I’d like to thank representatives and Erik in particular for being professional and patient with me and my kids upgrading the cell phone for my daughter. I can’t think of anything but only good to say about the people who worked with me on that particular evening. Definitely and highly recommend this particular Best Buy to do business with.
I bought a radio and speakers online to get it installed into my vehicle... They did the installation without informing me that its a module that they didnt have to connect my speakers so they cut the wires in my car WITHOUT I CALLING IT TELLING ME THAT I WOULD LOSE SPEAKER POWER THEY CUT MY TWEETERS AND SUBWOOFER OFF WITHOUT LETTING ME KNOW BEFORE THEY DID IT... Im so disappointed in best buy I had a better experience years ago.... Its over for best buy....

I had a sales rep help me with new buds. He was great and asked many questions to find what was right for me. I was not able to try them on because of coffeeCovid but when I brought the ear buds home, theyre a bit too big for my ears. I will have to exchange them for a different pair. They worked great for nose canceling though.

Best Buys staff was super nice and friendly. They helped us out immediately as I was there to purchase a TV. They offered to put it in the car for me, set me up with a great finance deal, and even gave me the option of free delivery if the TV didnt fit as well as renting a truck for 20 bucks to take it myself. Awesome experience keep up the amazing work guys.

Bad service!I asked bestbuy employee to find me a product and he’s says yes.Later I find him at a counter, ringing up ppl. I asked him, why aren’t you in the back looking for the product I asked for, he says I told ppl in the back to look for it. It just doesn’t make sense. 1st I’m not sure if he did, and 2nd If he told me prior to taking care of ppl, then yes, I understand but it’s not it.Very poor service.Am I not a customer? Really?

I visited this store today (5/12/21) to return a product I had purchased on-line from Best Buy. Everyone was very friendly and efficient even though I was not buying anything. The return was completed within minutes without any hassles. On my way back, a friendly black young gentleman from the staff (I am sorry I dont know his name but wanted to thank him for his kindness) even offered to go out of his way to show me how to exit the mall. I will definitely shop there again.

The incompetency of the Best Buy corporate bleeds into each of their stores. Their inventory and distribution systems will lock in anything, allowing nobody to change them even in the event of a delay or mishap. The customer service will do nothing but stall you for time while they just sit there. You are better off getting your products from amazon. They will come in a more timely manner and the customer service will actually be able to help you. This will be the last time I ever purchase anything from Best Buy and I encourage others who want a decent buying experience to seek it elsewhere.

Been my go to BB for a while. They have been consistent on their service and always ready to help me out on returns or pickups.
I believe the store sold me an open box phone at the new phone price without telling me it was a repackaged item. I only buy new so I was surprised to see headphones and the warranty card missing from the box as well as gunk on the charger. I used to love this location. Plus, people stood around doing nothing while I waited to be helped.5/28/21 -- I am giving this location another star because Samsung gave me conflicting information about the headphones. Thus, the store may not be at vault with respect to that. The fact that people stood around doing nothing while I waited to be helped remains an issue however. I understand not pouncing on people the second they walk thru the door but I had been looking around for quite a few minutes before anyone asked if I needed help.
I went looking for a mini pc and a wireless keyboard and mouse I saw online. The staff were very helpful and they came to ask me if I needed help when they saw me wondering. There are lots of offers and you can find mostly anything you want. The parking lot is big and its easy to find a spot. Overall, happy with my experience and I would definitely go back when I need something else. Also there is a policy where price match is guaranteed on anything online that is sold by an official seller, take advantage of this.

Today was my first time at this location and I must say from the moment we walked in the door we was treated with the utmost respect and felt like we were the only ones their even though their was other customers of course. I wanted to personally thank the people that work their and served me and my wife very well. The person that helped me was very knowledgeable about everything that I was asking him and like I said I will be recommending this bestbuy to all my friends and family. Keep up the good work guys.

