I had purchased tires a few months ago for one of my cars and loved the way this crew took care of me and got they found the best tires the fit my overall driving. Scheduled an appointment for a low light change, ended up adding more services onto it before the appointment and they were happy to help with it. Walked into a clean waiting area, everyone was wearing masks, and the mechanic stepped me through the changes and payment process. I stepped out during the expected hour wait time, and they called with to confirm a part and labor cost, which was great vs just making a change and leaving me with a bill. Once the hour was finished I came back to find out one of my services wasnt necessary and they ended up not charging me for it. Everything was fixed and with an affordable price (for me at least). Thank you Goodyear and for the folks at this location for providing one of the best car maintenance services Ive experienced. Hands down would recommend if you want quality in your maintenance.

Victor was so helpful. He personally patched our flat tire and put it back on. We were in a crunch for time and got a flat on our way out of town. He truly made a difference in our day. Highly recommend.

I came here twice in two weeks without appointments with nails in my tire both times. The staff was able to squeeze me in both times without an appointment and were so kind and accommodating.Today when I was picking up my car there was a car accident outside of the neighboring business. The staff at Goodyear went over and made sure everyone was okay and brought over waters for the parties and emergency responders. Aside from being great at what they do, they are neighborly and thoughtful people.

Took my car in for an oil change and a check engine light. They changed the oil and when the mechanic had me sign for the work he told me I needed a brake job. When I asked about the check engine light he asked another mechanic about it and he said it hadnt been done. I couldnt believe it. They forgot about the light but tried to sell me a brake job. They did diagnostics on the light and told me they couldnt fix the problem and was given the name of another place to have it done. Not impressed.

Always helpful, knowledgeable,and friendly! This time came in because I noticed my headlight was out. Victor came out immediately and started to change it with the help of Robert. Thank them both for their quick and friendly service!

I had a screw in my tire and took it to Firestone because theyre close to my home. They told me they couldnt fix the flat and wanted me to buy 4 new tires... I called Goodyear because two of my tires are theirs. The gave me a great quote for 2 new tires and set up an appointment. I dropped it off and left. They called me and said the tire was repairable! They fixed the flat free of charge and gained a customer for life! Excellent customer service, thank you so much!

I have taken my Ford to a local Ford dealership since I have owned it. Most of the time their service was good. Lately I have been having vibration issues. Ford did two all wheel drive alignments at $140 per visit and it still vibrated at higher speeds. I took it to Goodyear on Melody in Northglenn. After their alignment, and an explanation on why they missed the delivery time estimate ir became clear Ford never actually did an alignment. The car has not ridden this smooth, or handled this well for a long time. Thank you’s go to Connor, the service technician, and to Victor the service writer for an excellent job. I will be bringing my vehicles back for sevice at their store.

I called a couple of places because I had a screw in my tire and all of them told me it was gonna be a wait of more than a week and 20-30$. But I called here and they told me to come by and repaired my tire for free and help me with so much knowledge of good tires and wheels for my Rav. They have a new client for life. Victor was amazing!!!

One of my tires was punctured by a nail in place making it irreparable. Victor gave me great advice on how to proceed. He advised me that my other tires were in great shape and only needed to replace one. He was able find a tire and transfer it to the location. He made sure my tire was safe to drive on while I waited for the transfer.The mechanics are friendly and respectful. They treated my car with respect and were very clean. I would recommend this location for any car service needs.

They’ve greatly improved since a few years back the last time I left a review so I had to change from 2 stars to 5 stars! They’ve been great every time I have gone in within the last year or so, and I’ve probably been in about 4-5 times within the last couple months and every time they always get my truck taken care of and explain any issues if they come up, they got a great team there!!

The staff was knowledgeable and nice. However, they were unable to follow simple instructions. They put a leaking tire back on the truck, and took a good tire off the rim. This cost me considerable time and money. I will never go back there again.

