Nice store with plenty of parking and convenient loading zones. We came from Illinois to get a set of nested coffee tables that was out of stock elsewhere and was not available for delivery. We got the tables plus curtains for my office plus decor items plus Swedish frozen food. We also enjoyed our lunch in a spacious and clean restaurant. The ladies’ bathroom wasn’t clean enough but I don’t want to take away the star for that because everything else was perfect.

I love this store! Its not just huge, its GIANT huge! Every room in a house is staged multiple ways so one can get good ideas!IKEA has everything from forks and spoons to fridges and microwaves. Lamps and candles. Plants and paintings and so so much more!!!The Swedish good section has interesting snacks and foods.I like how the cafeteria is set up. There are multiple, affordable meals for the whole family. One disappointment was the drink station. There were no napkins or lids for the cups. The coffee was decent but there were no creamers.

I went to Ikea to pick up four shelving units for my son to take to Minnesota. I went to the pickup area I was asked if I could be helped. I presented a code number for the purchase and also identification that I was the one who was to pick up. Within minutes the person returned with the purchase on a cart and I wield them off to my car and load it up and it was a really great experience.I also went around and looked inside its very nice store and just bought a few little things. Its fun to look around.

Went to walk around and explore. Ended up trying food for lunch, was really good. Fun experience, but takes a long time to get what you want.

Went into the store and had an employee help us place a sizable order.The product was ordered and paid for, set to be delivered 10 days later.36 hours prior to delivery I received an email saying 3 items would not be available.I called to find out what was going on, only to find out they oversold these items and I was getting a refund of over $1000 on a gift card. I was also told that the shipment was being split and half was arriving on the day promised and half three days later.I set my plan to be at the house at 11 am the agreed upon time, only to find out the driver was early and was unloading the boxes in the rain.Both deliveries arrived the same day, and after starting to build the $6400 of furniture I found items missing.These items werent complete units that I didnt match to the order, they were ordering mistakes. Such as a curio cabinet with no base, a couch without the back and no shelving for storage cabinets and entertainment center.It took multiple calls over a week to a very patient resolutions clerk to finally rectify these issues.Extremely disappointed!!+

Surprisingly easy to navigate this huge store due to its great layout and easy-to-read signs. Excellent selection of everything, very helpful staff. Need more checkout lanes open to reduce wait times though. And would be nice if the items I need were in stock.

We were there last Saturday just to eat. Their new Veg medallion served with Salmon was really delicious. I like to have their Cappuccino and Chocolate cake every time I go there. Now the specialty coffee price has gone up. We usually like to go for a walk in the store. Sometimes I find what I need but not every time.

We absolutely love IKEA. We replaced our livingroom furniture and got a wonderful island for our kitchen that we wonder how we ever lived without.

Smaller than the location in Schaumburg but still great. Love the meatballs and always something I didn’t know I needed.

Shopping in Ikea is It’s unique experience.its well designed aisles to see most of the items in that huge area. Most of the affordable furniture items are out of stock. I suggest if you something like order ahead and do pickup. Coming to food, heard about meat balls in IKEA a lot but after going there got to know they have Veggie version of it and first time has Veggie version of hot dog.Bother we’re simply superb.

This was my first time ever to an IKEA store! Huge selection and loved seeing how they have all the displays set up with individual rooms so you can really see how the different items are being used. Lots of inspiration here. The prices on items were much lower than what I thought in the quality was great!

Saturday. 2/27Our first time in an IKEA. Such a unique experience. We were told this this IKEA is one of a kind, as it is only one floor. Whereas most others are multiple levels.There was a set path to follow in the store, which did help keep the distancing for COVID.There were plenty of signs that helped keep one aware of where they are.Loved the setups of the rooms to view.I love that they have partnered with WWF to help sustainable efforts.

I love IKEA but there in this last year they are out of stock in everything. I get it there are nation wide shortages but I wish they would handle it better like remove the items from the website or allow you to sign up for a wait list. Additionally, they dont have cinnamon rolls anymore. Whats up with that?

I am used to going to the multi floor IKEA in Schaumburg IL so the single floor layout felt a little like a maze. Outside of that, it seemed like they had everything and nicely displayed.

The store had plenty of available parking, was very clean, organized, and bright and cheery. There was a lot in stock and it was easy to navigate the store with the signs letting me know where I needed to go. There is also a restaurant and snack bar. The bathrooms were easy to find and the staff was available when I needed help. They were also very nice and extremely helpful. The model rooms were so cool and fun to explore.I had a wonderful experience at IKEA!

