I got a premier detail package that cost $200 that was supposed to be a complete polish, buffing on the paint which turned out horrible! The polishing turned out to be WORSE than I brought it in for service. They made lots of swirl marks, never removed or touched up the scratches throughout the vehicle. It is very disappointing and unprofessional. And not cheap either!! I wanted to bring it back for collision repairs but I felt that it would be a BIG mistake. I had 2 other estimates and they agreed the exterior paint looks terrible. An amateur at a car wash can do it better. Stay away from the detail service you will NOT be happy!!

They just informed me that this bodyshop is now closed. We had a repair here but they need to fix some things because they didnt do their job properly.. now its hard to reach anyone because every one is gone.

My husband chose Autohaus Autobody (one of State Farms recommended shops) to repair his beloved Mustang GT after colliding with a deer...and we are so thankful that he did. After such a stressful event, the staff here really helped us through the entire process and made for a great experience from start to finish. They did exactly what they said theyd do. The damage caused by an accident was repaired. The car was cleaned. After they were done, it looked like new. Amazing job!

I do not recommend going here they do not put any effort into their work and should not be Mercedes Benz certified. The car that was taken there has dust in the paint and was not prepped properly, this alone would normally be the biggest issue. Not only was there paint defects but the parking sensors and bumper were miss aligned causing the car to swerve around lanes at highway speeds and the bumper cover and front splitter to fall off on the highway. This was shocking because there was no frame damage on the vehicle and they clearly were not able to install the bumper cover correctly. After taking the car back 2 times I was told by the general manager that I needed to pay full price to have the front bumper cover replaced and I should not come back if I wasn’t willing to pay. I would not recommend you step foot into this body shop or their dealerships even if they have the certification from Mercedes they do sloppy work and do not care about long standing customers. I took my car elsewhere and payed for it to be fixed correctly just as it should have been the first 3 times at Autohaus.

Took me in almost immediately, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it properly for a very fair price.

They did an amazing job rebuilding my e300. Great and friendly staff. I highly recommend them.

For a 1st time customer not only did they have outstanding customer service but very well understanding and knowledgeable I would definitely recommend for any body work in the NWS again thanks you guys and keep up the great work 🤗

Disappointed by this place. Was super expensive. They cut corners on my repair and took 2 months. NO GOOD

Do NOT take your car there. They do not care about you or the work they do. They didnt follow direction or instruction. They had my car for four weeks while never bothering to look at the car. Then when the parts came in during week four, they called to say the wrong parts were ordered.They never took blame, never cared, and the thing they did fix ended up scratching my interior. The manager was inconsiderate and rude. It was by far the worst customer experience I have ever had. I have never been treated like that over the phone by a business. They do not care about their customers. There are plenty of body shops to take your car to, I suggest you do so.
