Very rude employee at Northbrook store refused my business. Will never use this store again. There was no one to answer phone. Deerfield store provided good customer service.

Good, beautiful and fresh

Ordered online for pick up. Received receipt, and confirmation for pick up. Came to this store at the pick up time only to find out it was closed?! The store ph # provided?- no one picks up, doesnt even have an option to leave a voice mail. There goes 60 bucks, and wasted time... Not even sure if Ill get my money back. There is no way to get in touch with anyone.

Great, but they couldve been more attentive. I ordered a sincere gift here for a colleague and I left with my basket but I also ordered balloons which they forgot to give me. Didnt think of until I was back at office.

My spouse ordered this as a gift to our niece. They got it and it was spoiled. They did not refund me in full or offer to do anything else. THIS PLACE HAS NO PRODUCT GUARANTEE. WHAT A RIP OFF. WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

I was able to order a beautiful arrangement for my Mother in Laws 79th birthday, and have it delivered the NEXT day! She loved it!

I ordered an arrangement online and this store was the location that made my order. I was extremely disappointed when I found out that they forgot to include a box of chocolate covered fruit that was part of the set that I purchased. These things are already overpriced and they don’t even complete your order! I was also told by the person who received the gift that the fruit tasted expired. A complete waste of money.

I loved going there. The store always smells sweet of Chocolate! The dipped strawberries are absolutely de-lish! Their customer service was topped notch as they helped me with picking my order out. I ordered a nice arrangement for my sweetheart and they have it done in around 10 mins!