Ive been to the stores in Minneapolis and Denver, and they were larger and had covered parking (which would have been nice today in the autumn rain) but this store is better organized and less overwhelming. Ill be back.

I hadnt been to an ikea in years and didnt recall what it was like assuming that it was always like this. Compared to other stores it feels very strange, there are lots of showrooms displaying stuff and other rooms where all alike items are on display. Unlike a regular store for the most part you dont find something you want and just add it to your cart you must wait until you clear most of the store and locate it in what amounts to a large warehouse. Things are fairly well organized in the warehouse section and upon checking the computer back there it isnt too much trouble to locate what you are looking for. It was OK, I just wasn’t a huge fan of the set up and it isnt particularly convenient if you are in a hurry. Especially as most people slowly meander their way through the store. I was very happy with my purchases and felt they were reasonably priced.

Let me be perfectly clear with this review, it is strictly about the customer service and NOT about the products. The products Ive bought from this location were great quality, especially for the price. Ive bought multiple bookcases, dressers, along with my desk and dining room table from this location. There was only 1 items that was slightly damaged when I opened the box, but not enough that I felt impacted the integrity of the item so I put it together any way. To my original point, this Ikea location deserves a low rating because the Customer Service (NOT cashiers) is horrendous. They dont offer to help when they see you struggling with furniture, they have no knowledge of the products (except maybe the workers in the back putting things together/organizing the parts) so asking for help in the part of the store where you actually pick the boxed products is a waste of time, and when picking up your order at the customer service desk is abysmal. I stood waiting for 20 minutes at the front line of the the pick up desk and not a single employee that was clearly available came to offer help, instead they stood chatting together. When someone finally came to the desk, they didnt even acknowledge my presence as a customer and ignored me while they wrote things down at their desk. I have no problem waiting for someone who is clearly busy, but its typical to greet and inform a customer that youll be right with them at a business. I also stopped asking for help when loading items into my car because they rush when loading which always ends up damaging something in my car, whether its bending my trunk mat or the mats on the back of my rear seats. Hopefully the management at this location gets better because its the only Ikea in Wisconsin. Taking a moment to improve the quality of the customer service would really make for a better Ikea experience.

Great store. Youll find something even if youre not really looking. While your there grab lunch at the cafe. Surprisingly good and reasonably priced meals. They have some very nice, unusual pieces in addition to the well designed Swedish furniture. If you have a court of hours go stroll through the store.

So IKEA is a place either love it or you dont. This is not mine or my wifes style. The warehouse showroom is a maze. Very congested at the beginning. Lots of people with shopping carts is my idea of a nightmare. The style of furniture is modern. And it felt designed for a smaller urban apartments. Also it seemed expensive for the value. I have friends that love this place so thats why I gave it three stars.

I am sad that the company doesnt care about online customers and their companys reputation. I got a new home. No furniture. I am a single mom. I cant go pickup a sofa on my own - its too heavy for me. I ordered a sofa online from Ikea. The earliest delivery was in 10 weeks, ok, I am patient. The day before I received a confirmation with exact delivery time. Kids excited. The time it should be delivered I got email that Ikea is out of stock and I will be refunded. Cool. I could have ordered from another store. Customer service said they can offer another sofa in 2 months and no guarantee it wont be the same issue. Disappointed.

I love Ikea. I love all the inspirational rooms they have on display. This particular Ikea is one story and fairly new. The cafeteria is quite large and offered a wide selection of tempting foods and beverages. I took my time looking at everything, every display, every inspiring room! I enjoyed it. The few items I wanted to purchase were out of stock (the Billy bookcase, a desk lamp, counter stools and outdoor hanging lanterns). I actually left the store without purchasing anything! Its fun to check ikea out. While I came home without anything it still was an enjoyable day. Easy on /off the freeway. Give yourself time to really take everything in while browsing. Not a store to run in and out for a quick purchase, but I think everyone knows that. Restroom was clean and tidy. Plenty of employees available in every department for assistance.

Most of the time Ikea is a good experience, this time it was not. My family and I went to the cafe, and the workers there were very rude. My family and I went up to order, but the workers instead asked the person behind us what they wanted. Then once that person ordered, I stepped up to the counter to place our order, but then a worker that was on break came up and loudly talked over what I was saying and the workers behind the counter started to work on her order instead. So then we had to wait even longer. Like I said usually its a good experience at Ikea, but this time it was not.