I knew what my car needed and they did not push to sell me anything extra.My car needed 4 tires, alignment, brake pads and an oil change . I knew all this going in. Though it took several hours I was reasonably comfortable in the waiting area. Everything was explained to me and my questions answered by the salesperson who was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions and concerns (and I did have several).The cost of all the above was reasonable too.I definitely recommend Goodyear. I hope your experience is as positive as mine was.

My whole day has been a chain of unfortunate events. If it wasnt one thing, it was another. However, my husband, my toddler, my two dogs and I are (finally) on I-25 towing a truck down to Colorado Springs when our trailer tire caught a nail and blew out. God bless Goodyear at 10420 Melody Drive in Northglenn and god bless the super sweet gentleman Justin P. Who fixed us up in 10 minutes or less. Victor, Connor & Robert all the guys there are friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed the ball joint on my car. They ordered the hose for my air conditioner will be back to have that replaced. We have been taken care of every time we have come in for service. Very trustworthy. Highly recommend them.

I took my 2010 Nissan Murano here for the first time in the summer of 2019 for new tires and they did an amazing job. The store manger and the other manager were both absolutely some of the nicest most genuine people which is hard to say for many car places. The price for installation of the tires was fair (I had already ordered the actual tires online) and I’ve been taking my cars here for everything ever since. I’ve had new tires put in my Ford Fiesta, and they changed my front brakes for me, and most recently fixed my AC and a overheating problem with my Fiesta. I honestly feel like I trust them to be honest with me about the issue of the car and not give me a ten page list of all the expenses I’m sure they could try and get me for. Once while I was waiting one of the managers was talking to me about how his wife and him were fixing to have another baby (I was like 8 months pregnant at the time) and it just seemed like he was a regular family guy just coming to work to help other people and provide for his family and store manager and I chopped it up about working retail/service industry (I’m a retail store manager too) and THAT’S what it’s about. Being able to know the people working on your car and trusting them to do it right. Both the managers there are full of integrity and honestly I will continue to bring my cars there in the future for anything. They pricing is fair and honestly even if it was more pricey I would keep taking them there just because I trust them to do it right. Definitely recommend!

I took my car in to get my car on the road again .. After hitting a curve during a snow storm.. My traction control light came on along with a FCA Light as well ...Took car in on a Thursday had it done by Saturday.. due to having to order parts for my 2019 Hyundai konA.... which I was find with ... They fix tires rods .. and recommended my wheel bearing to get fix as well, with out forcing any extra charges on me ... I would recommend any one who needs to get there car fix quickly... dealership told me I had to wait 1 month to get my problem fix so good year tire of 104th I highly recommend because they do good service...

The worst mechanic experience I’ve ever had in my life they were all nice and kosher with me in my face but when it came to them working on my truck correctly that’s where I have issues. After I left this particular good year I lifted up my hood and found that two of my spark plugs were pretty much removed from the top of my engine secondly I got the synthetic oil change with the tire rotation and before my truck will drive straight without touching the steering wheel and now it pulls so hard to the right if I don’t keep my hand on the steering well I won’t go straight, A giant scam this place is and I would stay far far away I will never return here let alone take my truck to any good year thanks for ruining the company’s reputation

Awesome service! I got a flat tire this morning and called about a dozen places and no one could get me for at least three days. I made an appointment online and showed up and was told they had no openings until Tuesday. However the manager said if I could leave the car they would stay late and get it done. He saved the day for me since it is supposed to start snowing tonight. This place is highly recommended. The manager was extremely nice even though I was frustrated. Thank you so much.

