The gentleman who work at this store went WAY above and WAY beyond tonight. I really wish I got names besides the manager john (assistant manager, and 2 others) made sure ever question was answered and even held themselves up late to get us completely done. I would suggest this store if I lived on Colorado springs. Will be my go to store for anything as long as Im in Colorado.

Stopped in the store today and got a new phone. The team was very friendly an oh so helpful. Not only helped me get my new phone set up . But got me a new tap let as well.Maribel was awesome. John in the Northglen store was amazing on helping us restructure our business account and add a new line. Super knowledgeable and helpful. Verizon has come along way with their business line in the last few years....when I first switched over it was a bit frustrating but seems they have gotten all the kinks out and we are very happy with our Version business plan!

From the time I got there on April 4, 2021, Moises and Dave were super busy with other customers. They both made sure to welcome me and my daughter to the store and kept us updated to let us know when they would be with us. Even though they were so busy they showed excellent customer service and made me feel like they truly cared about our time and our needs. Moises ended up being the one to help us and he was awesome! He explained everything, answered all my questions and went above and beyond taking care of my concerns, and getting me the best deals. When I walked into the Store again on April 8, 2021 to pick up my watches and get them set up, Corey and Dave showed excellent customer service, welcomed me, and helped me get my watch set up. Corey is the one that helped with my watches and was very helpful and answered all my questions. I had to come back to set up my daughters watch and Dave was more then happy to help and even stayed after closing to make sure I was good to go. I will definitely recommend this store to all my friends and family. Thank you guys for making my Verizon experience so good.

I went to the store to get an upgrade. I waited for 2 hours. They put me in the queue and said they will be with me when my name came up. About 1 and half hours the manager walked in. She came over to us and said we were up next. Then she proceeded to take another customer. The customer did not have his ID so she waited while his wife went home to get his ID. Then another customer that did not have an appointment but was in earlier came back in she had her other employee at on them before us. At that point 30 minutes later she told us that appointment s were coming in so she couldnt help us.worst customer service i ever had. Manager is rude and did not help any walk ins.

Went here yesterday, and while we did spend like 3 hours there, they helped us get everything we needed and wanted! Definitely recommend!

Tania and Moses were so helpful. I had a problem activating a mifi hotspot. Tried online. Tried over phone. Tried retail store where I bought the mifi. Tried another Verizon store (Barely got in the door and they!wouldnt help me). It wasnt a simple process, but Tania worked through the problem and now Im all set up. If you go to this store ask for Tania or Moses, they are awesome!

When I went to the store for the very first time Misty was extremely helpful. She was peppy and easy to talk to and very energetic. She helped me with any questions I had and I was very much looking forward to coming back to finish an exchange we were doing.However, when I came back the whole process should have only taken 20-30 minutes max. Instead it took us over two and a half hours. When I first walked in there were four people in the store, Misty and a male coworker helping another customer and a second female worker behind the desk ready and waiting to help. I only know Mistys name. I came in and right away Misty told me shed be with me shortly, while she and the male worker were helping another customer. The third worker saw me and repeatedly glanced at me all the time I was waiting.After 2 minutes Misty said shed be with me in 5 minutes. In After 10 minutes she once again said shed b with me shortly. Another 7 minutes go by before she says shell only be 2 seconds. I waited very patiently but it occurred to me that she was not really helping or in charge of helping this customer. She was just kinda there, adding in some commentary and mostly just talking with the male worker. Now I know someone might read this and say Maybe he was training her and she was just shadowing him. But on both visits to this place she was very clearly able to handle customers on her own with no help, and if she did need help is was a small questions with a very small answer.So after 20 minutes of waiting around, I was ready to leave. The entire time she was goofing off with the customer, the two workers were mentioning inappropriate work topics such as racism and while on the phone with customer service to help this other customer Misty and the male worker are making snarky remarks and inappropriate comments about him and encouraging the customer to engage with them in this kind of behavior.Once that customer was taken care of then it was my turn and the whole time Misty was distracted and not paying attention to me at all. She was sidetracked and all three workers were wonder what to eat for lunch and talking about the male workers new puppy! And look, I understand eating is important, but I am a customer and I just wanted to get the transaction done and over with and then leave. The only time Misty fully focused on me was when the male worker left and in the time it took him to go order and pick up food, we were done!!I have never met someone my own age, 22, that was as disrespectful of other people and as distracted as her, and my second experience is why I will never go back. My visit should not have taken over 2 hours to get done when it was all taken care of in the 30 minutes this male worker was gone getting food.This is completely unacceptable, and I would never recommend this store to anyone I know. This experience alone was enough for me to consider changing networks to literally anything else but Verizon and in the full 10 years Ive been with Verizon that is saying a lot. I dont like change, but Ive never been so upset and wasted so much time, in my life.Now, I was extremely patient and treated all the workers with respect, but I was tempted far too many times to walk out, and that is simply not okay.

My girlfriend an I had a FANTASTIC experience today at this location! The staff was so friendly and helpful specifically Jordan. We spent almost 2hrs in there both getting new phones and he made it the best experience! Extremely knowledgeable & didnt overload us with info! This was a miserable experience. waited, not connected and ran by a bunch of teens more concerned about their own phones than actually getting anything done. And to finish it off, they charged me twice and Im having to call to dispute the duplicate charge. I would not recommend this place

They are super vague about any charges that will occur if you buy a phone mid-plan or decide to upgrade your plan in the middle of your current contract. They work on commission and are more concerned about making a sell that they will say certain phones come with added perks. They just add that extra perk to your plan at the end without saying it will cost more. You cant say This phone comes with unlimited text & data, if we then have to pay for that separately. Thats like saying This car comes with an engine. and then charging someone for the engine separately. Its just a ploy to entice people to buy phones so they can make their sales number. My experience was with Josh F. Maybe the other kids in there arent as bad...

