I have enjoyed my Control 4 whole-house AV system and Avidia’s expert service. I really like that the same skilled technician, Artur, has been to my house for issue resolution and for on-site system updates over the years. I have comfort that he knows my system, and he listens to and understands my needs. Fully recommend.

Highly recommended. I could go on, but most important to me, they respond when you need something. I came home after being away and found our router had died. Working at home, that is a big issue, but they responded on Sunday to my distress call, looked for a solution, and got the part replaced on Monday morning. Hard to ask for much more...

Avidia is an excellent service! From start to finish they were especially nice, helpful, polite, and professional. They installed a Samsung Frame TV in our family room with two speakers. My mom did not want to update the TV in our family room since she preferred the art we had hanging on the wall, but she was incredibly pleased and impressed with how it turned out, which was beyond her expectations. We are not techy people, so Avidia was very patient with our questions, great at explaining how the TV works and made sure we were comfortable with using it before they left. I would absolutely turn to Avidia again for another home entertainment project and would 100% recommend them to anyone considering updating their home entertainment systems!

This is a GREAT company to work with. I had been in touch with other providers who either would not call me back or were willing to do average work. These guys love what they do and are very good at their jobs. The system they installed is top notch, as is, the post install support. I would highly recommend working with Avidia.

A terrific experience! We had been having trouble getting internet to the entire house and, with everyone on Zoom for work or school, it was becoming impossible to get anything done. Avidia came to our house and figured out what we needed and we no longer have any issues! It’s been wonderful dealing with Avidia. They are quick to respond to any questions and I would highly recommend them.

After years of underwhelming AV support from the big box store, Avidia really came through for us. They actually came to the house and solved some the problems wed been struggling with for years. Now our expensive AV system actually works and our internet set up is much improved. So nice to have someone to call who will actually solve the problems!

I mean it when I say I have NEVER worked with a company so professional in my life. Everyone at the company that I dealt with, the owner, the project manager, and the technician was so wonderful. They were incredibly responsive when I asked questions or needed to add on to my original quote. They kept me updated throughout the project...when parts were ordered, when I should expect to get on the schedule, etc. Truly was an amazing experience. The technician completely cleaned up my jumbled mess of cords even though that was not part of the scope of work. He ended up spending about 11 hours getting our project going. He was clean during the install and cleaned up afterwards. Not once complaining about his long day. He even spent time with us at the end of the day (7 pm on a Friday) explaining how everything works. So glad I found this company. I will be shouting their name from my rooftop...or at the very least google.

Gill was a great project manager on our new house project. Artur was the programmer who had a ton of patience. We were taught how to use every device which at first was overwhelming but Artur and Gill helped so much. They were fantastic. Highly recommend this company!

We just finished a renovation of our home. Our builder had referred us to Avidia a few years back for a smaller job, and we were very pleased. With the renovation, we decided to upgrade our Control4 system, which had come with our home when we purchased it 8 years ago. We once again turned to Avidia.The system was previously so temperamental, that I dreaded to even turn on the TV, let alone play music. Matt, one of the principals of Avidia, met with me and we discussed our needs and goals for a media system. He listened, really listened, and made recommendations without upselling anything (which he easily could have - I’m totally clueless when it comes to this stuff). He was even able to work with Control4 to get very fair pricing on the new equipment.When it was time to execute the plan, the Avidia team did an amazing job. After installing everything, they walked us through the entire system and taught us how to use it. It went from being an intimidating and frustrating system, to a very user friendly system.Now, as soon as we get up in the morning, we pull up the Control4 app on the phone and turn on music. I’m also able to turn the TV on quickly if needed. What used to be a 20 minute process has turned into 5 seconds. The music actually puts me in a better mood from the start of the day.We have already referred a close friend of ours to Avidia, and he is looking forward to working with them based on our experience.

I recently contacted Avidia because the company that installed my equipment closed. I needed to find someone to help me with our control 4 system and help us reprogram due to a cable/internet provider change. The service was excellent from my initial call. They were extremely responsive and worked with my schedule. They were upfront with what work would be required and the costs involved. Transparency is important to me. The service technicians were thorough and courteous. They took the time to explain the functionality of the system, which I had not previously had. I don’t normally write reviews but this is one company that deserves the recognition.In short, Avidia is a cut above the rest of the competition because of their customer service.Three examples come to mind:1) while they provided multiple package options with different tier pricing, what I found different about Avidia is that they personally called each manufacturer/distributor to ensure I received best pricing (including personally surfing the web to other seller sites to ensure I received the best pricing at the time). It felt like a personal concierge to ensure I had price match on everything.2) the owners of the company personally reached out with their personal numbers in case I had any problems. While it felt like a nice gesture, I was skeptical of whether or not they would actually respond to a call/text. But one Saturday night at 10pm, I had a problem with my Apple TV and texted the owner because I was expecting a big group of friends the next day. The owner actually called me back the same night (ie 10:05pm) and walked me through how to fix the problem. Additionally their 24 hour customer service rep (part of their warranty program) also called me to confirm everything was working.3) As part of my package, I asked for my power blinds to be connected to my Alexa devices. The original quote included a certain amount of hours to program everything. As the installation began, we realized that my power shades did not have the simple set-up as previously assumed. I thought this was a lost cause. Nope. The Avidia team stayed up the same night and found a work around and made it happen. In addition, the work around was a lot more time intensive but they kept to the original estimate vs charging me extra.Lastly, the above incidents are just the first of many I have. To this day, the Avidia team has been responsive to every email/text within 24 hours or less. They put their customers first because I truly believe they personally love the world of audio/video technology and want to ensure people fall in love with their new systems as well.While there are many companies out there who could sell you the same equipment. And maybe even sell it to you at the same price. But I don’t believe they will provide the same high end customer service experience as Avidia.I look forward to being a continued customer for many years to come.

I had a fantastic experience with Avidia from start to finish on a complex project that included a complete renovation of my home theater, installation of multiple Ring devices around my entire house, and re-doing my home network to boost the WiFi signal. Special thanks to the owner, Matthew, for spending a ton of time with me up-front to help me find the perfect solution for all parts of this project. Also special thanks to Kamil for overseeing the project as it went along. And, finally, special thanks to Peter for doing a lot of the work up-front that laid the ground for this project and to Artur for completing the final install of all of the equipment. Avidia is amazing. They installed our whole audio-visual system about 8 years ago including all the ethernet/cat5 cabling to the rooms, the stereo speakers and the living room TV/audio and media room TV/audio systems. Whenever weve needed them, theyve always been responsive and professional. We recently upgraded our system with new Control4 iPhone control of Comcast, Apple iTV, internet radio, etc. Again they were great. And the full system is outstanding. We recommend Avidia to all our friends.
