My car needed new front breaks, battery, and some small things in addition. These guys were very responsive & able to get me in within 24hrs but unlike others were willing to look at the car right away. They showed ways they could save me money and match other places as well as explained everything in depth. It’s been 2 weeks since they fixed my car and everything seems to be running smooth and going great. Highly recommend for quick, great service & customer appreciation.

I got rear ended a couple weeks ago and took it to NorthShore Car Center to get the rear bumper repaired. Daniel did an amazing job; perfect color matching and the bumper looks brand new! The work took 4 days (we were pleased to see it done in 4, since they said it would take 5) and they provided a lifetime warranty on their work. They also went above and beyond to wash the car for me! I would, without a doubt, recommend NorthShore Car Center for any kind of car work.

I went to north shore car center with my Mercedes gl550. They did an amazing job. Checked everything to make sure the car doesn’t have any other problems. Changed all 4 tires for a very good price, did the alignment, did an oil change. Also Edward fixed a few dents on my right side of the car. Also they offer a rental car in case your car should stay over night and you need something to drive. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Their prices are outstanding. Very professional and nice workers. Thank you North Shore for your nicely done job!

Very Upsetting experience. They charged me 40.00 to patch my new tire with only 3,000 mi on it. The next day i woke up & the tire was flat! The technicians tried to stop me from watching them in the shop, which i dont appreciate i have the right to watch someone put oil in my motor. Furthermore I received an oil change and had to wait an extra hour while they waited for napa to deliver 5w20. Bad Company

Our Honda Odyssey and Toyota Highlander both had some exterior scratches and damages that required some repair and body work. We worked with Craig to get the cars fixed. North Shore Car Center did an absolutely amazing job with both our vehicles. The final product was awesome and we were very happy with their work. Their prices cannot be beat and they are a very honest and fair company. Craig is an extremely honest, down to earth, good guy. I cant recommend these guys highly enough. If you ever need to have any auto body work done at a reasonable price, go to these guys! You will not be disappointed.

I am very pleased with service and quality of work at North Shore Car. My car had some serious damage to alignment after I hit a curb. Serge was very specific to details, kept me updated with parts availability and progress of repair. Vehicle was delivered on the promised date. My BMW runs like new again!I will bring my car to NCR for future repair work again without hesitation.

I dont recommend this place if your car needs a paint job. Theyd ruined my car and denied any responsibility. And dont you dare to complain - you may become an enemy and a subject to personal insults.

These people are complete scammers who dont know how to work on cars properly. PERIOD. I went in for a simple and quick job and ended up leaving with my car in even worse condition. If you go here you will be disappointed. I cannot express how much of my money and time has been wasted at the north shore car center. My brakes were put on wrong and they even ending up scratching my bumper.The owner refused to compensate or fix the issue. AVOID AT ALL Costs.

4th time Ive been here, I really like the place, its clean and comfy, the crew is awesome, mechanics know their job! everytime when Im here, its a pleasure for my car. I recommend this shop. Thank you guys.

I do net recommend these guys for three reasons: overpriced, unreasonable delays (45 days), and last one is that they do not do all the scope of work. It took too long for repairs. I left my Toyota Tundra on June 13 and received a call that it’s ready on July 26 with three major things to do:- repair AC - they forgot to do it- replace two bumpers and do body work on rear right side - paint job was overpriced and job terrible:1. Color does not match. Owner explained that he foes not math colors but is using factory paint and that I have to live with this. He said it’s anyway work truck so why would I worry. I worry for two reasons: it’s not a work truck and I paid 3000 dollars expecting good quality.2. Terrible paint job. Bondo not sanded and painted over, not even paint, misses spots.Last major thing was a replacement of a leaf spring for which I was charged $600 only for one lease spring. Google prices yourself. Even AutoZone sells it for $380 and I do not talk about suppliers.I adding this after your reply.:You never approached me with offer to repaint. You said it’s a work truck and that I can live with a little overspray and mismatch color. You also said that you do not match color and that I have to live with mismatch. Your explanation was that you took color from VIN and you do not care what actual color of the vehicle. I left car in different shop for repairs and I will post photos after take it back.