As a small business owner responsible for multiple phones, I have been in and out of many Verizon store locations. I have had nothing but exceptional service at this location and can highly recommend coming here for all of your cellular needs. Todays visit was beyond all expectations and I had the opportunity to work with an associate by the name of Andrew Allen as well as speak with the manager Jerry after to let him know how enjoyable the experience had been. I rarely do online reviews, but Andrew and Jerry made my day and I felt that spreading the good word would be helpful to others.

Came in a few weeks ago to upgrade my phone. I found the employee to be very pushy, but he got the job done, and I have no complaints about my new phone or anything that went especially poorly during the transaction. However, I didnt trade in my old phone but was quoted around $180 value for it and was told I could come trade it any time. I took the extra couple weeks to make sure all my stuff was erased and moved and that I was fully done with it. I took it in today to trade in and was offered $22 for it. What?? I was told by a very standoffish employee who clearly didnt want to be bothered that I should have done it that day when I upgraded and that the values are always changing. I took it to a different Verizon right after and was offered a full $200 for it with no hassle. Odd. I dont trust this Verizon anymore and wont be using them for anything. Either they dont understand what theyre doing, or theyre scammers.

We’ve gone when it wasn’t very busy! Got the same guy to work with both times. Only thing is the first time we went in to get an upgrade and had to order the phone I wanted so they’d give us a call when it came. Impatient me asked to go to the store and check 3 business days later and it was there but I hadn’t received a call. I was glad I went in and the trip was worthwhile as they did get my phone in.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They sell garbage accessories at more than double the price and also jack up the prices of the devices. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!Went to get our new phones on the BOGO in the morning and started feeling buyers remorse by the evening. The phone prices were higher than online, the taxes and fees amounted to more than 20%!!! Worse than that, they talked us into getting even protectors and accessories at 50% off with new devices, but it wasnt until a week later when the screen protectors FELL OFF that we realized we had been ripped off!!! They charged us $50 per gel case when the exact same case is $10 on Amazon (promptly returned both). And the garbage screen protectors... $65 each!!! The exact same one is $30 online... AND THEYRE GARBAGE!!! The screen protector literally popped off the phone, fell about 9 inches to the ground and shattered!!! They absolutely refuse to refund screen protectors even though they sold them and installed them. And they openly admitted they do that sometimes. Its a well known thing. THEY KNOWINGLY PUSH FAULTY PRODUCTS ON PEOPLE AND BACK THE PRICES UP!!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

The sales staff at this Verizon store was the most experienced and professional staff I have ever experienced in a wireless store. The reps were very informative, and took the time to make sure I knew everything I was getting into before I signed any contracts. 10/10 would recommend.

Worst service ever experienced with any phone company I have WVER had. In short, I don’t get service with my phone at about 50% of places for calling, and 60% of places for texting. I don’t get internet connection 90% of the places I go in Denver and if I do it is extremely slow; I’m talking like glacial pace for anything to load. Can’t listen to music and much more. This is hands down the worst company on the market. Do yourself a service; go to TMobile and stay away from these guys . Once my 24 month co tract is up, I will be running for the doors. I paid less and got more with T-Mobile.

My girlfriend and myself went into Verizon last night to buy her a new phone and service provider and we both left with Verizon service and Galaxy Note 10 +s. Were very happy and Aiman made it a great and easy experience!!!

I want to thank a Sales Associate named Nick who works in this store for going above and beyond to assist me with activating my New LG Zone 4 Prepaid Phone. I purchased it at Best Buy at 104th and Washington, but they didnt offer to activate it. There are major differences in protocol for phones purchased as prepaid as opposed to other plans. I returned to Best Buy, they couldnt help, but referred me to Verizon (this store). I recently had surgery, had to take a bus, and was already frustrated and tired. Initially, Nick wasnt sure he could help me. I would have had to go to a Corporate Store, (more buses). He could tell I was feeling defeated, and he found a work around that would activate my phone. Very professional, kind, and creative. He saved the day. I wanted his employers and customers to know that he is The Go To Guy. Thank you, Nick!

Not sure if it is because they are not a real Verizon store, or some issue with markups or system accuracy, but this store would not honor the Verizon pricing for the phone I wanted. Confirmed the phone make/model with the Associate in the store, standing across the counter from him, he looking at the pricing on Verizons website, but his system telling him the phone cost more per month. Didnt get a youre right, sir, the phone should be a lower price - lets figure out how to make that work - just a sorry, sir, our system says the phone cost more. So, okay, I went home and ordered the phone online for the correct/lower/Verizon price. You can be sure Ill be going to a REAL Verizon store next time (like the one up at the Orchard).

Staff appears friendly. IF I can get to the counter. Got here 20 minutes ago and they have two people working here for a Saturday. With the new promos and changes from Verizon, their staff should be more plentiful. The price we pay for our cheap toys though. Should have packed a lunch. Suggest find another full service center with more selection and more staff to help.

Hit the end of my 2 year contract and came here to get a new phone. They offered me a new plan pick any size but the plan Im currently on is better than switching to device Payment plan. Decided to upgrade to the LG G4 because the sales rep informed me there was a $200 rebate with LG which turned out to be my out of pocket costs. All I had to do was register my product with LG. Took the phone home and went to find the rebate only to realize it had expired 1-2 weeks ago. Brought it back to the store and was simply informed I was SOL.Staff are nice but uninformed, shop cautiously

I have been to this store twice and received good customer service both times by the same employee. Last night, I had to prod a little to get a refund on a screen protector that I should have never been sold (at a Verizon in Florida) but in the end, I was able to return it and that made me happy.
