Collaborative Efforts with Geico Insurance, Caliber Collison and Enterprise Car Rentals = Great Customer Service.I had sideswiped a big boulder in a parking lot that left both the passenger side doors and the rocker panel at the bottom damaged.I filed a claim with Geico insurance on Mon., Sept. 21st and within hours, received a call from a Geico representative. I had decided to go with GEICO Auto Repair Xpress® program instead of choosing to get estimates by myself. This was one of the best decisions I have ever made.I was told I could use Caliber Collisions which was located less than a mile from my house. I was set up with an appointment for the next day and was told that it would take about ½ hour. Because I had a car rental included in my insurance, a car and representative from Enterprise would be waiting for me at Caliber Collisions.My Geico claim was assigned to Troy Szymandera. I received a text from Troy the same day and he assured me that he would keep me updated. And he did!I was greeted by James, the service writer for Caliber. He walked around the car and talked me through repairs while assessing the damage.When finished, I was greeted by Nick from Enterprise Car Rental. He handed over the key fob for a Ford Fusion and went through standard questions re: fuel and insurance. He advised that when my car was repaired, I could just leave the rental at Caliper Collision and they would pick it up later.Between the walk around and paperwork, I was on my way home 20 minutes after I arrived at Caliber.I received texts from both Troy at Geico and James at Caliber on an almost daily basis. My car was repaired within 4 business days. To my utter surprise and delight, the passenger side looks brand new! The paint job matches the rest of the car perfectly. Caliber had detailed the inside which I normally pay over $100. They had saran wrap around the steering wheel as well as plastic and paper mats on the floors and seats. There was no chance of spreading germs during this Covid pandemic. The car was washed and has a super great wax job. This car has not looked this good since the day I bought it.The repair process was seamless by going with GEICO Auto Repair Xpress®. Partnering with Caliber Collision and Enterprise Car Rentals made this one of the best customer service experiences of my life. And that’s a long, long time, because I got my license when I was 16 and I am now 70 years old!

Black Ice led my car to hitting a curb, Caliber led to me being able to get back on the road without high risk of rust in Wisconsin winters. Filed a claim online through GEICO using their Auto Repair Express program, had an appointment and rental car booked for 18 hours later. On arrival was greeted warmly by receptionist at front desk, who knew my name before I said anything and had all the paperwork needed from Geico already filled out and printed up with my deductible and other legalese. Service Advisor James did a thorough walk around the vehicle with me noting other small damages (which were not repaired in the claim), notating where other issues were. Almost immediately an Enterprise rep arrived and handled al the rental paperwork and had me on the road within 15mn of arriving to drop of the car. Through the week, Caliber kept me informed of any status updates with a loose timeline of when the vehicle would be completed. Based on the industry, I cannot say Id want to come back (no one wants to be in another accident), but if the need arose, Caliber would be 1st on my list to utilize for repairs.

Critical: QualitySame as FM auto was same accidentI was in a car accident at the end of April 2020, my insurance had me take it to caliber collision Cudahy WI They sent it to FM Auto for repairs my car has been in and out the shop so many times lost count and NO its still not repaired. I called the insurance thinking they would help me (American Family Insurance) they did not help my last break down my tire on driver side went crazy making me lose control could barely stop that morning something told dont take freeway today lucky cause i probbly would not be here right now...I asked Caliber Collision to please have 2nd person check car basically told its my problem. So Now I dont feel safe in my car. So now I have to take some.where else and pay out of pocket, I am disabled so wont be easy but I cant keep driving out others And my life at risk... PS American Family Insurance should drop the FAMILY from their title cause they dont care for family

I said NO and go to AutoZone for a spray paint and wax cost me $18 and less than hours ..... Job Done.So, $1,500 + + is ... a Rip Off ..... !!!..... Where is GOFF ...???

Tremendously good and honest work done here! We got 3 quotes and the other two places didn’t bother to really look into how much time the work would take, and their quotes were 2-3 times as much. The work at Goff’s was spectacular and fairly priced. So glad we came here!!