The return policy could be much, much, much better then what it is currently. Hint, do not lose your paper receipt. It is a digital world now, why cant receipts be kept online connected to are app or something where we cant lose them so easily? Customers are buying some expensive items so they are basically SOL if they lose a paper receipt. Paper.

Ive loved shopping Ikea for many years.I gave it a 5 star review because a visit always inspires me....even if I purchase nothing. Quality varies, but there are some greatgo tos that never disappoint. I stage homes, and have used the butcher block counters, Lack floating shelves, drapery, wooden hangers. Great values for the price!

Classic Ikea but one level instead of 2 .... makes for a lot of ground to cover just to reach the checkout area. Wander if you will, plenty to see. And the Cafe half way through the visit was a nice break. Swedish meatballs still the best!

Considering IKEA, I would expect things to be available in stock. But many of the shelves were empty. With the expectations to buy a lot of important and daily necessities, many of those items were not found.On the positive side, the store was clean, well managed, and easily navigable. The employees were also very friendly and helpful.Being far from the major cities/towns, please check the details of items and their availability before making the trip.

My wife and I were super excited to come down here. I even took the car seats out expecting to have a full back when we left.We were specifically looking for a new dresser for our 5yo and maybe new nightstands for our bedroom. The styles that we like were all out of stock. We were also looking for a new toddler pillow or at least some pillow cases too, all out of stock. We grabbed of few random things but nothing we couldnt get anywhere else. We left saying, well no need to really come back any time soon. ☹️

Honestly, I’ve never had a bad experience here (other than how long the line can be at rush hour). It’s very well kept and clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating too. Surprisingly, the most trouble I ever had at this store is with some random rude customer who thinks she “owns the store” and can do whatever the F she feels like… but that’s not IKEAs fault so it’s good for me.

What can I say but IKEA! So happy they came to the area!!

Always a fun time, however it seems most items in the showroom are temporarily unavailable or they were sold out of things I would purchase. The food seems to be lower quality than pre-pandemic as well. Still left with a cart full though!

Always love to walk around the IKEA showrooms and see the displays! I love that the store has multiple gender-neutral restrooms. I do wish their cafeteria/restaurant had more vegan options. Other than that, the experience was great and would return again.

Ikea is probably one of the most affected by pandemic retail store. Poor stock. Most of popular items are not available. Before going to the store I recommend checking online. If the items are in stock, purchase then pickup at the store. If youre in the store and you do know what you want, go to the collection area and check the aisle the item is located and grab it.

I love this place. Every time I want to change the decor in my house I head out to Ikea and find it all. Its good to find gifts.

Oh IKEA. Lots to say on their products but my review is more about the store. Staff that my family dealt with were short, and because of that some could have argued they were slightly rude. Their COVID restrictions are great for certain things. The whole store is more of a petrie dish though because there’s very little staff around enforcing any of it. So many people touching everything, then their face, then sitting on something, then picking things up. They have hand sanitizer all over the store for you so that’s a plus, but there’s almost zero staff around.

My first experience was in Germany. I fell in love. I do not live near IKEA but when I get a chance I always go. If youve never been to IKEA take a chance. I recommend going.

I could spend hours in this store easily! Its huge and everything is super reasonably priced. Their furniture options are unique in that many are modular so you can pick and choose various components to get the look youre after. There are ton of options for whatever piece youre looking for and there are many displays to give you inspiration. And of course, you have to stop in for the mid-store restaurant for the Swedish meatballs and lingonberry jam!

Always so much to see...plan to be be here a couple of hours! Great place for ideas, and inspiration!

I was disappointed that the cafe was closed. Signs said it opened at 11am daily and didn’t have a closing time, so we were expecting to try some food, but halfway through our shopping trip we came across a closed cafe... also took a very long time to find an employee to help me.

The cafeteria was clean, well lit, and served modest portions at a fair price. Only giving three stars though since I had to tour 20 kitchens before getting to my lunch. Im a nervous shopper and the pressured sales resulted in me taking home 3 dining room tables.

Huge place with quite of a variety of buys and ideas. Some of the stuediness / quality of some furniture is questionable but overall its a Good place for items.

