Purchased a replacement phone. Very pleased. Young lady was in training. Lil frustrating as the young man that was helping her, walked away from us to help another customer before finishing with us. She had to continue interrupting him and ask questions. Team work people. If theyd just finished with us, they couldve moved on and been productive not having us wait. CRICKET GO EASY ON THOSE CAMERAS WATCHING YOUR PEOPLE. OH and NOT everyone wants to buy accessories!! Just saying!!!!

I actually went to the store on Washington and 104th. A group of civilians in big trucks were following me and already at the front of the store. I asked the young Hispanic girl to please dont say my new number when they come in, so she wrote it down for me. I wanted to clean up my old phone so I had not activated my cricket. The Cricket picked up a conversation confirming ...They had my new number. I tried to reach the Corporate number but could not speak to themSo after spending $300 they all have my number again. I tried to speak to someone at Cricket without any luckI would appreciate a call from Corporate.----Just got a response / on the above. To it I reply... Good for you! It wasnt your privacy etc..OR were you one of many in the trucks??? They are mixed group!!! And any American would know and care about privacy.__________The owners response is lip service! Oh please! I am calling my bank to block Cricket future payments. What did Alyssa say to explain her behavior??? You dont know??? This is a violation of privacy! I cant use Cricket service anymore. A tapped phone is the reason I went to you! The least you should offer is a new number!!!! Ive paid for the phone and I am cancelling your service. I dont have wifi where I live so do your own paperwork! You dont pay me to do it for you! And customer service is an excuse! Nobody is answering. Lip service!Tell Alyssa she would have gotten the good review she deserved....but now I rated her.......0!The Lord has a way of working things out. I will waste no more of my time dealing with Cricket. Time is money and I have already wasted my time just walking in your door!

Maps said it was open. The door was unlocked. The employee REFUSED to let me pay my bill. I will be reporting this to corporate.
