I stumbled across this little gem 💎. Soon as I walked in the door 🚪 the vibe was smooth with reggae music 🎶 in the background. I meet Shawn while he was preparing to make fresh kettle popcorn 🍿. The smoothie I ordered was perfect, the grilled cheese sandwich 🥪 was good matched with tomatoes 🍅 soup 🍜. Who needs Starbucks or Dunkin’ when you have this in your backyard.

I have been here before and had great coffees, but today I went in and got a hot coffee with oatmilk. It tasted very salty and watery with grounds on the bottom. I had a friend try it and they said the same. I had already driven away before trying the coffee, so it was not easy to ask for a replacement.

It’s like Disneyland for coffee, smoothies and other beverages. It is hard to know where to look 1st and what to try. The scone was amazingly delicious. There are many flavours of coffee. I tried the Jamaica Me Crazy because the only flavour I usually like is French Vanilla and that was the closest. It was very good. They also have something for each kind of diet from raw to keto to anything goes.

Nice place. Coffee is good. Different variety on the menu with interesting names. Occasional car shows are super cool too.

I went on Sunday evening just before closing time, still it was full of people and i see small groups hanging out and few people enjoying coffee and working on their laptop.Service is pretty fast and staff is nice and sweet.I feel there should be little more space for sitting though.

Super fun atmosphere, relaxed and casual, has that colorful and rustic Island vibe going on. Broad selection to choose from. I had an Iced Green Tea and a Flatbread with Hummus, Avocado, Tomato and Cucumbers. I forget the name of it, but it was sooo good. I will definitely go back again!

The look and feel of this cool and laidback cafe will keep you coming back. Has a Cali westcoast vibe. The coffee is delicious and well made. The grilled cheese sandwiches are interesting, but only come with a side of gold fish. I wish the sides could be either their famous kettle corn or a bag of chips.

Anti-mask; sign on the door basically encourages people to come in without wearing a mask.Edit: in response to the owner response, they know exactly what theyre doing. The sign on the door makes it explicit that if you dont have a mask on, they will not question you due to HIPAA and the fourth amendment (they should probably brush up on what the fourth amendment actually covers). In effect, the sign says that they dont intend to keep mask-wearing customers safe from anti-maskers.

The staff are always friendly with recommendations for food and drinks and the service is good. Love their matcha lattes hot and cold and their freshly baked scones. I go there often with friends and we sit outside.

We have been going to Lala Java for years. They are great, and keep getting better. Highly suggest the Chai lattes (spiced and chocolate are our favorites). Staff is very friendly and outgoing. Saturdays and Sundays are VERY busy in the morning, so just be patient they are a small business and do what they can to keep up with demand but worth the wait.여보세요! Great place with wonderful coffee. Started off my Birthday here today. Had a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel and had awesome real ingredients. I will be going back to get their whole been coffee.

Stopped here a couple hours ago. Didnt know this place existed before! The cashier was very friendly and showed me all the hot chocolate flavors they had. I went with chocolate truffle and it was delicious! Lovely little place. Definitely going back when Im in the area.

Hip but not pretentious. Casual, inviting. The beachy vibe isnt my style, but they do everything else so well, I cant complain.Spectacular selection of drinks! They also offer sandwiches, baked goods, oatmeal, etc. for those wanting more substantial.The employee asked how to spell my name, and then addressed me by name from then on. He also noticed that I wasnt interested in his cheesy or chickeny food recommendations, so he decided he should ask what kind of milk I wanted in my latte. These might not sound like a big deal, but look at it this way: their employees are professional and courteous but still personable and engaging. A human connection can be rare in food service.

Best smoothie in the area period. Worth the money. The baristas are always so kind and friendly. Goes a long way. Recommend this place. I go 2 or 3 times a week now. Give this place a try. Its kinda hidden location wise.

My takeaway coffee was so burnt, I couldn’t drink it. Shame I was in a hurry to come back to get a replacement. Please don’t mess with people’s morning coffee

One of my all time favorite coffee shops! This place is Fantastic! Great selection of coffee/teas/smoothies etc! But also a fantastic selection of health conscious breakfast options as well as the standard fair (breakfast sandwiches)... Not to mention the new lunch menu with a huge selection of unique and strange grilled cheese! Some are made for an adventurous pallet, but all of them are delicious in my opinion!

