We had previously shopped this store and after considerable research, chose to go back today to place an order. Richard was our salesman and he is extremely knowledgeable and professional and I sincerely felt he took that extra effort to assist us and give us the best deal on our purchase. We’ll see how everything goes after delivery at the end of the month, but if it’s anything like our in-store experience, it should go smoothly. If you are looking to buy a mattress, I would highly recommend, Mattress Firm.. We just purchased a mattress at Mattress Firm in Northborough, Massachusetts. Our sales associate Richard was great! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He made it easy, especially making a big purchase!

The experience at the Northborough store was great. Richard spent time helping us buy the right mattress. He gave us steep discounts and some freebies. We walked out feeling pretty good about the $2200 purchase.THE PROBLEM: They didnt deliver...literally. The delivery date came, but no word from them. So I called and they said it didnt make it to the warehouse, so it would be another week to deliver it.I had already broken down our existing bed, discarded the frame, prepared old mattress and box spring to be taken away.I scheduled it on my vacation, but now were back to square one. I canceled the order.Wont be visiting Mattress Firm again. I know mistakes happen, but they didnt deliver on their promises.

Today I had the best experience at Mattress Firm in Northborough, Ma.. I’m not the kinda person that like to be followed around, or pushed to but things! So I always worried going into furniture stores. Well today I not only didn’t get pushed or bothered at all! I was able to walk around, try a few mattresses and when I was ready to ask questions Richard was there to answer. He was great from start to finish. Wonderful experience, we bought 2 King bed within one year from this location. The same old guy helped us was very professional and knowledgeable, so is the younger lady, I forgot their name. The purchase experiences were very happy, we will definitely return when needed new mattresses.

I finally purchased a mattress today after a couple weeks of searching online trying to find the best deals when I walked into the mattress firm the sales associate Kiara was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the different mattresses and deals they offered, I think I found the perfect one for me and for the best price available I had no idea how many different types of mattresses there was and how different each one is lol I recommend everyone to go in and try the mattress before you buy it. I was so surprised how different each one felt and I was so happy to go in and try out a couple of different ones instead of just getting one online.

Just bought a mattress yesterday. From our past experiences of buying mattress (at other stores), my wife & myself were worried about sales agents haggling / coercing us & “up-selling” things we don’t need. To echo a lot of the other reviews - Rick was great. We were out of the store in 15 minutes with a bed we didnt initially think was in our price range but he got us a great deal on (we paid up front but I dont think that factored in. Best part - no pitches, no sales game, no haggling. He let us peruse the store alone until we were comfortable with our decision, listened to our thoughts, got us out of there with exactly what we wanted.

Great experience overall. We went just to look around and didn’t want to make a decision right away. Richard hardy was there and helped us figure out what we were looking for. Rick was the opposite of your typical ”pushy salesman”...he was extremely helpful and informative. I dont believe I have ever left a review online before...however, we tried 4 mattress outlets and still returned to get our mattress here. I would highly recommend friends and family to try this location out. The prices are extremely competitive, and fair for the high quality products they offer.

My wife and I worked with Rick, a store manager. He was great! First time we walked in he greeted us and we told him we had already shopped at Jordan’s and wanted to see what he had and the Purple series. He was knowledgeable and patient with us. He ended up writing up a great deal with several discounts to get to our price point. Told us to take our time with our thoughts and to come back whenever. We came back the next week and he held up the deal, and for our loyalty gave us a discount on the mattress pad cover and threw in a couple more amazing deals. I bought Serta king size mattress and high profile boxes last Friday, it turned out the the bed was too high. I then went to the store to ask changing my boxes to low profile. The whole process was excellent, I mean from the initial buying to the exchanging. Richard did excellent job in explaining different beds, boxes, and making my exchanging so easy. I really appreciate it.

Buying process was as expected. Worked out a deal with Edwin, who was courteous and had a smile the whole time. The delivery and installation became a problem when it was too cold outside. The delivery guys couldnt bring it up the stairs and set it up because the mattress was too firm from the cold. I called and talked to Edwin and he took care of it from there and only called to let me know what was going on, and when it was all done he called again to make sure. The guys came back out next day to help me lug the mattress up stairs and complete the set up. Unfortunate I had to wait another day, but I felt like I was being taken care of.