Always a great place to go for most things tech. Everyone is always willing to help. I never feel pressured to buy anything in particular. It feels like the sales specialists are always really trying to help my find the best option for me.They’ve handled the pandemic well too. Everything is clean and curbside pickup is always speedy.

I came in to do a few exchanges, Leonel (I hope Im writing her name right) she was in the customer service line, she made the transitions so easy and quick. I had never felt this comfortable making exchanges since I had done it before and it was never easy. Thank you for your amazing customer service.

Out of mostly everything, few display models to get hands on with before you buy. And everything was either open box, used, refurbished, or said new but lookedMassively used. I guess everyone is on the return policy for 2021!

Last month I bought a laptop at this location and I was very nervous to make such a big purchase because I am not a tech-savvy person and I did not want to later regret my purchase. However, Emily Hurtarte, a sales consultant, was very knowledgeable about the computer I was interested in and patiently answered all my questions. She also explained different protection plans and software options that I could purchase. She really took her time to help me out and she never rushed me or tried to talk me into buying something I was not interested in. I am so grateful that she was there the day I bought my laptop because she made the process effortless. She is the reason I am giving this location 5 stars!
Chaotic: unclear signage (the booth marked Customer Service is the checkout area); Best Buy gift cards are in a different aisle in an unmarked area far from the easily visible rack of gift cards for other stores including Amazon, a direct Best Buy competitor. Every Best Buy location Ive visited was like this. Its sad really.
Excellent service. I was greeted the moment I stepped into the door and was helped immediately. Everyone was extremely attentive. When I went to buy a computer, Emily Hurtarte (a worker there) was really knowledgeable about the different computers and shipping processes. When we were checking out and asked if there were any deals, her and her manager, Fabian Cuzco, really worked with us and we were extremely grateful for their help. It was definitely a pleasant visit.
Worst customer service. I am a loyal Elite customer to best buy, every electronic products for my home, my businesses, i buy from best buy, specially the Northbrook location has a worst customer service. The sales rep dint bother to look for product until i found on phone and showed him. I am pretty sure there are good people out there to get hired and have job.
For the average customer, this place is great for anything electronic. They can help give you recommendations and troubleshoot issues.If youre a little more into tech however they dont always have everything you need, and sometimes you end up knowing more than them.
Best Buy is good place to go for electronics, computers and the like. Prices are a little high, but they have a pretty good selection of products and its nice to be able to look at things before you buy them. Its also nice to be able to buy things and take them home right away.

This place is a joke. I ordered a tv feb 3 for delivery feb 5 to find out the day of delivery it’s canceled for no reason at all and after me confirming the appointment numerous times the day prior. After about a hour and a half of waiting for someone to pick up the phone which is insane to make a customer wait that long to pick up a phone I get the run around from whom ever I spoke to basically told me that me order was canceled and rescheduled for tomorrow. I still have no idea why it was canceled and won’t hold my breath that I’ll be getting it delivered tomorrow. I know learned my lesson not to do business with Best Buy and take my business to ABT. Keep up the great work

Friendly staff and good products
Horrible horrendous service with car stereo installation. They are extremely overbooked and very unprofessional. Made an appointment here before Christmas. Came on the date of installation (over a month later) and they didnt have the parts or couldnt find them. They rescheduled my appointment for a week out. When I showed up a week later, they had no idea i was coming in. Extremely incompetent young people and clueless managers working here. Took 2 days off work for this. Be very aware. Please consider using ABT or another local stereo installation place. ABT at least has a waiting room. This place doesnt even have a chair for waiting customers. Its so thrown together and unprofessional. Worse customer service I have ever had in my life.Update: Took my car to ABT for the stereo installation. They actually have people dedicated to just helping customers with mobile stereo and other equipment. Not only were the prices cheaper than best buy, but the experience was much better and more professional. They have veteran installation people working on your car so it gets done in half the time. I decided to add a remote starter with the money I saved. If you never been to ABT, its an experience. They have massage chairs in the waiting room! If you are even considering Best Buy over ABT, you need your head examined.
Wished they stayed open longer. They close at 7 now.

