things he told me to read your contract And never heard from anybody again Very poore customer service

They did an amazing job leaving me extremely satisfied. They came on time every day and did such a nice job continuously. The price was great for the work they did. They also finished on time, I would highly recommend them to anyone who are looking to do renovations they do a great job and finish on time!

All companies are not the same. Victor made this so easy for me. We had a mixed experience with this company. We liked the fact that they have full slabs of granite and quartz in their warehouse to look at. The staff was both friendly and helpful. However, we were not impressed with the installation process. The workers arrived almost an hour past the 3 hour window they gave us for their arrival. They cut part of the quartz in our garage and left every surface in our garage covered with white powder. A piece of backsplash was installed crooked. We called the next day and they did come out the and remove the piece and even it out. With how uneven it was we can’t believe it was ever installed. We love our counters, but for the money we spent we didn’t expect our garage to be left a mess and an uneven piece to be installed.

First of all they let a woman who had been on the job for five days quote the job. Every additional quote came back with a higher price. Day of installation arrived and they cut ahe for a tip- mounted sink, not the undercounted sink I provided to them. They tried to talk me into a top mount but I wasn’t giving in. Mind you, I haven’t had a kitchen for three months due to Ikea shutting down. So they took my countertop back and cut a new one. Five days later they brought in the new countertop and found that my new range no longer fit in the space so they had to grind it down. The owner of the company was extremely rude to his workers who were just trying to be helpful. The person who measured used a tape measure and not the laser measuring technique used by most companies, hence the errors in the finished product. I would not recommend them to anyone. They could have offered me the 24” by 18” piece I needed for my recycling bin to show their apology and good faith but they left here in a hurry. Very disappointed.

We had the most beautiful countertops installed today. There appsolutly stunning! The men whom installed them were amazing and much quicker than expected, thats a huge plus in my book. The backsplash that was installed looks seamless, looks likes its one piece. We highly recommend Badger Granite! The whole experience was amazing.

Great Pricing and Customer service during the buying processI had some hiccups during the install but Victor made it right.I do plan to use them again for my basement bar and bathroom remodel.

Pros: Showroom was clean and was able to take home a sample that I was interested in. Installation went as expected.Cons: Communication and follow through with commitments. Examples: 1) after visiting the showroom we were told that someone would come out to measure at 3pm. 3:30 no one showed, called the showroom and was told it would be another hour or so 2) after install I had questions the women in the office said she would call me at 9am on Monday to tell me when someone would be at my house. 10:15am I had to call her. 3) Gentleman came to my house to look at the granite and answer my questions, he answered my questions and asked for my email and said hed sent me some addl info....6 days later, Im still waiting for the email.

Granite has a grain, in a U shaped kitchen, I was not offered a grain direction, when buying the slabs. also the seams were not flat together. The installer said he had 20 years installing, he corrected but after complaining!. I would not recommend!