Prospective Goodyear Clients,Not more than 10 minutes ago my wife left the Goodyear store at 10420 Melody Dr, Northglenn, CO 80234 and I’ve got to say that this is one of those, “You find out who your friends are” moments.She was low on coolant and the heat had started to creep up on her many miles from home on an unseasonably hot day.To make the situation more complicated, my 10 month old identical twin boys and my 3 year old little girl were in the car with her.She called me and I had a decision to make as to who would best help her in our time of need.….and I didn’t have much time.I did not hesitate to direct her to the nearest Goodyear store where they filled up the anti-freeze despite the risk with a hot radiator and sent her on her way.Yes, I need a new radiator perhaps…..but perhaps not, I haven’t noticed a leak. The fact of the matter is that they did not take advantage of the situation by selling a new radiator etc.I guess I found out who care about me and more importantly my family. I’m almost embarrassed that the tires on the vehicle were from a competitor, but you can bet your last dollar that I’ll be buying Goodyear tires soon…they are nearing replacement.One more thing…. When I called the store in anticipation of her arrival I said, “Charge me whatever you want, It’s no problem…. just get her back on the road with a full radiator and reservoir and make sure there isn’t a catastrophic leak or anything”.Well…..they didn’t charge me a dime.Thank you again!!!

Brought my car in on a Sunday morning to get several things checked out before heading back to the mountains. The sales associate, Mitch, was exceptional. He was very thorough and really helped explain things in a way I could understand and he answered all my questions. Their usual mechanic who deals with my issue was not working today, but he had the general mechanic take a look anyways. As my car was not making the sounds for them that it had been making for me before I brought it in (of course it didnt! Lol), there was no charge for the inspection. They checked the other problems my vehicle has been having and as they were not critical, he suggested waiting until we figure out the main issue that brought me there to begin with. As a female, I always worry about getting ripped off by auto repair shops. That was not the case here! I would take my vehicle here again in a heartbeat. Thanks Goodyear!

I came in for an oil change, and unfortunately something happened such that I lost a hubcap on the ride back home. I called the manager, explained the situation, and he was extremely friendly in ordering me a replacement at no charge. No fuss, no muss, he just did the right thing and I really appreciated it.

Had a oil change there took them about a hour cause the oil filter wasnt put on right and some oil leaked out is what the guy told me so so they put on another filter and added more oil so I just figured some oil leaked out the bottom but when I got home I decided to look under the hood and there was oil all over the left side of my engine, alternator and serpentine belt I should have checked before I paid!...Pathetic cant even do a oil change right!!..And there was drops of oil on my center concel...Will go back tomorrow to try and get my money back to cold to clean it now or I would...This better not cause problems on my way to work tomorrow!!!

Not a good place to take ur car. My friend took her van there to be fixed. Took them 3 months. 700.00 later and still did not run Then the van broke down again.

I stopped by this shop as I had a flat tire coming home from Denver. The technician that looked at my tire told me it was irreparable and that I would have to get new tires, he also called someone over to check who confirmed that I would need new tires. Then the manager came by with pricing for all new tires and suggested I would need four new tires rather than just one. (Mind you, I bought my car with new tires just about a hear ago) Using my best judgement, I simply drove home with the flat tire.Today, I was able to go to Big O Tire and they patched my tire and sent me home-for free! This shows much better customer service and honesty. I would not recommend Goodyear due to their dishonesty and looking to make a sale rather than caring about the well-being of their customers.

Do not go here. I brought my car to get the tire patched and they couldnt do it. They suggested to get all new tires even though they are new. Then they put the the spare tire on instead of the regular(driveable) tire even though we said put it the way you got it. They just want your money. Jason was the person that we were dealing with. Horrible service.

This Goodyear is amazing! My family and I were in Denver and on our way to Silverthorn and our car was boiling over tons of antifreeze. We called at least 15 other auto shops and no one could see our car. They fixed our problem and I would highly recommend this Goodyear!!

Took my car in for an oil change to this Goodyear and they said I also needed back brake pads, rotors and calipers despite my car doing nothing out of the ordinary. Took it a week later to a nearby family owned shop and within 10 minutes they found I still had 1-2 months of pads on my back brakes left and my rotors and calipers were fine. 120 dollars vs the 1200 dollars I was quoted by Goodyear.

Needed a synthetic blend oil change, scheduled an appointment for Saturday afternoon and was done in about 30 minutes. Fast and excellent service.