I am a recruiter for a school in Northern Mass. Whenever we are on a trip southwest, I always stop at here for my coffee, cakes, and of course kettle corn. Staff is friendly and inviting and the food is delicious! Highly recommended!

Sweet little coffee spot. Great selection of drinks and snacks with a quaint vibe to the shop with retail and decor.In some areas the setup is really tight though. Some nice bar and barstool seating areas were filled with clearance resale stuff. Doesn’t lend to a sit and study type of cafe.

Fun and goofy inside. They have every variety of coffee imaginable and its delicious. I highly recommend the nitro brew. Expensive but worth it. Only reason I marked it down one star is that its kind of unnecessarily expensive.

The atmosphere here is awesome! As other reviews have mentioned, it very much as a California vibe, which I enjoyed a lot. Very upbeat and energetic environment with both indoor and outdoor seating. I got one of their fruity iced teas and it was super good!

LLalajava, what more is there to say. There name is so fun to say, the staff is great and funny, but there fresh fruit smoothies are what drives me back. I drive from Worcester on my lunch break every time I get a craving for something super healthy and fun. Ive tried all there fruit smoothies and I cant pick the one I love the most so Ill just cycle through again! They have plenty more that I havent talked about but I encourage you to get here asap, youll love it!

This place provides a different vibe than most coffee shops. It is like stepping into California with many beach decorations around the shop. They have a wide variety of coffees and hot/ice cocoas. We got almost joy and Mexican ice chocolate. They also have some baked goods. The cheddar and chive scone was very good. Stagg was laid back and friendly. There was a good amount of seating and plenty of parking. It is located in a strip mall near rt. 20.

Got the crumb cake, which was a little dry, but my cappuccino was absolutely wonderful! I also love the selection of natural self-care goods here, which is odd for a cafe, but maybe they are starting a new trend. Ill be back

Asked for light on ice and was surprised to find the price of an my usual ice coffee was $4.23. The cashier said she charged me for no ice even though the cup was still more than half full. When I pointed that out she called another girl to fix the price. When I checked bank statement later, I found that the price was never corrected, they only told me they fixed it. I decided to go to lala java over starbucks that morning to stay local. I have frequented lala java since it was a small shop on rt.9 in shrewsbury. Coffee is getting pricier, yet more watered down with a ridiculous amount of ice. Cups are so flimsy they buckle. The staff (besides owner and her daughters) really dont give you the time of day. With a few new coffee shops opening in the area, I have no idea why you would choose lala java.

When you walk in you feel like you landed in a tropical destination. Seems popular with the locals. It had a nice vibe. However, the coffee was not that good. Had hot and cold.... Both were burnt. Food was just okay.

Great spot tucked away in Northboro. Coffee is better than the surrounding chain coffee shops, plus the food is very good. if youre in the area, pop in and get a hot Java, you wont be disappointed.

The best coffee shop in the area by far. I come here almost every Thursday and enjoy a hot or iced hot chocolate with almond milk and a Huntington or Newport grilled cheese, both of which have chicken and bacon. YUM! The service and atmosphere are top notch as well. Do yourself a favor, skip the Dunkin, and stop in.

Been going there on and off for a few yeares. Coffee combos very good. They have muffins, bagels, etc and will make up sandwiches. Friendly staff and they have outdoor seating when weather appropriate.

Lalajava was lala-grreat! I had Almond milk Chai and cinnamon scone because it was morning. They have some cool health boosting items that they sell retail like golden milk and aroma therapy sprays. They have sandwiches and salads and on and on lots of stuff. Great place, coffee shop plus.

Simply the best coffee shop around. I still make the occasional trip from Worcester for an Iced Carmello(although not always available), and generally take a pound of beans to go to hold me over for my next visit. Nitro cold brew is also generally available on tap for a nice change of pace.

Bulletproof coffee in Shrewsbury..Been coming here for years.. today asked to Bullet coffee and even though they dont sell it, the sweet Barista asked what it was and blended some butter with coffee and topped off with more coffee. AMAZING coffee and great service. Def recommended !!

Wierd coffee shop 😒. You dont know youre in a middle of a Caribbean island instead of a quality coffee barista.Lots of items for buying (t-shirts, cookies, flavors) but dont serve in coffee mug and coffee is just without any aroma. And take forever for serving..If youre looking for a great cup of coffee plenty of aroma and taste please go somewhere else