Had a list of about 20 things I wanted to buy and only 7 items were available. So many shelves were completely empty. Items that said online they were in stock at this location weren’t there. The food court was out of everything except meat balls (at 4pm, right before dinner) It was extremely hot in the building. Overall disappointing. They should keep their website stock up to date and make more clear online when they’re having stock issues, because it wasn’t a short drive.

IKEA @ Oak Creek, Milwaukee, Wisconsin is super spacious.Apart from super innovative ikea products, we loved their food cafe & an outlet at check-out.Don’t miss their new Veggie Hotdog. Must have near check-out outlet.

First time going inside an Ikea store. My first impression was that its huge and a bit overwhelming seeing the show rooms which gives great ideas on how to decorate rooms. The food court was alright to eat at if you are hungry. I had the swedish meatballs. Staff was friendly. Take a picture of the item you like and in the self service section there are computers to use to search what you took a picture of. The computer will tell you the aisle and bin number so you can easily find it. Prices are very reasonable. You will spend hours walking through with how big the store is. Sadly some of the items I wanted were out of stock.

Love to shop at IKEA but am so frustrated when 1/3 of whats on my list is out of stock! Also, this particular location has a dearth of employees around to ask for help. When I did locate some employees, they were very friendly and helpful.

Great alternative to driving to Shamburg location. No it wont have everything that location has but its pretty close. Ikea is where we buy our mattresses and they are worth every penny. We bought one 5 years ago...A king for 399. We are rough on our mattresses but for the price and longevity its a great mattress. Just replaced our old one this week and we will be good to go for about another 5 years. When getting our mattress so we could check out, Tayfun attempted to help us and was very rude and short. The entire visit was pleasant until the end. Frankly the way he spoke to me, Id have fired him, if he spoke to any of my customers in the manner he did. Just a side not due to covid-19, the cafeteria is closed. Not a big deal tonus but that also means the bathroom is closed there too. So the only facilities available is the one on entry and exit. Just a heads up.

Clear your schedule, it is the biggest store of all time. They have massive selection of inventory. The one thing i have experienced with ikea is that it is always difficult to put together and it is made with very cheap materials.

IKEA was great! A lot of things to look at and a great way to get your steps in winter. Also a great way to spend $300 when youre just looking.

No such thing as a quick visit. After awhile it feels like a labyrinth if you want a quick exit. But its fun to see all the cool display rooms and you cant beat the prices on some of the stuff. I love Ikea.

IKEA is always great. Even if you go to just look around, you will find something to head home with. The staff are great. The store is clean. The food is pretty good as well.

Ikea has great home goods supplies for decent prices. A few downsides- its massive and you have to go through the display areas before you can shop properly. Furniture is bought in multiple pieces, kinda complicated. Also the carts are impossible to maneuver being multi directional. Oh & it doesnt provide bags at check out. That being said it provides items you cant get elsewhere.

This is a one story IKEA, so fewer shortcuts. Otherwise, it is what youd expect. Interesting displays, stuff of varying quality and prices right next to each other so you can compare, etc.I do prefer the pandemic single line to checkout to the old free for all. It is more efficient, moves quickly and is less stressful.

Love the as is section if you are a DIY person check it out! The lighting section is so cool with the mix and match options. Its nice the way the have everything staged so you get an idea of how things might look in your space.

It feels odd of place it was easy to get lost in store and bore after while. For older people you need electronic cart get around faster.

Looked at literally 40 bookshelves and all were unavailable. Finally found one that was showing in stock only to take it to the register to learn that it was also out of stock. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. This was around back to school time so perhaps that was a factor but come on, they cant plan for that??!

Ok so IKEA is a neat looking store.. we hadnt been there in years... but omg they need a map & better layout. A you are here & here is how you find anything else. The black signs were confusing. Also, no toasters. Seriously???? How do THEY not?!? Costs went up. Noticed a kids wine- no alcohol content was $4. 20 ounce Pepsi was $3. If you want to use the bathroom do that before you walk around. Its so easy to get turned around & signs arent great. But at least theres really nice employees around willing to help! So put 3 stars because theres a lot of both positive & negatives. Middle ground. Friends of mine rave about it. But we miss the old version.

IKEA never leaves me disappointed-other than the fact that I never give myself enough time to oohh and aahh over every tiny piece! I love the design, style and price of everything here. I also love that they are debuting new styles frequently so I am always surprised when I go. Weve been going here since our 18 year old was a baby and weve always been able to find great deals!