Sunday, needed a tire patched. Discount Tire not open, Tires Plus 3 hour wait, Firestone (across the street from Goodyear) 1.5 hour wait and short handed, Goodyear done in 30 minutes. Service was excellent and clean facility.

I have been a customer for about 7 years. I took my vehicle in for an oil change last week. Left it at 9 AM and told them I would pick it up about 4 PM as I work across the street. When I got there at 4 PM, it was not done and they didnt have it done until 4:30 PM. I wont be back unless you bring Josh back!!!

I’m giving them a 2 star review instead of a 1 star ONLY because they do a free tire rotation with the oil change (for the same price as others).The reason I’m giving them such a low review is they are clearly trying to take advantage of a woman who, admittedly, doesn’t know much about cars.I got a call halfway through my oil change saying I needed to “fix” to items; one being the cabin air filter and the other being a two step fuel injector cleaning. I denied the service since they wanted to charge me, get this, $110 to change my cabin filter and $190 for the fuel injector cleaning.After getting home, I contacted several people who know much more about cars than I do and did some research on my own. It turns out the fuel injector cleaning, based from my own research and the reassurance of several others, was unnecessary. With newer cars (mine’s a 2016), it’s a possible upkeep/maintenance option at 100,000 miles (mine has about 31,000).The cabin air filter? $19 part on Amazon, and it took me, someone who has never done more than change a flat tire, less then 60 seconds to move the glove box, remove the old filter, and put in the new. They wanted to charge me over $100 for this thinking I didn’t know any better.I have voicemails saved that directly quote them saying the cabin air filter and two step fuel injector cleaning. He also showed me the filter when I got back to try and guilt me into paying $110 for it.I spoke to a friend who goes to the Goodyear location in Arvada and they have only charged him (yes, him) $20 to change the same filter previously. This just confirms my suspicions of the age old screw over women at auto shops theory.Don’t go to this location. I haven’t had a chance to try any other Goodyear locations, but I will absolutely not be trusting them with service going forward.

Stayt away from this place. When I brought my car in to see why my tires were so loud and had a lot of vibration in them, I was told that I needed new shock absorbers. Then later, another tire place showed me that the tires were already 6 years old when they were bought and put on the car. The tires were bought at a Goodyear store in CA, but this store is the one who told me the shock absorbers needed replacement. Stay away from this place and Goodyear tires.

Dangerous. Irresponsible. They serviced my new car and 24 hours later it blew on the highway. Their response: no reason for it. too bad, so sad. Itll cost X to fix the damage we caused.

My car was struggling to start so I took it in, thinking it would be a relatively inexspensive fix, they told me I needed a new starter, I payed the five hundred dollars they asked, i drove home and sure enough the next day it didnt start, I payed for the tow to the store, dropped my car off, and they called me back saying both my batteries were failing and that would cost another 400. so they didnt check the batteries to start, charged me 500 for what I now believe to be an unnecessary fix, and then tried to charge me to fix the original problem, needless to say, im incredibly unsatisfied.

As a female I was very weary and fearful of being taken advantage of. So Yesterday when I got a flat I went into this location, I chose them bc I have heard great things. However, this was not the case in my situation. I took in a tire to have repaired gentlemen at the front desk Patrick tells me how much and how long (less than 45 minutes). Ok w the price I decide to go run some errands only to be called over 2 hours later to be told I have to buy all 4 new tires upwards of $1000 . I was quite confused and asked him to explain only to be told that I just need new tires. Really not sure why I couldnt just purchase one tire as my other three are fine ..So I asked for my Un -repairable tire back so that I may go somewhere else. Not at all happy with the answer especially after I was told my tires had barely any tread from two other places, an that purchasing one tire only would be completely fine and safe for my vehicle. . So thank you so much for being rude and trying to make money instead of gaining a new client. I went somewhere else where the people care about their customers and have integrity, was able to purchase 1 tire and the guy gave me a great deal of less than 100$ for the same brand I already have .. Good luck to the next person, I would highly recommend a 2nd opinion if you ever go here. And the management wasnt anymore helpful than Patrick.