I gave Goffs a call for an emergency that needed a quick fix and they were the nicest on the phone and also once I was there. My wife’s vehicle needed a small, but deep dent repaired on the rear passenger door that penetrated the clear coat and paint down to the metal as a result of a car door being opened into mine. State Farm directed us to Goff’s for the repair and said they would handle everything for us. Boy were they right!!!Zach and his team arranged for a comparable rental vehicle from Enterprise to be waiting for me at Goff’s. Zach kept me informed throughout the repair and made me aware that they would need to blend the adjacent rear quarter panel to match the door. The vehicle was finished on schedule. When I went to pick up the vehicle, to my surprise in the process of blending the quarter panel they were able to fix another minor dent in the quarter panel and touched up a paint nick on the door handle, both unrelated to the dent repair. They treated the repair job like it was their own vehicle and made that entire side of my vehicle look like brand new. Needless to say, my wife and I were thrilled!!! As I left, I got a quote to likely return later to have a minor dent and some rock nicks repaired on the hood, knowing they will make my entire car look brand new like the day I bought it. I had my bumper repaired after an accedent threw insurance. I just got my vehicle back today faster than anticipated.They cleaned it inside and out (both of which were pretty rough). I have to say overall Im very impressed. They were also very easy to work with as well as very friendly i would definitely recommend them to everyone.

I was on vacation while the car was in the shop and I really didnt have to worry about a thing! Zach didnt pester me at all, but made sure there was adequate communication to build trust while I was out of town. Very friendly and professional staff! They had to replace a rear door for me and gave me multiple updates and always kept me in the loop. They worked very closely with my insurance company and rental car facility which made my week and a half without my car super easy! I went to Goffs for them to fix some damage my car incurred from an accident. I chose them largely because of their reputation in the area, great billboards, and theyre a preferred mechanic for my insurance (State Farm).I mostly spoke with Hilman and he was very pleasant to work with throughout the whole process. Although my car was totaled and they didnt get a chance to do the work, they provided advice to me for the rest of the insurance claim process. Ill be going back to Goffs with my business if I more damage similar to this again.

Goffs in Oak Creek was great! When someone accidentally grazed my car in a parking lot, I went to Goffs for the repair. Hillman worked directly with the person who hit me to arrange payment for my repairs as well as my rental car. Truly above and beyond service - I think they even detailed my car because its never looked this good!

This is the best body shop by far! They will go above and beyond to ensure you are 100% happy. An employee gave me a ride in his personal car to Hertz because of a bad reservation from Hertz just so I wouldnt have to wait an extra hour. My truck was smashed up good Goffs fixed it even better before the crash. He was able to align my tailgate the was a little messed up before the accident and even put on some extra things to make the truck look even nicer. The re-paint was amazing and looks like the day I bought the truck. Hands down these guys are extremely knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to make your vehicle great again!

My first comprehensive claim in 10 years goes like this:This place was a nightmare to deal with. Ill try and keep this as short as I can. I originally came here because of the outstanding Google reviews and it being a Select Service place from State Farm. My windshield and pillar work had to be repaired (windshield replaced) because of a rock on the highway. I understand that things can happen and we are all human but there are so many negative things that happened to me I cant even list them all but here are a few: job was supposed to be done in 1 day (after waiting a week for an appointment) but wasnt. My car came back with non OEM glass that absolutely didnt fit (can barely see the vin # correctly, moldings were off, holes on the bottom and sides. They contract windshield replacement out to Safelite (not sure however why they thought it would be ok to show me my 2016 car with windshield glass that was way off). They also left my driver side inside car a mess along with paint chipping/molding repair on the pillar and all over (they were supposed to vacuum my car out and wash it as apart of the Select Service shop from State Farm). Anyway, I showed the shop where the glass was off and they agreed with me. After all that, I get my car back the second time and its much better but the windshield still has holes in the bottom sides by the wipers, and minor things are off from the original glass fitting. After dealing with insurance and this place I have to say I will never go back here and DO NOT recommend anyone else going here.The only good thing about this situation is that they paid for a rental car for me twice (I paid gas - because they knew they screwed up).
