Left my jewelry for the cleaning. Not super clean. Previous time in Oak Brook Location was better. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Nice people, but didn’t know their policies. Called in advance to make sure I can come exchange a product (they confirmed I could), drove half an hour, and they tell me I can’t do that type of exchange. Waste of time.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! I cannot recommend the Northbrook Tiffany & Co location enough. I have always wanted a Tiffany ring and finally my dream came true! My boyfriend and I had scheduled an appointment with Lei to try on engagement rings. Lei went above and beyond. She had prepared some rings for me to try on, already had various other suggestions as well, gave us both an explanation of how Tiffanys works with diamonds & of course the 4cs. We had been to other stores but nothing compares to Tiffanys & their excellent customer service. The ring I chose was beautiful and the last one left and Lei secured it for us. She even gave us a discount - which we didnt expect. I am a forever Tiffanys customer for life & cant wait to come back to get my ring cleaned by Lei.

This Tiffanys at NBC has been my go-to since high school. In addition to having an amazing selection that is perfect for any occasion - gifts, birthdays, Hanukkah, and Christmas, the staff here has always been exceptional, professional, and helpful. Ive shopped at Tiffanys all over the USA and I have to say that my hometown one is truly the best!

I came in from WI to drop off a bracelet to be lengthened and purchase a charm and necklace. Salesperson Holly was very courteous. Showed me an array of chains and charms and offered us (hubby and kids were along) water and juice while we looked. Ended up cleaning my rings as well. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Returned a couple weeks later after having an issue with shipping, and was very satisfied with the resolution. Will definitely visit this store again.

I would recommend better old orchard location! Got bad experience, miscommunication, and misunderstanding!

I went with my daughter to celebrate your 30th birthday with the purchase of a beautiful pair of earrings. Given the customer service one would have thought I was buying a 5 carat diamond ring. Delighted with the product and the service, Ill be back again.

Amanda was great at helping me with a few purchases, making things very quick and simple and setting a few things aside so when I got to the store it was ready to get picked up! Highly recommend visiting the store.

My wife lost one of her tiffany earrings, the Northbrook store sent the one earring to new York to pair it up with a identical one and cleaned the old one and receive both back within 7days.
