This is my second car and second visit. I was very impressed the first time so brought my second. They are very friendly and professional. Appointments are easy and convenient and did both through direct message and text. They send reminders and confirmation by text. The appointment started on time and finished on time. They did a vehicle walk and pointed out any errors before starting. The vehicle was finished and delivered clean. The work quality seems excellent. There is a very nice lounge waiting area that I used while waiting and could work peacefully. Bathroom is clean. There is free water and coffee. Overall I am very impressed by this place and will highly recommend and return to. Thank you.

I had my 2002 Honda Civic coupe fully tinted in a 35% VLT. The previous tint I had on the small rear windows and back windshield had been put on (aftermarket) in 2002, so the guys at Exotic had a hard time getting the old stuff off. They actually stayed late to finish so that I could have my car back in time. Excellent work, great service, and protip: bring cash to pay.

When I called to setup an appointment, the young lady with whom I spoke with was very knowledgable and professional. She arranged for me to drop of my vehicle after work on a Friday and pick it up the following Saturday morning. Upon recieving my car, I couldnt have been more satisfied with the serice they performed and the choice I made to have them service my vehicle. Its been just about 2 weeks and havent had any issues with the film itself. I would highly recommend this business if you are looking to add some window tint to your vehicle. I took my C 300 here for tints and Im so glad I went here as opposed to anywhere else. The quality of work was superb and they were so easy to work with. I almost didnt even call for a quote because I thought they would he more expensive then any of the other shops and they ended up being $75 cheaper.

I emailed them for a quote they got back to me within a day and the following day I scheduled an appointment. my car which is a 2007 corvette the back window is the hardest thing to wrap since the curve but they got it done and looks good highly recommend to come here.

Danny is the man! Hes the owner operator of the shop and works with the finest touches! Absolutely love his work everything came out better that i could imagine! His customer service along side his employee are exceptional! We discussed options of different percentages that would look nice on the car and vision comfortablity for me. As they say you get what you pay for and ive learned from my experience that its true mine were starting to purple from sun fade only had them for 3 years... Ive done my research ive shopped around and i found Exotic window tint was right for me its worth the money he usues the best products on the market. His shop is small but very clean. From what we discussed hes moving into a bigger location as his buisness is booming! He has some pretty exciting cars in his lot to! Here is my story. Today I brought my car for window tinting, I knew this place since last year, i was a one time customer, so I hoped I would be ok but.... my appointment was scheduled for 12pm, and it was confirmed a day before, so I arrived at 11: 45, trying not to be late, as it is an hour drive from where I live.After I inquired about waiting time, I was told to wait for an hour ... I asked why they did not notified me about it, the receptionist said they found out they are behind the schedule just at the moment I stepped in to the office... I asked to talk to Daniel (Owner), and she said I cant, why??? Because he is busy. Somehow I found Daniel, and He also said that I had to wait, there were no other options except waiting for around an hour... So ... here he offered me to waste at least an hour of my life for nothing, just because they did not call or text me, and after that i was supposed to pay him the money, and drive home with a smile ... And this is an example of customer service . Nice! ... After I listened to him I said, Hey Daniel, lets do fair, I came here and was ready to pay you my money for your time that youll work on my car, so, could You to be responsible for your fault that cost me at least an hour of my life and give me small discount for that time . He refused and said that the only option is to wait or comeback later.... After that I clearly understood what direction do they go, and I just left.. The story is not about the money, or discount, the story is about the relations, about respect, and about fair treatment ... P.S. I found dentist who does not make me wait, I found mechanic who does not make me wait, and hope Ill find another place to tint my car and theyll be really good people with respectfull attitude and good manners .