Ikea has everything for your home! They make shopping easy and the prices are fair. This is A HUGE store, so make sure you come here with good footwear. Love it!

Very upset with how they handled our purchase.We purchased a dresser online with them. Ordered it this Tuesday online and never heard back. Spent over 2 and a half hours on the phone with them as they lost the order somehow. They took our money keep in mind. So went to the location and still cant find the order even though we have the proof we purchased. Dont understand why they couldnt just give us one they had on the floor. So we purchased another one because we need it to complete our set. They couldnt do a refund of the other one either. We have to wait for that to happen not sure when though.You think they would of offered us a coupon or a discount something for the huge inconvenience of our time but nothing was offered. Just think it could of been handled better.

Enjoyed the variety of funiture. Prices were reasonable. Stsff was very helpful with an incident where I had a slight head injury.

I bought the Minnen toddler bed a few months ago and the mattress was sold out at the time. I went yesterday because my toddler outgrew her crib and it was time to transition. The Minnen toddler bed mattress was in stock but then realized the bed didnt come with a slat. I asked an employee which slat was for the Minnen toddler bed and bought it. After taking down the crib and assembling the Minnen toddler bed is when I realized the slat was the incorrect size. I called Ikea because I wanted to know which was the correct slat for the Minnen bed. They informed me 2 were left in stock but they could not hold the slat for me. We were at Ikea within 20 minutes and was told they just sold the last 2. I wanted to return the bed because getting pieces for this bed is just difficult or always out of stock. I called customer service again to see if I can just return everything or get in store credit and they said no to both because I did not have a receipt. (I thought my Ikea Family card would keep track of my purchases because that was what I was told originally it was for and was then told that their Ikea employee was providing incorrect information).I am disappointed in the customer service, lack of empathy, understanding, and no conclusion as to how to make this better. Ikea employees never offered an exchange or to ship the slat to my home quickly. Buying a toddler bed shouldnt have been this much of a headache.

Clearly great prices! The staff are always so willing to help, and are so creative! This IKEA is so convenient for anyone in Wisconsin! Right off of the highway! I love their furniture. So easy to put together, and great for simple home additions!

Needed a dresser for my daughter. Every one that she liked was unavailable. If they dont have it in stock in the actual store, you have to order the item online and pay a hefty shipping charge. Maybe this is a supply chain issue that is a carryover covid effect. It was pretty much a waste of a trip. The cheap meatballs are pretty edible though.

IKEA was great, went in found most of what I wanted. Currently many items are temporarily unavailable. You could still order them from Michigan. Overall it was a great day.

Workers seem to not want to help. After spending 2 hours in the store looking for everything that we needed. We stepped aside for 2 mins with our toddlers. To ask for help & when we turn back our cart full of parts & decorations was empty. Never again shopping there! Waste of time!!

The most disappointing trip Ive had to any Ikea store. Few items to buy and not clearly stated on the website to warn us. Even lunch was affected by shortage of the curry sauce which was crucial to 4 of 6 menu items. Location of restaurant is odd. Wanted to shop, then eat, then check out and leave. Store is not set up for that. We ended up leaving purchases in the car while we ate. This meant we couldnt buy frozen or refrigerated food and the chocolate melted in our hot car. Odd. Thankfully, most Ikeas are better.

Finding the product online was easy enough, but the online checkout process sucks. First, once you select your item, there is no continue to checkout button. So first I had to figure that out. Then once I did, I attempted to complete the process for pick up, but the site only gives me the option to input my zip code for delivery. And even after I input my zip code, I get a message saying that there are no delivery options to my area. But I dont want delivery anyway and I seemingly cant compete my checkout at all. Rather annoying.

Had to return some items I found I didnt need. Plenty of help, very smooth process, 6 items maybe took me 6 minutes to return and I was on my way. More and more I prefer shopping at Ikea over amazon and Walmart.

Very large store! Signs above, to help guide you. Clean bathrooms. Nicely decorated inspiration rooms, gave me so many ideas, and color combinations were up on trends.

This IKEA is out of EVERYTHING!!!! Want bedding…. they don’t have it. Want side tables….they don’t have it. Want closet drawers….they don’t have it.This is the ikea to go to and look for inspiration on design concepts, then leave and find out how to make it happen shopping at other stores.
