Coffee is great. Food menu is adequate for a quick coffee shop. The food/pastries are good quality and delicious. The dinning room is clean and comfortable. There are a couple of outdoor tables. But by far, the best part is the service. If you wake up on the wrong side of the bed and need some cheer to go along with your coffee to start your day, come here and soak up some of the good vibes. The smiles and positivity are abundant. Thanks for making my day today!

Sweet spot in town to get a good coffee or treat. They have a great selection of pastries and even a few lunch sandwiches. Today I enjoyed one of their fresh fruit smoothies at an outdoor table.

The staff are amazing and friendly ! I definitely would recommend the spinach and feta puff pastry if you are looking for filling but not a big meal. For a sweet tooth, go for the cannoli! Would be back!

We have been getting coffee and a breakfast sandwich at the Northboro location for quite a while now, getting to know the staff, and it has been a good experience til about a week ago.I ordered a Pistachio iced coffee and a sandwich. The coffee did not taste like it usually does. I went to the counter and explained the situation and was told that she could doctor it up but if I wanted to change to something else, I would have to pay for it.I was really surprised by the attitude and the customer service. Or lack thereof.

Terrible chicken wrap! There was barely any chicken, was asked if I wanted tomatoes and lettuce, then they charged extra for it! It’s like a wrap is supposed to come with the basic toppings! And an actual piece of chicken.Don’t bother wasting your money at this place!Wish I took a pic…

Latte was fine and the mini-cinnamon rolls were very good. I wanted to read through some paperwork but the talking Halloween decorations were to noisy. The classic rock wasnt bad but its still not great for getting work done.

Great new place that has everything you need to satisfy your coffee addiction. Refreshing alternative to chain coffee. Owners are there most of the time and are very friendly. They also have a deep knowledge of coffee. They can make most any coffee you want. Note you can get flavored coffee without half the sugar crop of the West Indies in it. I got a Turkish coffee one time and they made it perfectly. Bakery goods are always fresh and yummy. Plenty of parking in back too. Open 7 days a week.

Nice local coffee shop with a surprisingly large selection of breakfast food options (muffins, bagels, donuts, even savory pastry) although none were marked as allergy safe (nut free, dairy free, etc). They have desserts packaged individually including some gluten free options. Quick service, they even warmed my pastry! They do have decent non-coffee drinks, too. Wish they had real plates/cups instead of paper, though!

Coffee is really not very good at all. I went in and ordered one of their flavored coffees and it was not even palatable, I asked to exchange it for a plain coffee and she charged me an additional $3.25 for a medium. Over priced and the plain coffee is bad quality. Went home and wanted to go back out to find a decent coffee even after spending a total of $6.50. I bought one of their pastries as well and it was very stale. Even after all that money I threw everything I bought away. It was just very bad quality. I will not be returning to this place.

Went here after seeing my coworkers go there every day, and I dont regret it. I got an iced green tea with lemon and a blueberry scone, it was ~$5. The green tea was delicious, I want to try their passion fruit next time! The blueberry scone couldve been better with some frosting but it was super good. They had blueberry, cinammon, and orange cranberry! The staff was almost extremely friendly. Would recommend.

Ordered a cold brew coffee and it tastes like diluted coffee probably because the barista filled up the cup til it was overflowing with ice. Please learn to serve cold brew coffee not diluted cold brew coffee that has no taste or kick to it. I came here expecting inhouse coffee but I got outhouse coffee; I am not going to come here again.

This is the best coffee in town. Better than Starbucks, better than Dunkin Donuts, better than anywhere else in the area. The people are friendly and the prices are reasonable and the hours convenient. There are lots of options and the interior is very inviting and comfortable. The only drawback is the lack of a drive-thru window and the building seems perfectly setup for this. I think a DT window would push them over the top. (They should also make more ham & cheese croissants as theyre always out whenever I go.) Again, THIS IS THE BEST COFFEE IN THE AREA!

Lots of different coffee choices, prices are reasonable, nice comfortable place to grab a coffee and a muffin.

Love the coffee and pastries, but I wish theyd change how they take orders. Currently, they take your coffee order and then go make the coffee, then come back and rinse repeat for all coffee orders. Finally when all drinks are made and given to you they take your pastry order, all while you stand and wait. You havent paid yet, so you cant leave the counter, but then another employee will start taking orders for people behind you? It makes it crowded and uncomfortable, and turns me off of coming more often.Instead, they should re-work their flow to match industry standards and have one person taking orders and payment, while others make the drinks/food. Then, customers who have paid can wait at the pickup area (why have a pick up area if you dont ever use it?) and there is no more aimless crowd at the front of the register.

Are you looking for a comfy place with delicious food and drink in Northboro? Inhouse Coffee is a chain business that just opened in Northboro and is already very popular. Inhouse is a medium sized place with comfy chairs inside and quotes and jokes on the wall. It’s a cute spot with lovely workers who are very nice and give off an extraordinary vibe. All the food and drinks I have tried have been amazing so far and I have tried a lot. They have new things every week like cinnamon rolls or brownies.Every time I have been to Inhouse Coffee I get a strawberry banana smoothie and a pastry. They make the smoothies fresh right when ordering. The difference between sizes can be a little pricey but its worth it. The pastry can be heated up or as is. Every time I have been in there has been something new on the menu. The newest thing that has been added is donuts. I unfortunately havent been able to try them yet but I know they will be good. It is the only place I have ever been so many times and have like everything so far. The service is really quick once you get to the front of the line. The workers are always nice and ready to make conversation.I recommend Inhouse Coffee 100%. If you go you will not be sorry. Make sure to sit in those comfy chairs and try a nice pastry. Trust me if you go into Inhouse you will leave wanting to come back.

I am so happy In House Coffee has finally opened in Northborough it is a little smaller than the one on Shrewsbury St. In Worcester but the woman at the counter are just as fabulous, all the pastries, and and desserts are there so I still have to fight that urge. LOL The coffees is flavorful and NEVER tastes burned or old as is the case with most places in the area. If you love good coffee and a great place to meet this is the place for you. You may want to plan you visit to avoid school release time if you want to sit and chat, as it got so loud that you couldnt hear the person in front of you. I am sure this is something that will be handled (with care) in the near future. So there you have it, if you want a great cup of coffee you will find it here, and I am sure it is only going to get better if they follow the Shrewsbury Streets Location way of doing things. Loved it.

Love the fact that inhouse opened up in Northborough! I used to visit the one on Shrewsbury st. alot to the point where the employees knew my order already. Everyone at this new location is really nice, the coffee to me seems its not made as great(needs improvement). it could be that the people that work there are still learning. Regardless i will keep coming here since i know Inhouse coffee is the best!