Ken is fantastic! Went in with my aunt, who is retiring and buying her first ever laptop. Ken was patient and gave his feedback, but never pushy. We ended up getting her a laptop, printer and shredder. Ive not been happy with my last few personal Best Buy experiences, but Id go back to this location and see Ken in a heartbeat!
A not lot of items in store wow poor
This Best Buy is neatly organized with a fairly good amount of choices. Its a great place to go to get your hands on electronics before you decide to buy them to help you decide. The employees are fairly knowledgeable and is more than willing to help you find what you need.
We found the modem router that we had seen online easily in the store. They were doing checkout at the customer service counter. NO ONE ASKED US TO PURCHASE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY!
It looks like is going out of business. What ever I want to buy there where out. Shelf was empty on most of the stuff. Plus the store is small compare to others so I was surprised of empty shelfs.
Contactless purchase turned out to be wrong thing. Went in to return. Salesperson dug through all newly received stock to try find replacement. Found one! When I left my exchange at customer service, he followed me out to my car to bring it to me. Both staff members were excellent! Thanks Best Buy.

I purchased an LG dishwasher 10 days ago from Best Buy. I paid an additional $160 for installation. After waiting 10 days, the installers show up, take a look at the dishwasher connections under my sink and tell me that there is a problem. I have a 5/8 in. connection but it needs to be 3/8 in. After allowing me about 30 seconds for my frustration reaction, they inform me that they can remedy the problem, but it will cost another $94. Obviously, I had to agree to pay the “extortion”. It took the man 5 minutes to switch in the new part.The entire installation took only 30 minutes. At the very least, I should have been alerted to this possibility at the store. Most people would expect that to be part of the installation cost of $160.I have been a loyal customer of Best Buy ever since it burst on the scene.I have spent thousands of dollars on mostly TVs. With this kind of business practice, I fear that they anticipate their own demise and are trying to squeeze out every last dollar. Otherwise, extorting a loyal customer doesn’t make sense.

Had the things I was looking for.
I have literally never had a negative experience here. I have been going here for the past 2 years now as I have been getting more and more into pc building. I also stop in for various other tech. From what I have seen this facility conducts itself very well. Every single member of the staff is very helpful, friendly, very attentive, and hard working. RJ and Ken are among my favorites. Plus its always a good day when Eric the sales manager walks up with his beaming smile and shakes your hand. You can always find a friendly helpful person around. I have pretty specific hardware needs so its hard to always have what I need in store but they are very accommodating and fantastic about price matching and ordering online. If you live in the area and can just run in store and buy from here instead of amazon, please do and support this great place instead.

Store seemed to be short staffed at the time that I went. I would have to say, the store greeter Solomon made the wait worthwhile. Of people in this world had his type energy, the world would be a better place. Talking to him, and listening to him greet the customers. Even the ones that were snobs, he still kept the good vibes going.If anyone on management reads this post. Make sure you let Solomon know hes doing a great job. You might want to take him off the door and put him in the sales floor. His one of the reasons Im leaving 4 stars instead of 3

Ordered a cellphone online. Instead, I got a smart clock for $30. Online customer service is not working at all -- chat is unavailable this time. You need to wait for hours if you call them... and still no one answers. Went to this store, waited for an hour in a long line and no one was able to help.
I had a great experience at this location. I came in with the specific need to increase my wireless speeds, but without an idea of how to accomplish this. The staff gave me excellent recommendations about what to buy, and after I installed all of the products they recommended my speeds increased dramatically.

Great service, its easy to find items as they are well displayed. The associates are knowledgeable and if they cant answer the question they will find someone that can. Returns and exchanges are painless as long as you understand the guidelines on receipts and length of time since purchase. Keep an eye out for open box specials, you may save yourself some money.
